Abstract

一、技术领域
本发明方法涉及一种治疗癫痫病的中草药胶囊制作原料配比。
二、背景技术
癫痫病的治疗是医学难题之一，由于它的病因比较复杂，其不同的神经位置引起不同的发作形式，目前的数百万患者，有很大一部分得不到较正规系统的治疗，特别是缺医少药的贫困地区更加如此，给患者及其家庭造成精神和心理上的损害。西药采用的一些治疗方法也得不到根治，易产生药物依赖，甚至产生智能障碍的后果。
三、发明内容
本发明是根据中医理论，从注重整体机能和调整人体的阴阳平衡出发，完全用中草药作原料，制作可有效治疗癫痫病的胶囊。
制作该胶囊采用的中草药原料为：太子参、牛黄、麝香、胆南星、全蝎、蜈蚣、天麻、菖蒲、茯苓、橘红、青果、六曲、川芎、羌活、威灵仙、琥珀、朱砂，其重量比依次为100∶8～12∶5～8∶20～30∶40～55∶40～55∶20～30∶90～110∶90～110∶50～70∶80～100∶90～110∶50～70∶50～70∶50～70∶4～6∶8～10。以上各药按药典如法炮制，分别加工去杂，烘干粉碎过120目筛，然后以每粒0.5克分装入胶囊，经紫外线杀菌后成药。
本胶囊是豁痰熄风药物，具有芳香开窍、清热镇惊、化痰利气、气顺痰清、痰清风自灭的作用。本方疗效显著，多年来经过对数百例癫痫患者疗效观察；其中基本治愈(标准：临床症状和体症消失，随访十年以上未见复发)不低于85％；明显好转(标准：临床症状和体症基本消失，但有强烈的外因诱导下，偶有轻微发作)不低于10％。
四、具体实施方式
例1、取原料太子参100克，菖蒲、茯苓、六曲各90克，牛黄、朱砂各8克，麝香5克，胆南星、天麻20克，全蝎、蜈蚣40克，橘红、川芎、羌活、威灵仙各50克，青果80克，琥珀4克，按药典如法炮制，分别加工去杂，烘干粉碎过120目筛，然后以每粒0.5克分装入胶囊，经紫外线杀菌后成药。服法：1-3岁每次2-4粒，4-7岁每次3-5粒，8-15岁每次6-8粒，16-成年人9-12粒，均为每日3次。一个月为1个疗程，服用6-12个疗程即可。
例2、取原料太子参、菖蒲、茯苓、六曲各100克，牛黄、朱砂各10克，麝香7克，胆南星、天麻25克，全蝎、蜈蚣48克，橘红、川芎、羌活、威灵仙各60克，青果90克，琥珀5克。制作工艺与服法与例1相同。
例3、取原料太子参100克，菖蒲、茯苓、六曲各110克，牛黄、朱砂各12克，麝香8克，胆南星、天麻30克，全蝎、蜈蚣55克，橘红、川芎、羌活、威灵仙各70克，青果100克，琥珀6克。制作工艺与服法与例1相同。

1、一种治疗癫痫病的中草药胶囊，其特征在于它是由太子参、牛黄、麝香、胆南星、全蝎、蜈蚣、天麻、菖蒲、茯苓、橘红、青果、六曲、川芎、羌活、威灵仙、琥珀、朱砂组成，其重量比依次为100∶8～12∶5～8∶20～30∶40～55∶40～55∶20～30∶90～110∶90～110∶50～70∶80～100∶90～110∶50～70∶50～70∶50～70∶4～6∶8～10。
