Abstract

技术领域：本发明属于中药技术领域，具体说涉及一种治疗股骨头坏死的药物。
背景技术：股骨头坏死是一种病程长、且十分痛苦又难以治愈的多发病，它不是一个单一因素的病症，而是因各种不同的原因导致的股骨头供血障碍，其中外伤、血液系统疾病、脂肪代谢紊乱、酒精中毒、肾上腺皮质功能亢进等都是直接或间接引起股骨头坏死的原因之一。目前，中国专利曾公开过若干有关治疗股骨头坏死的药物方案，其组分含量各有千秋，例如ZL01125647公开的“一种治疗股骨头坏死的药物及其制法”，其中的药物就是由同时使用的内服药和外敷药两部分组成；当然也有单一的内用药或外用药技术方案。不过，到目前为止，在国内外临床上还没有关于能够根治本病的药物报道。
发明内容：
本发明的任务是针对现有技术的不足，通过发掘祖国医学宝库，提供一种能够彻底治疗股骨头坏死的药物。
本发明的技术解决方案是：
一种治疗股骨头坏死的药物：由中草药制成，其特征在于它由下述原料制成：龟板100g 鳖甲100g 穿山甲15g 丹参30g 红花15g 桃仁15g 三棱20g 莪术20g 乳香20g 没药20g 牛膝15g 甘草10g；其制备方法是先将龟板、鳖甲和穿山甲三种药物直接磨成粉末，而将其他药物经过熬制—提纯—浓缩等过程制成药粉，然后再将两种药粉混合均匀即得。
上述组分方解：其中龟板性咸、甘、微寒，归肝肾、心经，其功效在于滋阴潜阳，益肾强骨，养血补心，可治筋骨不健等；鳖甲性咸、微寒，归肝、肾经，其功效在于滋阴潜阳，软坚散结，益肾健骨，固经止血，养血补血补心，可治肾虚骨瘘等；龟板和鳖甲在此相须而用，前者偏于滋阴，益肾健骨，后者长于软坚、清热及打通血脉，二者为君药，相得益彰。其中的穿山甲性咸、微寒，归肝、胃经，其功用主要在于排脓活血，引导经络，为臣药。而丹参、红花、三棱、桃仁、乳香、没药、牛膝、莪术、甘草等，大都属于活血化瘀类药，具有养血、活血、化瘀、通经、消肿、去腐、生肌、止痛、解毒等作用，为佐使药。本药的作用机理是扶正除邪，标本兼治。其中穿山甲引路，循经将诸药引入病灶；龟板、鳖甲扶正，使坏死的骨头一点一点地修复并使之变为光滑；股骨头上坏死的残余物被桃仁、红花、三棱、莪术等运走；丹参、乳香、没药起活血化瘀、凉血作用，牛膝配合穿山甲下行，甘草解诸药之毒。
采用本处方，发明人曾成功地彻底治愈了数例病人，现举两个典型病例如下：
病例1，陈树合，男，48岁，家住兴隆县兴隆镇大友村，2003年3月7日来诊，走路一瘸一拐，已经什么活都不能干。所带病历资料表明，业经兴隆县医院X线检查会诊，诊断为“右侧股骨头坏死(无菌性)”。二十多年前当兵时曾有过外伤史。经本药治疗，两天一剂，连服50剂彻底痊愈。目前走路与正常人一样，什么活都能干。
病历2，杨连发，男，50岁，兴隆县粮食局汽车司机，1998年10月4日前来就诊，口述因车祸受伤引起股骨头坏死两年有余，站立困难，走不了三、五步就得歇息，十分痛苦。服用本药40剂复旧如初，目前无一点后遗症。
临床实践证明：本药确有彻底治愈股骨头坏死之功效。
与现有技术相比，本发明处方采用传统的中草药，其组分结构合理，配伍严谨，能彻底治疗股骨头坏死，因此可以说是一种治疗股骨头坏死病症的理想药物。不仅为治疗股骨头坏死中成药增添了新品种，而且也取得了显著的效果。目前，可以工业化生产，大面积应用于临床。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细说明。
实施例，按龟板100g 鳖甲100g 穿山甲15g 丹参30g 红花15g 桃仁15g 三棱20g 莪术20g 乳香20g 没药20g 牛膝15g 甘草10g的组分比例取原料药材若干，将其中龟板、鳖甲和穿山甲三种药物直接磨成粉末，而将其他的药物经过熬制一提纯一浓缩等过程制成药粉，然后，再将两种药粉混合均匀后，或直接装入胶囊，或采用中药西制的常规技术加工成片剂。
本药物尤其适用于外伤性、酒精中毒性、贫血性等类型的股骨头坏死症。
