Abstract
一种滑行快艇,具有一个船壳,设有一个船底升起的底部和可延伸的阻流板,和设有喷水发动机推进装置,设在船尾,发动机的进水口安排在船底在阻流板的前面。在阻流板伸出时航行,紧靠阻流板的前面产生一个压力增加区域,该区域包括进水口,允许在高压下吸入水,增加了喷水发动机的工作效率。艇还可设前阻流板,而底部可包括后和前横向滑行台阶,阻流板位于台阶后面。在这种情形下,底部船底升起角在前台阶处为6-12°及在后台阶处为0-6°。
Description
本发明涉及造船领域,更具体地涉及滑行艇,特别是设有可延伸的阻流板的滑行艇的结构。
已知的滑行艇有一个船壳,设有船底升高的底部和可控制的后和前阻流板,安装在底部的槽中。
RU2096240(1997年)公开的高速滑行艇有一个船壳,带有一个船底升高的底部,该底部设有前和后横向滑行台阶和安装在台阶后的可延伸的阻流板,和对称地分为左舷侧和右舷侧段。设有一个阻流板自动控制系统使阻流板可用作阻止颠簸及摇晃的控制元件。
但是为使已知的艇的速度及适航性最佳化,只能通过操作控制系统达到改进工作效率及改善乘客和乘务人员的舒适性。
一般,这些滑行艇使用螺旋桨作为推进装置,螺旋桨通过轴系与位于船壳中段或后段的主发动机连接(前苏联发明人证书SU1025574)。
已知的滑行艇的缺点是由于轴系及桨的突出部分及艇内被主发动机、轴系和辅助设备占的相当多的空间使艇的运动阻力增加。
SU200452公开了一种滑行艇,设有喷水式发动机推进装置,其与设有螺旋桨的艇相比在高速下有更好的效率。但是该艇没有使用可大大改进速度及适航性的阻流板。
本发明的目的是结合阻流板及装在艇上的喷水式发动机的优点,使用这些元件的最终结果被相对于艇底部的喷水式发动机进水口安排阻流板得到的附加优点叠加了。
按照本发明提供了一种滑行艇,具有一个船壳,设有一个船底升高的底部和可延伸的后阻流板,和设有安装在艇的后端的推进装置,其特征在于所述的推进装置是喷水发动机,和该喷水发动机的进水口设有船壳的底部,在阻流板的前面。
滑行艇可设有前阻流板。底部可设有前和后横向滑行台阶,所述的阻流板安装在台阶的后面。
艇底部的船底升起角可沿艇的长度方向变化,从前台阶处的6-10°变化到后台阶处的0-6°。

图1示出的滑行艇1具有一个船壳1,船壳1有船底升高的底部2和后阻流板3和4(分别设在左舷侧和右舷侧),后阻流板3和4可从底部的槽(没示出)或从后横向滑行台阶5的后面移出。滑行艇设有一个(或多个)喷水发动机6,安装在艇的后端,喷水发动机6的进水口7设在艇1的底部2,在后阻流板3,4的前面(如图2所示)。
艇可以装有前阻流板8,9,设在左舷及右舷侧,在前横向台阶10的后面。前(或船头)台阶10安排在船壳的底部,在重心11的前面。如果需要,前阻流板8,9可分成段(图中未示出)这些段可单独控制以补偿在航路中的纵向颠簸和左右摇晃。
后阻流板3,4(图2,3),如果设置的话在包括前阻流板8,9设有尖的下边缘,以保证在下边缘稳定的水流分离。
底部的船底升起角沿着艇的长度方向变化,从前台阶8处的6-12°变化到后台阶4的0-6°。船底升起角增加超过上述最大值将导致艇有低的液体动力学性能,而降低到低于上述范围将可改善液体动力学性能,但也造成保证稳定滑行的困难及在水中航行时经受超载。
艇在各滑行台阶前面的底表面具有对称的平的区域,与在操作的滑行模式时弄湿的底表面的区域一致,如模型试验确定的那样。在前滑行台阶前面的平区域12是三角形或梯形的。在后滑行台阶前面的平区域13也可是梯形的,但是通常它们的外形是更复杂的形状。
为使艇有最小的摩擦阻力,前、后阻流板或它们的段的前移量根据艇的速度确定。理想的关系由模型试验确定,以后的调整基于全尺寸试验的结果。
单个阻流板或它们的段的前移量由自动控制系统控制,自动控制系统设置用来在平静的海面条件增加运动的稳定性和改善艇的机动性,和在航路中航行时阻尼纵向颠簸及减小过载。在倒航或船尾靠岸停泊操作时,缩回阻流板到在滑行台阶内的一个位置(或进入底部槽中)以保护它们不受损害。
当在阻流板3,4从后滑行台阶5(或相应的槽)突出一定的距离的情况下,艇航行,在紧靠阻流板前面产生一个增加压力的区域。喷水发动机的进水口7正位于该增加压力的区域内,该位置允许在更高的压力下吸入水,因此提高了喷水发动机6的工作效率。
Claims (4)
1.一种滑行艇,具有一个船壳,设有一个船底升高的底部和可延伸的后阻流板,和设有安装在艇的后端的推进装置,其特征在于所述的推进装置是喷水发动机,和该喷水发动机的进水口设有船壳的底部,在阻流板的前面。
2.按照权利要求1的滑行艇,其特征在于还设有前阻流板,所述的艇的底部有前和后横向滑行台阶,和所述的阻流板安装在所述的台阶的后面。
3.按照权利要求2的滑行艇,其特征在于艇的底部的船底升起角从前台阶处的6-12°变化到后台阶处的0-6°。
4.按照权利要求3的滑行艇,其特征在于在各台阶前的底部表面具有对称的平的区域,在前台阶前的平的区域是三角形或梯形。
