Abstract
Description
(一)技术领域本发明涉及一种钢轨的制造方法,特别是涉及短流程重轨的制造方法,属于黑色冶金金属压力加工技术领域。
(二)背景技术目前国内公开使用的钢轨的制造方法,多数在大的生产工艺流程中进行,由炼钢制成初轧坯或连铸坯,送入三段连续式加热炉,将冷坯加热至1200~1250℃,经过初轧机开坯、粗轧及精轧机轧制成轨,热锯锯切、打印、温度在550~600℃时,限时装入缓冷坑,加盖缓冷5.5小时后,打开坑盖再经1.5小时之后,吊出缓冷坑,进行矫直,量尺检查,进入冷加工线,进行精整加工:包括重轨平头、钻孔及端部热处理淬火、探伤检查合格,成品交库。这种方法和制造方式,整个工艺流程长,耗能高,质量差,特别是随着国民经济的高速发展,铁路不断提速,要求高速轨用于300km/h的铁路钢轨,要求技术条件苛刻,技术质量高,远远不能满足要求,因此,人们研究对老企业进行技术改造,在有限长的厂房内,采用短流程制造长50米重轨。现有的技术中存在以下不足:1所提供的初轧坯或连铸坯,大多钢质夹杂成份较高,影响重轨质量,化学成分稳定性差,如含有较高的S、P影响产品冷热加工和使用性能,即使钢轨通过缓冷工艺处理,难免因夹杂气体氢而产生白点,酿成事故,后果不堪设想,加之在进行热轧加工过程中,又在连续式推钢加热炉加热易产生过烧脱碳,轧制中因多用孔型法,轨头轨底难得充分延伸,质量差,不能满足高速轨的质量要求。
2吨钢能耗高:初轧坯或连铸坯经过加热开坯,冷却后,再加热,经三段连续式加热炉加热,加热炉能耗高,吨钢能耗达2.2GJ,加热时间长,烧损率高达1.1%,CO2的排放量高,仅吨钢多耗混合煤120m3多产生并排放CO2量为120×0.368m3/t钢,可见吨钢能耗高的严重后果。
3重轨质量差:难于达到铁路高速轨的质量要求,还表现以下几点:1)由于加热的时间长氧化铁皮厚,不仅收得率产低,还影响重轨表面质量;2)轧制工艺使用的斜配孔型法对轨头轨底形状及精度受轧制调整难度大的影响难于提高重轨质量;3)矫直后重轨,因矫直有盲区,存在不平直缺陷部分,这种情况下,不得不切断缺陷部位,改尺影响成材率;4)热轧后的重轨热刮伤严重,波及表面、形状,重轨质量差;5)质量控制检查检测装备水平差,缺少检查检测手段,补矫装备不得力,冷加工线及轨端铣切钻孔和淬火热处理质量差,难得提高。
(三)发明内容本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种短流程重轨的制造方法,在已有有限长度为480米厂房建筑的场地内,生产制造长50米铁路用重轨和其他轨梁型钢、特别是对50米长重轨,用于高速铁路的产品制造,降低燃料消耗,减少烧损,提高成材率,节约成本,缩短工艺流程,缩减设备,节省投资,减少各种消耗,机组改进增设必要装置,改善作业环境,提高产品内在质量、表面质量和满足铁路用高速重轨的质量要求。
本发明短流程重轨的制造方法,解决的技术方案是采用如下工艺步骤:
1,转炉钢水炉外精炼,2,连铸机铸坯及铸坯的热送加热,3,初轧机开坯及轨型坯粗轧,4,万能连轧机组精轧成轨,5,锯切与冷却,6,矫直与检查与检测,7,精整冷加工。
各步骤及其工艺条件是:(1)转炉钢水炉外精炼,通过LF钢包精炼技术和VD真空脱气技术,控制连铸钢水夹杂物,消除铸坯表面缺陷,中心偏析缺陷,当钢水成份各元素含量重量百分比合格,及有害杂质控制:P≤0.015,S≤0.007,O≤20×10-4H≤2×10-4的用于连铸钢水,送至中间罐;(2)连铸机铸坯:连铸机型式:弧型多点矫直,4流,弧型曲率半径R=12m,结晶器为弧型组合式,长度800mm,四偏心正弦轮振动,链式引锭杆长22.9m,钳式拉矫机,火焰切割定尺5~8m,铸坯热送加热:切割后的铸坯通过辊道输送,经升降称量装置,铸坯温度800~850℃时,送入步进式加热炉,炉型:上、下供热的步进梁式加热炉,带中心风可调焰燃烧器,炉内支撑梁采用汽化冷却,中性气氛加热,加热温度1150~1250℃,出炉铸坯经高压水除鳞清除铸坯表面氧化铁皮,高压水系统压力30MPa,流量295L/h铸坯经各除鳞喷嘴同时喷射;(3)初轧机开坯及轨型坯粗轧:加热后的铸坯经高压水除鳞,清除铸坯表面氧化铁皮后,进入1150mm二辊可逆式初轧机开坯