Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水壶视窗结构，特别涉及一种金属壶身的电热水壶视窗结构。
背景技术
现有在金属壶身的电热水壶上开水位视窗结构有多种，如中国实用新型专利00117581.5号揭示了一种电热水壶壶体视窗的制作方法，制作时预先在金属壶体上冲压出一个翻边窗口，在翻边上套入密封圈，再将金属壶置入热塑性材料注射模内，压模后经注塑成型。但该结构的制作方法复杂，成品率较低，而且在制作过程中一旦出现不合格品也不可修复。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷，本发明提供了一种新型的水壶视窗结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种水壶视窗结构，包括壶身及水尺，在壶身与水尺之间设有密封圈及焊接架，焊接架与壶身之间固定连接，水尺另一侧设有固定片，焊接架、水尺与固定片三者连接在一起，所述焊接架通过水尺与固定片连接在一起，焊接架与固定片之间不直接连接。
所述焊接架设于水尺趾部与密封圈相隔的另一侧及水尺与壶身之间，其靠近壶身的一面与壶身固定连接在一起。
所述焊接架内包围设有螺母，螺钉依次穿过固定片及水尺与焊接架内的螺母构成螺钉连接，把焊接架、水尺与固定片三者连接在一起。
本发明由于焊接架与壶身采用点焊方式固定连接，焊接架与水尺通过螺钉连接，如此即把水尺稳固地连接于壶身上。本结构安装及拆卸非常方便，制造过程中出现不合格品也可以随时返修，大大提高了成品率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，电热水壶1壶身由不锈钢材料制成，壶身上有一开孔，孔内装有一透明的水尺10，该水尺对称地设于壶身相对两侧。
图2为图1的B-B剖视图，本实施例中透明水尺10由透明塑料块3构成，装于不锈钢壶身2上，使用者可以通过水尺10直接观察不锈钢电热水壶内的水位。
图3为图2中A处局部放大图，详细显示了本发明水壶视窗结构。不锈钢壶身2具有一向内的翻边20，透明塑料块3沿翻边20向壶身内延伸，然后平行于壶身2大致呈倒“F”形状，透明塑料块3的趾部30与不锈钢壶身的翻边20构成一个容纳空间，其中套入密封圈7。
透明塑料块3趾部30另一侧为一中空的四方形包围状焊接架8，其靠近不锈钢壶身2的一面与不锈钢壶身2之间以点焊方式固定连接在一起，里面包围容纳有螺母6，固定片5把透明塑料块3和焊接架8压紧在一起，螺钉4穿过固定片5和透明塑料块3的开孔伸入焊接架8内，与螺母6构成螺钉连接。其中焊接架8与壶身2之间也可以采用点焊之外的其他方式固定，如超声波焊接、热熔、压紧、粘接等。
由于焊接架8与不锈钢壶身2采用点焊方式固定连接，焊接架8与透明塑料块3通过螺钉连接，如此即把透明塑料块3稳固地连接于不锈钢壶身2上，固定片5可以压紧透明塑料块3与焊接架8。本结构安装及拆卸非常方便，制造过程中出现不合格品也可以随时返修，大大提高了成品率。而且由于在翻边20与透明塑料块3的趾部30之间装有密封圈7，有效地解决了密封问题，不会漏水。
Claims (3)
1.一种水壶视窗结构，包括壶身及水尺，在壶身与水尺之间设有密封圈及焊接架，焊接架与壶身之间固定连接，水尺另一侧设有固定片，焊接架、水尺与固定片三者连接在一起，其特征在于所述焊接架通过水尺与固定片连接在一起，焊接架与固定片之间不直接连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水壶视窗结构，其特征在于所述焊接架设于水尺趾部与密封圈相隔的另一侧及水尺与壶身之间，其靠近壶身的一面与壶身固定连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1至2任一所述的水壶视窗结构，其特征在于所述焊接架内包围设有螺母，螺钉依次穿过固定片及水尺与焊接架内的螺母构成螺钉连接，把焊接架、水尺与固定片三者连接在一起。
