本发明属于含有原材料或不分明结构之反应产物的医用配制品技术领域,具体涉及一种以植物和动物为原料制成的防治脑中风的中成药。
背景技术
脑中风(脑血栓形成、脑梗塞)是中老年人常见病、疑难病,死亡率和致残率比较高,发病率随着年龄增长而增长,近年来40岁以下人群也有发病,且逐渐增多有上升趋势。我国城乡脑中风发病率为120-180/120万,国内(脑血栓、脑梗塞)发病率约为14%左右,全国每年新发病例数在130万左右。由于我国已进入老龄化社会,预计今后发病率将不断上升。在欧美国家发病率在2%~3%左右,亚洲发病率较高,印度和斯里兰卡发病率高于27.2%~32%。但目前尚无治疗该病的特效药。

本发明的目的是为克服背景技术的不足,而提供一种服用方便、使用迅速、标本兼治、无毒副作用且有效率治愈率高的防治脑中风的中成药。

本发明制剂,各味药可以从药店直接来粉碎直接配制成散剂,也可采用常规中药炮制法先行炮制,再粉碎直接混合即可制成散剂,经紫外线灭菌后装入塑料袋内,每袋3g,保证各有效成分的配比量即可,如制成蜜丸剂,可往每1000g散剂中加1200~1500g炼蜜,制成大小蜜丸,大蜜丸每丸9g,小蜜丸每丸3g。
方中川芎、丹参、牛膝、桃仁、红花、乳香、没药、姜黄、赤芍、土元、鸡血藤、水蛭、穿山甲活血、舒筋,行气止痛,祛瘀通络,消肿散结;天麻、地龙、全蝎、白僵蚕、蜈蚣、石决明、钩藤平肝潜阳,息气止疼,解毒散结,通经活络;三七、蒲黄、降香止血、行淤、通络。即能止血,又能溶血,止血而不留淤,祛淤而能生新,是脑出血的最佳良药。豨莶草、桑枝、木瓜、海风藤、威灵仙、伸筋草、桑寄生、乌蛇祛风湿,强筋骨,通经络,止痹痛。以上诸药温养真元,平肝熄风,燥湿化痰,祛风散结,活血通络,共为君药。
方中黄芪补气升阳,益卫固表;太子参补气养胃生津;人参大补元气;白术补气健脾;甘草补脾益气。以上诸药取其大补脾胃之元气,使气旺以促血行,祛瘀而不伤正。全当归补血活血、化瘀生新;阿胶补血止血,养阴润肺;何首乌补血养血,补肝肾,益精血;骨碎补、杜仲补肝肾,壮阳益精,强筋骨,祛风湿,活血止痛;龟板滋阴潜阳,益肾健脑,养血补心,强筋壮骨;麦冬养阴、清热、润燥。以上诸药共为补益气血阴阳之臣药,调和气血,疏通经络,平衡阴阳。
方中远志宁心安神,益智化痰;冰片、苏合香、石菖蒲开窍醒脑,辟秽化痰;白附片、猪牙皂,祛痰开窍,祛风、除湿、散结;大黄泻下,安和五脏;木香、陈皮宽胸理气,消积化痰,解郁止痛;山楂消食健脾,化积散瘀;夏枯草清肝火,散瘀结;黄芩清热、燥湿、凉血;苍术、砂仁燥湿健脾,开胃消食;茯苓利水渗湿,健脾宁心;桂枝发汗解肌,温经通阳;羌活、防风解表散寒,祛风胜湿,止痛解痉;葛根解肌发散,升发清阳。以上诸药共为佐药,温经散寒,养心安神,化痰开窍,行气止痛,利水渗湿,健脾和胃,和臣药辅佐君药,共建奇功。
干姜温肺化饮,通心助阳,散寒止痛;甘草补脾益气,缓急止痛,调和诸药,共为使药。以上63味药合用后气旺血行,瘀祛络通,合而成方,共奏滋补肝肾,平衡阴阳,开窍熄风,清心醒脑,通经化痰,养血活络,燥湿健脾,祛瘀生新,补中益气,回阳固脱,扶正祛邪,标本兼固之效。
