Abstract

安全带锁定装置的开关

技术领域

本发明涉及一种开关,该开关可用于机动车的回拉系统的安全带锁定装置并指示出插入在安全带锁定装置中的安全带舌片的有序锁定。

背景技术

由DE43 38 485A1公知一种带有微动开关的、为故障-保障-应答装置设置的安全带锁定装置,其中微动开关与两个在锁定装置的锁定程序中相互独立的部分如此地连接,使得微动开关只在上述两部分同时搭扣在处于锁定位的功能位置时才闭合,并且为触发安全装置的其它功能元件安排位置。

此外由爱德华·哈特曼有限责任公司公知一种用于安全带锁定装置中的开关。这种开关涉及一种双触点开关,其触点弹簧或触点舌簧在无负荷的状态下相互贴靠在接触点上并且产生接触。在此两个舌簧之一构成为双触点舌簧,以提高开关可靠性。所述开关构成得使之侧面地安排在安全带锁定装置壳中,并且还构成得在插入安全带舌片时在触点舌簧之间推动一个用绝缘材料制造的滑块。在搭扣安全带以后该滑块保留在开关的触点舌簧之间并且从而分开触点。从而显示安全带安放好并且有序地锁定在锁定装置中。

因为该开关有一个向上开放的壳,以便由绝缘材料制造的滑块能够在触点舌簧之间移动,所以可能从外部通过安全带锁定装置壳的开口侵入异物,例如液体或者固体颗粒。这可能导致安全保障功能受到损害,因为接触中断会错误地发出安全带舌片有序地锁定在锁定装置中的信号。

上述触点舌簧在上部区域向外弯曲地构成,以便于在触点空间内引入滑块。由此上部区域出现近似V字形的空间。侵入的异物积存在该区域中并且继续通过滑块直接带入接触区中。

此外这种开关在制造时不可能自动地安装,因为在把触点舌簧安装进开关壳以前,触点舌簧必须与相应的电缆连接,并且要如此地构成开关舌簧,使舌簧在安装以后受一定的偏压。带有已连接了的电缆的舌簧必须依靠手工被安装进开关壳中。

发明内容

本发明的任务在于,如此地构成机动车中的安全带系统的安全带锁定装置,使得接触区尽可能地受到保护,以防止异物的侵入,并且在制造开关时适于自动地安装,以及随后尽可能自动地连接电缆。

本发明提供一种用于机动车的回拉系统的安全带锁定装置的开关,通过该开关可以指示出安全带舌片插入在所述安全带锁定装置中并且正确地锁定了,该开关具有两个接触片,其中一个接触片从其接触的末端起构成为双触点舌簧,接触片的接触区域安排在可以防止异物进入的开关壳的上部壳内空间中,其特征在于,一个接触片构成触点弹簧,该触点弹簧在其接触末端具有锤形区域,在其中间具有弧形的区域,所述触点弹簧的弧形的区域突出进入到设置在壳内空间侧面的槽路中,通过移动槽路中的滑块来切换所述接触。

根据本发明所述的任务通过把该开关构成为双触点开关来完成,其中接触片安排在上部封闭的接触空间中,并且可以由滑块通过在安排在壳内空间的侧面的槽路中移动来切换所述接触。

开关可以构成为开路的也可以构成为闭路的。在构成为开路触点的开关中接触片相互穿过,其中可以通过让滑块作用在触点弹簧上分开触点。在闭路地构成的开关中接触片不相互穿过,其中在此可以通过让滑块作用在触点弹簧上闭合触点。

不由滑块操作的接触片构成为固定接触片,其中由于由触点弹簧构成的由滑块操作的接触片具有夹紧力,在不操作的状态,这两个舌簧片相互独立地弹性地弯曲。以此在壳内空间中形成了所需要的自由空间。由于触点舌簧的弯曲,使得不论是在开放还是在闭合触点时都在接触点上出现接触摩擦。这在接触区域内起到一定的自洁作用,这对开关的切换可靠性起积极的作用。接触的切换通过滑块在触点弹簧上的作用进行。触点弹簧在接触区域中大致锤形地构成,并且如此地进行弯曲,使得弧形的部分突入进安排在壳内空间侧面的槽路中。