,轧辊直径Φ1180/1080mm,辊长2800mm,电动压下,电机功率N=200~300kW,压下速度V=90~180mm/s,开坯初轧的最大轧制力20000kN,轧制力距2000kN·m,主电机功率N=3900~4300kW,转速n=0~60~120r/min,初轧机开坯往复轧制5道次,然后横移3.5m至1100mm轧机轧制,1100mm轧机为二辊可逆式初轧机,通过齿轮座和万能接轴传动轧辊,轧辊直径Φ1250~1050mm,辊身长2240mm,最大轧制力10000kN,轧制力矩1200kN·m,主电机功率N=4560kW,主电机转速n=0~70~120r/min,往复轧制后将轨型坯切头切尾,平移回至万能连轧机组;(4)万能连轧机组精轧成轨:经过三架包括万能粗轧机、轧边机和万能精轧机组成的万能连轧精轧机组,轧机规格为Φ1120mm,精轧成重轨,万能粗轧机入口处设有10个喷嘴分布钢轨三个方向喷射的高压水除鳞箱,系统压力30MPa自动控制,万能粗轧及精轧最大轧制力5000kN,最大立辊轧制力3000kN,水平轧辊直径Φ1120mm,辊身长400/800mm万能/二辊辊系,立辊直径Φ740mm,辊身长285mm,水平轧辊行程150mm,立辊行程每侧300mm,轧制速度0~10m/s,轧边机最大轧制力2500kN,轧辊直径Φ800mm,辊身长1200mm,轧辊调整行程150mm,机架移动行程850mm+10mm,机架移动速度100mm/s液压小车换辊方式,两轧机之间分别装有可折卸的横梁侧导板,改善轧件咬入和水雾除尘;(5)锯切与冷却:成轨轧件通过5台滑座式热锯切尺,定尺切割范围12~50m,重轨长50m,经过打印机打印后,被输入冷却系统,冷却首先经过预弯处理,在热状态预先反向弯曲,减少重轨冷却后下冷床弯曲度,进入冷床为50m步进式与链式复合冷床,中间经过快速横移小车及合钢机构翻钢机,输至矫直工序,冷床前有快速运输装置,以备需进入缓冷坑的重轨在550~600℃时送入缓冷坑,缓冷后的重轨,被吊放至步进式冷床,输至矫直工序;(6)矫直与检查检测:冷却后钢轨被输送至平——立复合矫直机,进行矫直后平移至检查检测中心,进行平直度检测,涡流探伤检查表面质量与超声波探伤内在质量,达到高速轨300km/h重轨平直度要求后,通过横移过跨台架送至精整冷加工工序;(7)精整冷加工:首先通过四面压力矫直机,对重轨端部及轨身平处进行补矫直,由4台纵列组合机床及2台锯钻组合机床组成三条纵向冷加工线联合加工,包括轨端铣切、钻孔和热处理淬火,检查出厂。
本发明解决技术方案,还包括:①,连铸机铸坯直送加热炉之间经过升降称量辊道,形式为液压升降式,由6个Φ360×430mm辊子组成,辊距1500mm,升降行程730mm;②铸坯加热的步进式加热炉具有高架式装钢机和可回收蒸气4t/h的汽化冷却步进梁,以及步进机构的高刚度框架和予应力炉梁,以适应短流程重轨轧制线对四流铸机的工艺流程要求。
③轧制成轨,经热锯切尺后,进入冷床前,有大行程预弯机对轧件进行预弯,将热状态重轨,温度≥600℃时进行反向预弯曲,以减少重轨冷却后弯曲度以及降低重轨矫直后内部残余应力。
本发明相比现有技术有如下有益效果;1、转炉钢水通过LF和VD炉精炼设备的炉外精炼处理后,钢水夹杂控制重量百分比P≤0.015,S≤0.007,O≤20×10-4H≤2×10-4,使钢质纯净质量提高,消除钢轨中的白点缺陷和逐步淘汰重轨缓冷工艺,缩短工艺流程提高产量,节约成本,减少不必要的缓冷坑占地和设施,节省设备和投资。
2、连铸机铸坯与铸坯热装热送加热炉,铸机输出辊道与加热炉输入辊道并一合用,不仅缩短工艺流程,而且铸坯850℃入炉加热行程短,且在炉内加热时间仅为现有技术三段连续式推钢加热炉加热时间的1/3,节约加热能源,消耗燃料降低0.36GJ/t,每年减少排放CO2量为3532×104m3,减少钢材烧损0.46%,提高成材率2%3、配套4流铸机短流程热送步进式加热炉,横跨连接连铸机生产线与热轧两平行线之间的连接,具有连接和输送铸坯的作用。步进式加热炉具有热装高架装钢机,高刚度横跨梁和预应力炉梁和汽化冷却步进梁,不仅具有回收蒸汽4t/h,年增效益84万元人民币,并同时为铸坯在炉内顺利运行提供保障,冷态运行跑偏量≤2mm。
