背景技术
在现有技术中，治疗鼻炎、鼻窦炎及鼻腔疾病大都以西药消炎为主，外用喷雾法药物本身没有气化消炎作用，只能靠吸入的气体治疗，而鼻病大都以鼻塞不通为主病，所以疗效不佳，均未能从根本上治愈。
从中医的角度讲，鼻病始非寒，终非热，病虽在鼻，而根源在肺，“当邪气入侵，皮毛先受之，皮毛受邪则邪气从经络传其所合，皮毛之合是肺，肺先受累，肺开窍于鼻”。再加上“七情内郁，六淫外伤，饮食劳役之过，则鼻气不能宣调，清道壅塞即为病也，为窒塞不通、为流清涕，为疮疡，为衄血、为浊涕，不闻香臭，此皆脏腑不调，邪气郁於鼻，而清道壅塞矣”。寒则温之，热则清之，壅则散之，塞则通之，有道是肺气调匀而鼻自通也。
现有临床上常用的苍麻滴鼻液、麻黄碱滴鼻液，因麻黄碱对老年人、高血压、心脏病、神经衰弱等患者易产生失眠，头痛、眩晕、震颤、心悸、心慌、出汗，久用可产生耐药性。
发明内容
本发明解决针对以上不足之处，而提供了一种由十六种中药制备而成，提取工艺简单，成本低，疗效好，使用安全方便，无副作用，能够疏通堵塞的鼻腔，使充血的血管，肿胀的粘膜收缩、通畅；能够降低神经的敏感性；对过敏性鼻粘膜有脱敏作用；使分泌腺液体减少，抑制鼻腔粘膜组织增生；有助鼻腔温度、湿度的调节，收敛和保护鼻粘膜，营养血管和神经及上皮细胞等组织。气化各窦腔的炎症，使鼻腔恢复除尘、除菌作用；宣调肺气，清理肺热，大有气息调匀鼻自通之理，充分发挥各窦腔的共鸣作用；使鼻病在短时间内消失的治疗鼻病的滴鼻液。
本发明采用下列方案实现的，治疗鼻病的滴鼻液，由以下重量配比的原料制成：

地榆3-9克，丹参3-9克，儿茶2-6克，血竭1-3克。
分别加入水，用热浸法、蒸馏法、药浸法、过滤法提取制成药液按比例配制。
本发明以君、臣、佐、使，采用偏温，微寒凉，首入肺经，再用芳香通关开窍，次入各脏腑之药进行配伍。
本发明的药理作用，升麻、猪牙皂(牙皂角)、细辛能温通经络，疏通肺窍，升散阳明经表邪，减少鼻腔粘膜肿胀，有开窍通鼻的作用；另外，田三七中含有三七皂甙低浓度使用，配有此药能收缩鼻粘膜血管，消肿定痛，治疗效果更佳。
薄荷脑、冰片、蟾酥能清凉止痛，芳香开窍，解毒消肿，抑制鼻腔粘膜组织增生，对各窦腔有芳香气化的消炎作用；
硼砂、丹皮、生地能杀菌止痒，清热凉血，活血止血，，有助鼻腔温度、湿度的调节，对过敏性鼻粘膜有脱敏作用；
金银花、蚤休、地榆能清热解毒，杀菌消肿，清理肺热，起宣肺气的作用。
丹参、儿茶、血竭能凉血化瘀，活血养血，祛湿收敛，有保护鼻粘膜，营养神经血管和上皮细胞等组织，减少鼻腔分泌渗出的作用。
本发明的治疗鼻病的滴鼻液，由以下重量配比的原料制成：
升麻5克，猪牙皂(牙皂角)2克，细辛2克，田三七0.6克，
薄荷脑4克，冰片4克，蟾酥0.5克，硼砂6克，
丹皮9克，生地9克，金银花9克，蚤休6克，
地榆9克，丹参9克，儿茶4克，血竭2克。

本发明可根据鼻病的类型、轻重配制成I号药剂和II号药剂，I号药剂多用于急性鼻炎、单纯性鼻炎和过敏性鼻炎；II号药剂多用于慢性鼻炎、肥厚性鼻炎、萎缩性鼻炎、急性鼻窦炎、慢性鼻窦炎、鼻出血等疾病，疗效甚佳。I号药剂侧重于温通经络，疏通肺窍，宣散阳明经表邪，调理肺气，肺气调匀鼻自通。II号药剂侧重于消肿杀菌，活血化瘀，收敛祛湿，止血止痛，芳香开窍，气化各窦腔的炎症。

