技术领域
:本发明涉及一种用于治疗癌症的中药散剂组合物及与该中药散剂组合物配合使用的中药汤剂组合物。
背景技术
:用中药组合物或其提取物治疗癌症现已有一定的进展,如采用天然的香菇、银耳、云芝等真菌药物制成的真菌多糖药剂来减缓癌细胞增长,而采用人参、黄芪、冬虫草、猪苓等来增强机体免疫功能,以抑制癌细胞增长,用斑蝥、莪术、冬凌草和蟾酥等药物直接杀死癌细胞。上述各类药物或其组合物虽对癌症能起到一定的治疗作用,但由于癌细胞具有侵及周围健康组织、向机体邻近或远隔部位转移的本质特性,特别是对于晚期的癌症病患,可能在皮肤、内脏器官、腺体等多部位存留有癌细胞,这种病人的抵抗力较低,如单纯采用提高机体免疫功能的药物,在提高机体体质的同时也会促进癌细胞的增长;而只采用抑杀癌细胞的药物,可能在抑杀癌细胞的同时也会抑杀正常细胞。现有技术中即能直接抑杀癌细胞又能提高机体免疫功能的药物还在探索之中,然而,人们一直没有停止寻找一种能够解决上述矛盾的理想药物,如CN1034985C、CN1060051C等许多种用于治疗癌症的中药组合物或其提取物,但由于癌症的发病机理目前尚未清楚,同时,中药的有效成份或药性难以有准确的定量分析,只能通过动物试验及临床来验证。
发明内容
:本发明的任务是提供一种可直接杀死癌细胞,同时又能调整机体阴阳平衡,并且经过一系列动物和临床验证的用于治疗癌症的中药散剂及汤剂组合物。
本发明所提出的用于治疗癌症的中药散剂组合物所选用的中药成份及含量的重量份数为:仙鹤草、七叶一枝花、白花蛇舌草各20-30份,小茴香、莪术、薏苡仁、大黄、白术、青黛、生甘草、红花各10-15份,茯苓、生黄芪、猪苓、半枝莲、丹参、天花粉、蒲公英、冬凌草各15-20份,白花蛇、人参、蜈蚣各5-10份,雄黄、斑蝥、水蛭、蟾酥各1-8份,牛黄、全蝎、地鳖虫各4-15份。
所述的中药散剂组合物可选用的中药成份及含量的重量份数为:仙鹤草、七叶一枝花、白花蛇舌草各20份,小茴香、莪术、薏苡仁、大黄、白术、青黛、生甘草、红花各15份,茯苓、生黄芪、猪苓、半枝莲、丹参、天花粉、蒲公英、冬凌草各15份,白花蛇、人参、蜈蚣各6份,雄黄、斑蝥、水蛭、蟾酥各2份,牛黄、全蝎、地鳖虫各4份。
所述的中药剂组合物还可选用的中药成份及含量的重量份数为:仙鹤草、七叶一枝花、白花蛇舌草各30份,小茴香、莪术、薏苡仁、大黄、白术、青黛、生甘草、红花各10份,茯苓、生黄芪、猪苓、半枝莲、丹参、天花粉、蒲公英、冬凌草各20份,白花蛇、人参、蜈蚣各10份,雄黄、斑蝥、水蛭、蟾酥各4份,牛黄、全蝎、地鳖虫各15份。
专门用于与上述中药散剂组合物配合使用的中药汤剂组合物,该组合物的中药成份及含量的重量份数为:核桃树枝15-20份,仙人掌6-12份,大枣10-20份,柳树枝15-25份。
所述的散剂组合物按预定数量配伍炮制后,经粉碎并充分混合后将其装入计量的胶囊或制成片剂;而汤剂组合物可按上述比例选用的各味药放入容器中沸煮,取沸煮后的浓缩提取液并按预定数量与所述制成中药散剂相配数量的胶囊或片剂同时服用。
由于上述的散剂及汤剂组合物中的莪术、丹参、大黄、水蛭、黄芪、地鳖虫、全蝎、白花蛇、茯苓、蜈蚣、甘草具有活血化瘀、消肿软坚、止痛等作用;而大黄对黑色素肿瘤、乳腺肿瘤及艾氏腹水癌均有抑制作用;水蛭能破血化瘀通络消症,抑制和破坏对癌瘤生长,有利于抗癌药及免疫活性细胞侵入癌组织杀死癌细胞;甘草可补中益气、泻火解毒、润肺去痰、缓和药性,适合于各种晚期癌瘤出现的气血两亏、气短乏力、头昏目眩、咳嗽、脘腹挛作痛等症。在治疗肿瘤的复方合剂中,作为佐使药缓和或减低峻列之性及其毒性;而仙鹤草、天花粉、青黛、雄黄、人工牛黄、蟾酥、冬凌草、半支莲、仙人掌、白花蛇舌草、山豆根、核桃树枝、柳树枝、猪苓、七叶一枝花、薏苡仁等作为清热解毒主药。因为清热解毒药能控制肿瘤周围炎症和其它类型的感染,以进一步控制肿瘤的扩散。组合物中的白花蛇舌草对急性淋巴细胞型、粒细胞型、单核细胞型及慢性粒细胞型白血病有较强的抑制作用,并对腹水肝癌细胞有抑杀作用;而人参、白术、小茴香具有补脾益气、和胃之功效。
发明者发现上述组合物中的散剂和汤剂配合服用对各类癌症,尤其是对于中晚期癌瘤具有良好的治疗效果,而对于外科手术切除癌瘤的病患,可防止肿瘤复发、转移并能缓解放疗、化疗的毒副作用。对此,通过动物实验及临床进行验证。
用本发明所提出的中药组合物经辽宁省中药研究所和肿瘤研究所对昆明鼠分组作急毒性试验中,其试验结论为:散剂及其引药汤剂,在可能给药量的范围内,并增加一次/日,小鼠未见中毒症状和急性毒性死亡现象发生。观察期间小鼠皮毛光滑,活动不受限,平均体重有增加。最大耐药量为小鼠3.4-6.8kg体重,总合生药88-176kg体重。按成人每次1g,一日两次给予“散剂”和引药汤剂200g体重60kg为计,小鼠耐受倍数为人的183-366倍。而小鼠最大耐受量相当于人用量的100倍以上则为安全。故本药临床应用是安全的。
在表一中所述的粉末即是指本发明所提出的散剂。在表二的动物试验中,已有肯定抗癌疗效的环磷酰胺和天仙丸和本发明所提出的散剂和汤剂分别对比试验中明显看出,分别用散剂和汤剂抑制癌瘤的有效率高于环磷酰胺和天仙丸。而表三中还可以看出,同时使用本发明散剂和汤剂组合物对小鼠肿瘤的试验中其综合指标远高于天仙丸。
表四列举了使用本发明所提出的组合物对晚期癌症患者209例患者临床观察统计,其结果表明:近期能控制不变109例,肿瘤明显缩小和原病灶消失的72例,无效28例,总有效率为86.6%。