4、轧制线上平移1100mm轨型坯粗轧机3.5m线位,对1150初轧机及万能连轧机组精轧区前后宽松,因而具有轧制多种钢坯提供多品种钢材一线多用途的优点,对轧制其他轨和其他型钢,具有更大的灵活性。
5、万能连轧机组,精轧重轨通过万能粗轧机,轧边机和万能精轧机分布多孔型、多道次同辊缝的轧制工艺,对轧机调整方面更加容易,便于实现自动化,在万能轧机入口及各架机之间设有改善咬入条件及水雾除尘的可拆卸横梁侧导板,具有改善轧机操作环境,提高成材率,较传统万能法生产重轨及公开使用H钢X-H法节省一架万能精轧机及其传动设备和其占地,产生短流程的效果。
6、重轨冷却:在50米长步进式与链式复合冷床中间有快速横移小车及合钢机构翻钢机,为灵活采用缓冷工艺,提供了设备条件,因而具有多功能性和灵活性。
7、为适应高速铁路用轨,在重轨质量措施上通过下列措施提供保障。
(1)冷床前通过大型预弯机后,进入冷床冷却;(2)冷却后有平——立复合矫直机,并有平直度检测及探伤检查;(3)进入冷加工线有四面压力矫直机进行补矫,确保平直度;(4)通过重轨精整加工,三线联合加工,强度、精度、平直度的产品质量得到有力控制。
8本发明的短流程重轨的制造方法,铸坯热装热送步进加热炉节约能源及提高成材率,仅此两项年创经济效益5563万元人民币。
(四)附图说明图1为本发明短流程重轨的制造方法的工艺步骤示意图图中工艺装备:1-转炉,2-LF炉,3-VD炉,4-方坯连铸机,5-步进式加热炉,6-高压除鳞装置,7-1150初轧机,8-1号横移台架,9-1100初轧机,10-2号横移台架,11-万能连轧机组,12-热锯,13-打印机,14-冷床,15-平立复合矫直机,16-矫后横移台架,17-检测中心,18-过跨横移台架,19-压力矫直机,20-锯钻组合机床,21-成品收集台架,22-重轨检查台架。23-锯切组合机床(五)具体实施方式实现本发明的具体实施方式,短流程重轨的制造方法,工艺步骤:参照附图加以说明:1,转炉1炼钢的钢水炉外精炼,控制钢水成份合格,钢水送入LF炉2脱P、S杂渣VD炉3脱气O、H,控制重量百分比P≤0.015,S≤0.007,O≤20×10-4H≤2×10-4,2,连铸机4铸坯,在R12m的四流连铸机进行铸坯,铸坯尺寸280×280,280×380,320×410,定尺5.0m~8.0m;火焰切割,铸坯经过输出辊道连接步进式加热炉入炉辊道。
3,铸坯加热及除鳞:连铸机的铸坯,辊道输送经过升降称量装置对铸坯称重记录后,温度850℃时送入步进式加热炉5,中性气氛下加热,出炉温度1250℃经高压水除鳞装置6喷嘴在铸坯上下左右同时喷射,系统压力30MPa高压水清除铸坯表面氧化铁鳞后送至1150mm初轧机前;4,初轧开坯及轨型坯粗轧:1150mm二辊可逆初轧机7往复轧制5道次后经横移至1号横移台架8送到1100mm轧机二辊可逆初轧机9往复轧制,粗轧轨型坯,轨型坯料切头切尾经横移台架10平移回至万能连轧机组11生产线;5,万能连轧机组精轧成轨:经过由三架包括万能粗轧机、轧边机和万能精轧机组成的万能连轧机组精轧成重轨,连轧机入口处及两轧机之间分别装有可折卸的横梁侧导板,改善轧件咬入和水雾除尘;6,热锯切与冷却:成轨轧件通过5台滑座式热锯12切尺,定尺50m长重轨,经过打印机13打印输入冷床14,首先经过预弯处理后进入冷床为50m步进式与链式复合冷床14,或者直通缓冷,或者中间经过快速横移及合钢机构翻钢机输至矫直工序;7,矫直与检查检测:冷却后重轨送到矫直机,通过平立复合矫直机15进行矫直后横移台架16平移至检查检测中心17进行平直度检测,涡流与超声波探伤达到300km/h重轨平直度要求后,通过横移过跨台架18送至精整冷加工工序;8,精整冷加工:首先通过四面压力矫直机19对重轨端部及轨身平处进行补矫直,由4台纵列组合机床20及2台锯钻组合机床23组成三条纵向冷加工线联合加工。
本发明解决技术方案还包括铸坯直送加热炉之间辊道处有铸坯升降称重装置,升降行程730mm;铸坯加热的步进式加热炉,具有高架式装钢机和可回收蒸气4t/h的汽化冷却步进梁,以及步进机构的高刚度框架和予应力炉梁,以适应短流程重轨轧制线对四流铸机的工艺流程要求。
轧制成轨热锯切尺后,进入冷床前有大行程预弯机对重轨进行热预弯后进入冷却。