本发明的效果及优点：
本发明经临床疗效对比观察，有效率达94.6％以上，治愈率达92.6％以上，对严重病例和病程较长者可加服鼻病系列中药治愈时间可缩短。

具体实施方式
实施例1
称取升麻5克，猪牙皂(牙皂角)2克，细辛2克，田三七0.6克，
薄荷脑4克，冰片4克，蟾酥0.5克，硼砂6克，
丹皮9克，生地9克，金银花9克，蚤休6克，
地榆9克，丹参9克，儿茶4克，血竭2克。分别加入水，用热浸法、蒸馏法、药浸法、过滤法提取制成药液按比例配制。
丹参、丹皮、生地、猪牙皂(牙皂角)、地榆洗净去皮子、杂质，用沙布包好放入瓷性溶器中，加入蒸馏水500ml密封，外加热温度60-80度，36小时后去渣，再将蚤休、金银花用沙布包好放入上述药液中密封，外加热24小时后去渣，再将升麻、细辛用白布包好放入上述药液中密封加热12小时后待自然冷却去渣蒸馏提取，将硼砂、血竭、儿茶、田三七研细面达100目细度，加入上述药液中，浸泡72小时后将蟾酥用60％酒精10ml溶化后加入上述药液中，用过滤纸过滤，再将薄荷脑、冰片加入药液中，装瓶密封备用。

丹皮、生地、猪牙皂(牙皂角)、地榆洗净去皮子、杂质，用沙布包好放入瓷性溶器中，加入蒸馏水500ml密封，外加热温度60-80度，36小时后去渣，再将蚤休、金银花用沙布包好放入上述药液中密封，外加热24小时后去渣，再将升麻、细辛用白布包好放入上述药液中密封加热12小时后待自然冷却去渣蒸馏提取，将硼砂、血竭、研细面达100目细度，加入上述药液中，浸泡72小时后，用过滤纸过滤，再将薄荷脑、冰片加入药液中，装瓶密封备用。
实施例3以II号药剂制做为例：
按II号药剂称取田三七0.6克，猪牙皂(牙皂角)1克，细辛1克，蟾酥0.5克，薄荷脑5克，冰片5克，丹皮9克，蚤休6克，丹参9克，儿茶4克，血竭3克，硼砂6克。
猪牙皂(牙皂角)、丹皮、丹参洗净去皮子，杂质，用沙布包好放入瓷性溶器中，加入蒸馏水500ml密封，外加热温度60-80度，36小时后去渣，再将蚤休、细辛用沙布包好放入上述药液中密封，外加热12小时后待自然冷却、去渣、蒸馏提取，再将田三七、儿茶、血竭、硼砂研细达100目细度，加入上述药液中，浸泡72小时将蟾酥用60％酒精10ml溶化后加入上述药液中，用过滤纸过滤，加入薄荷脑、冰片即可，装瓶密封备用。灌装规格一般每瓶为8ml。
使用本药物的用法与用量：
凡属急性鼻炎、单纯性鼻炎、过敏性鼻炎，使用I号药剂所制成的滴鼻液，每次2-3滴，隔日一次，5-7次为一个疗程，1-2个疗程即愈。
凡属肥厚性鼻炎、萎缩性鼻炎、急慢性鼻窦炎、额窦炎、上颌窦炎或病程较长的单纯性鼻炎，过敏性鼻炎使用I号药剂未彻底治愈者，使用II号药剂制成的滴鼻液，每次2-4滴，每日一次或隔日一次，5-7次为一个疗程，2-4个疗程即愈。
预防呼吸道传染病，每次1-2滴，隔2日一次；预防感冒者每次1-2滴，隔5日一次。
注意使用本发明所述的滴鼻液必须采用仰卧位，头低于床头外与身体成80度角，将药液滴在前鼻甲上，尽量避免流入咽部。
Claims (2)
1、一种治疗鼻病的滴鼻液，由以下重量配比的原料制成：
升麻2-6克，猪牙皂1-3克，细辛1.5-3克，田三七0.5-1克，
薄荷脑2-6克，冰片1-6克，蟾酥0.4-0.6克，硼砂3-6克，
丹皮3-9克，生地6-9克，金银花6-9克，蚤休3-9克，
地榆3-9克，丹参3-9克，儿茶2-6克，血竭1-3克，
其制备方法为：丹参、丹皮、生地、猪牙皂、地榆洗净去皮子、杂质，用沙布包好放入瓷性溶器中，加入蒸馏水500ml密封，外加热温度60-80度，36小时后去渣，再将蚤休、金银花用沙布包好放入上述药液中密封，外加热24小时后去渣，再将升麻、细辛用白布包好放入上述药液中密封加热12小时后待自然冷却去渣蒸馏提取，将硼砂、血竭、儿茶、田三七研细面达100目细度，加入上述药液中，浸泡72小时后将蟾酥用60％酒精10ml溶化后加入上述药液中，用过滤纸过滤，再将薄荷脑、冰片加入药液中，装瓶密封备用。
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗鼻病的滴鼻液，由以下重量配比的原料制成：
升麻5克，猪牙皂2克，细辛2克，田三七0.6克，
薄荷脑4克，冰片4克，蟾酥0.5克，硼砂6克，
丹皮9克，生地9克，金银花9克，蚤休6克，
地榆9克，丹参9克，儿茶4克，血竭2克。