中医认为脑中风的发生,主要因素在于患者平素气血亏虚,心、肝、肾三脏阴阳失调,加之忧思脑怒,或吸烟、饮酒、饮食不节,或房事劳累,或外邪侵袭等诱因,以致气血运行受阻,肌肤筋脉失于濡养,或阴亏于下,肝阳暴涨,阳化风动,血随气逆,挟痰挟火,横窜经络,蒙蔽清窍,而形成上实下虚、阴阳互不维系的重危证候。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:1、从气血阴阳调理入手,达到气血双补,阴阳平衡。气血阴阳双补药如人参、黄芪、太子参、当归、首乌、杜仲、麦冬等药含有大量丰富的蛋白质、激素、多种维生素及微量元素,可起到营养细胞,促进大脑发育和延缓大脑衰退萎缩,达到改善记忆,健脑益智的作用,同时还可促进白细胞和红细胞增多,增强骨髓造血功能;2、本发明有良好的降压作用。配方中平肝熄风药如天麻、地龙、蜈蚣、全蝎、石决明等分别通过中枢镇静,抑制血管运动中枢,扩张外周血管,增加尿量等作用而产生降压效果。清热泻火药如夏枯草、黄芩、大黄,辛凉解表药如葛根和活血祛瘀通络药如丹参、赤芍、川芎、红花及其他药如山楂和杜仲均有良好的降压效果;3、能有效的改善血流动力,减慢心率,扩张冠脉血管,增加冠脉血流量,改善心肌缺血,调节心肌代谢,降低心肌耗氧量,扩张外周血管,增加器官血流量,降低血管阻力,改善心血管功能,提高心肌供血供氧的作用,促进血液循环;4、本发明对血小板粘附聚集和释放等功能有明显抑制作用,有显著抗凝血作用,能抑制血栓形成、聚集,对血液纤溶系统有明显增强作用,提高纤溶酶的活性,促进已形成纤溶蛋白溶解,可溶解新生血栓,防止血栓进一步发生,具有较强抗血栓形成的作用;5、能有效的降低胆固醇、甘油三脂,防止和治疗动脉粥样硬化,从而对心绞痛、心肌梗塞、冠心病和脑中风患者有良好的防治作用。

诊断标准:(1)中风先兆,常有头晕目眩、肢体麻木、舌尖麻、舌根紧,时见语言不利,头重脚轻,血压增高,舌红苔腻,脉弦滑而数,或沉细而弦等。(2)中风期间,若有口歪眼斜,肌肉皮肤麻木不仁,为中络,若有或左或右半身不遂,筋骨不用,为中经,若昏不识人,叫之尚应,便溺阻隔为中腑,若神昏不语,叫之不应,唇缓涎出,为中脏。(3)后遗症分三类,其一,心主血脉,心病则血脉失畅,症见半身不遂,四肢不举,口歪眼斜,麻木不仁,脉弦滑,足内翻或足外翻等;其二,心主神明,心病神无所主,症见猝然昏倒,不省人事,醒后神志迟钝失去记忆,傻哭傻笑,答非所问,自言自语,不知礼貌;其三,心开窍于舌,心病则舌不灵活,常见舌强难言,舌缓难言,舌偏枯舌麻木等。以上(1)~(3)可确诊为脑中风。
临床资料:按诊断标准确诊为脑中风患者81例,男36例,占44%;女45例,占56%,年龄最大82岁,最小28岁;病程最短一天,最长的超过三年以上。
治疗方法:每次3g,每日2~3次,温开水饭后服用,一个月为一个疗程,预防可连服一个月,然后每星期服三次,再服三个月即可,中风先兆、脑梗塞引起半身麻木或手、足麻,一般服本发明10~15天就可缓解消除病状。
疗效标准。痊愈:完全能够自理,综合功能活动正常,从事正常的脑力和体力劳动;显效:生活基本能够自理,从事较轻的脑力和体力劳动;好转:部分症状有改变,恢复不够完全;无效:症状无改变,主要功能未恢复。
治疗效果:以上81例中痊愈60例,占74.07%,显效16例,占19.75%,好转3例,占3.7%,无效2例,占2.48%,总有效率达97.52%。
