本发明公开一种长寿果胶囊及其制备方法,胶囊包括胶壳和囊心物、囊心物是长寿果果粉、果粉是采用真空冷冻干燥方法制得,本方法制得的胶囊保持了长寿果完好的营养成份及原味、并不含任何防腐剂及添加剂。

长寿果胶囊及其制备方法
本发明涉及一种长寿果胶囊及其制备方法。
长寿果(Solamun muiealum)是一种原产于南美洲安弟斯山的野生果。由本发明人引种我国获得成功,本发明人申请的长寿果的栽培方法的发明专利已向中国专利局申请专利。
长寿果作为一种新型水果、已受到人们注意,其作为水果,果肉清香、风味独特、尤其含有丰富的维生素,矿物质、氨基酸,其中人体必需的氨基酸的几乎均高于大豆、牛肉和蛋,特别是含有硒、钙、铬、钼等十几种微量元素,这在水果中是罕见的,作为营养滋补品、保健品不仅适宜体弱多病及免疫力低下者,还具有抑制瘤肿,防治糖尿病、防止心脏病、调节血脂等保健功能。
由于长寿果鲜果不易保存、经加工其各种营养成份又极易受到破坏。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能保持其鲜果的天然营养成份及口感的长寿果胶囊。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种上述长寿果胶囊的制备方法。
本发明的长寿果胶囊制备方法为真空冷冻干燥方法。本长寿果胶囊是由胶壳和囊心物组成,胶壳:含有明胶、甘油、琼脂、食用色素、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯。囊心物为长寿果果粉,其制备方法:将鲜果清洗,滤干、去皮之后进行冷冻,冷冻温度-20℃--28℃、并使之为真空状态,在该温度下保持真空状态,时间为10-20小时,真空冷冻干燥的长寿果呈疏松多孔的蜂窝状外表,再经高速粉碎机粉碎后即成浅黄色的果粉,装入胶壳内即可。
本发明的优点:
1、真空冷冻干燥法制得的胶囊保持了长寿果原有营养成份、保持原有的色、香、味。
2、未加任何防腐剂、添加剂,是理想保健食品。
3、真空冷冻干燥有效脱去水份、果粉水粉含量低、易于长期保存和便于运输和携带
本发明实施例
(1)胶壳:按照所需要制备胶壳的数量,按比例称取明胶、甘油、琼脂、食用色素、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、配制胶壳。
(2)囊心物:将长寿果鲜果洗净、滤干、去皮、冷冻、冷冻温度为-20℃--28℃、并为真空状态,保持该温度下真空状态10-20小时,使之完成干燥后,用高速粉碎机粉碎后即得长寿果果粉。
(3)将果粉装入胶壳内即制得本发明的长寿果胶囊。

Claims (3)

1、一种长寿果胶囊,包括胶壳和胶壳内装有囊心物,其中胶壳含有明胶、甘油、琼脂、食用色素、和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、其特征在于囊心物为长寿果果粉。
2、一种长寿果胶囊的制备方法:先制备胶壳,其特征在于囊心物中果粉是将鲜果经过真空冷冻干燥后粉碎制得的长寿果果粉分装于胶壳中。
3、如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于冷冻温度-20℃--28℃干燥时间为10-20小时。