通过触点弹簧的锤形地构成的区域可以保证双触点舌簧的舌簧可靠地相互接触。触点的开关通过滑块进行,其中在把安全带舌片插入进安全带锁定装置时移动所述的滑块。该滑块碰触到触点弹簧的弧形区域上。在进一步移动时沿接触空间的方向移动弧形区域并且引起切换。

具体实施方式

以开放的形式示出的所述开关含有开关壳1,所述的开关壳1借助于图中没有示出的连接空间5上部的盖封闭。

所述开关具有一个封闭在接触区域中的壳内空间2a。在开关的下部区域中设有连接空间5。固定接触片6和触点弹簧7终止于该连接空间5中。触点弹簧7可以在此与连接线10连接。连接空间5是双侧开放地构成的。

触点弹簧7具有弧形区域9和锤形区域8。弧形区域9在双触点舌簧的区域中穿过固定接触片6并且突入进槽路3。通过由于安全带舌片插入进安全带锁定装置中而向下移动的滑块4来操作触点弹簧7并且分开触点。

触点弹簧7的锤形区域8的两侧在固定接触片6的舌簧上构成为接触面并且从而构成开关的两个接触位置。

固定接触片6的触点舌簧在接触状态下受到弯曲应力并且因此被弹性地压弯。在操作触点弹簧时它移动回没有弯曲的状态。在此在接触区域中出现接触摩擦。如果在滑块4向上移动时触点弹簧7反弹回未操作的状态,接触摩擦也在闭合触点时出现。

这样构成的开关可以全自动地安装。借助于相应的自动装配机可以安装固定触点6和触点弹簧7,并且按顺序应首先安排触点弹簧7,然后安装固定接触片6。在安装固定接触片6以后把它们推进到其最终的安装位置。在用盖封闭壳内空间2以后可以检验其功能。接着可以接上连接线10。这尽可能自动化地通过钳夹或者焊接进行,因为壳1在连接空间5的区域内是双侧地开放的。

接触空间2是从上方封闭地构成的,从而异物不能够侵入接触区域中。从而防止了由污物造成的功能失效。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于机动车的回拉系统的安全带锁定装置的开关,通过该开关可以指示出安全带舌片插入在所述安全带锁定装置中并且正确地锁定了,该开关具有两个接触片,其中一个接触片从其接触的末端起构成为双触点舌簧,接触片的接触区域安排在可以防止异物进入的开关壳(1)的上部壳内空间(2a)中,其特征在于,一个接触片构成触点弹簧(7),该触点弹簧在其接触末端具有锤形区域(8),在其中间具有弧形的区域(9),所述触点弹簧的弧形的区域(9)突出进入到设置在壳内空间(2a)侧面的槽路(3)中,通过移动槽路(3)中的滑块(4)来切换所述接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的开关,其特征在于,当接触片相互穿过时,可以通过让滑块(4)作用在触点弹簧(7)上分开触点。
3.如权利要求1所述的开关,其特征在于,当接触片不相互穿过时,可以通过让滑块(4)作用在触点弹簧(7)上闭合触点。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的开关,其特征在于,不由滑块(4)操作的接触片是固定接触片(6),所述的固定接触片(6)向接触区方向构成双触点舌簧,受到滑块(4)操作的接触片形成为触点弹簧(7),并产生接触片的夹紧力,在接触的状态下两个接触舌簧相互独立地弯曲着。
5.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的开关,其特征在于,开关壳(1)在其与接触区对置的末端含有在前侧和后侧开放的框架(11),所述框架(11)包围连接空间(5),两个接触区的电缆连接位置都突入在所述的连接空间(5)中。