典型病例:1、贺文叶,女,82岁,陕西人,住西安市长安区申店乡政府家属院内,患者2004年12月,头晕,头木,胸闷气短,右半身麻木,头面四肢肿胀,经诊断为中风先兆,2005年1月2日患者开始服本发明一中风通络散,每次3g,每日三次,连服一个疗程(一个月为一个疗程)症状基本消失,继服两个疗程,一切恢复正常。
2、赵凤翔,男,70岁,陕西省宜川县人民法院退休干部,患者右脚麻木近两年,其它无不适感,2004年2月经陕西省人民医院CT诊断为脑腔梗,2004年3月2日患者服本发明散剂,每次3g,每日三次,连服半个月后,足麻症状明显减轻,又继服两个疗程(两个月),至今已一年多无麻木感。
3、赵宏政,男,72岁,陕西省宜川县集义镇政府退休干部,患者2003年元月突感左足麻木,走路不稳,有时摔跤,经延安市人民医院诊断为脑梗,服“脑心通”等药疗效不佳,2003年11月开始服本发明散剂一个疗程(一个月)后,不感到麻木,减量后再继服三个疗程,至今已一年半无麻木感。
4、赵香玲,女,60岁,干部,河南人,现住西安市方新村未央区政府家属院。患者于2002年9月27日早饭时突发脑出血,急入西安市中心医院抢救,经CT显示出血量65毫升,手术后颅内仍存留8毫升,住院治疗共39天,出院后三个月来就诊,经查,右手不能抬举,右腿不能站立行走,不会说话,一年后,曾作过心脏支架手术,脉虚濡涩,舌淡白。2003年5月5日服“中风通络散”,每次3g,每日三次,连服三个月后,人扶着,能够行走,说话口齿清楚。
从以上治疗效果可以看出,本发明中药方剂对脑中风(脑血栓形成、脑梗塞)具有明显效果,本药具有疗效显著,起效快速,无毒副作用等特点,常服可预防脑中风,值得在临床上推广应用。
用法用量:每次3g,每日2~3次,温开水饭后服用,一个月为一个疗程。
Claims (1)
1.一种防治脑中风的中成药,其特征在于该药物是由下述重量百分比的组分组成的:生炙黄芪5%~7%、人参1%~3%、太子参1%~3%、土白术2%~4%、当归1%~3%、阿胶珠1%~3%、炙首乌1%~3%、焦杜仲2%~4%、骨碎补1%~3%、炙龟板2%~4%、麦冬1%~3%、桑寄生1%~3%、天麻1%~3%、广地龙1%~3%、全蝎0.5%~1.5%、白僵蚕0.5%~1.5%、蜈蚣0.5%~1%、石决明1%~2%、川芎1%~3%、丹参1%~3%、牛膝1%~3%、桃仁1%~2%、红花1%~2%、制乳香0.5%~1.5%、制没药0.5%~1.5%、苏土元1%~3%、水蛭1%~2%、鸡血藤1%~3%、炮山甲0.5%~1.5%、片姜黄0.5%~1.5%、乌蛇1%~2%、木瓜0.5%~1.5%、豨莶草1%~3%、炒桑枝1%~2%、海风藤0.5%~1.5%、威灵仙0.5%~1.5%、伸筋草1%~2%、防风1%~2%、羌活1%~2%、桂枝1%~2%、制白附片1%~2%、猪牙皂1%~2%、葛根1%~2%、夏枯草1%~3%、大黄1%~3%、炒苍术0.5%~1.5%、苏合香0.5%~1.5%、陈皮1%~2%、广木香1%~2%、降香0.5%~1.5%、三七1%~3%、冰片0.5%~1.5%、钩藤1%~2%、石菖蒲1%~2%、远志1%~2%、黄芩0.5%~1.5%、赤芍1%~2%、蒲黄1%~2%、砂仁0.5%~1.5%、山楂2%~4%、干姜0.5%~1.5%、茯苓1%~3%、炙甘草1%~2%。
