Abstract

Description
本发明的领域
本发明总的涉及一种有屏蔽的电信连接器,特别涉及一种包括一屏蔽联接器、用来将一电缆屏蔽层与一电信输出口屏蔽层连接起来的屏蔽接线板。
已有技术
在一工作区域(即,用户区)和一电信室(telecommunications closet)中,经常将屏蔽式电信连接器和屏蔽电缆用于电信电缆的接线之中。目前可以从市场上买到用在电信室内的屏蔽式高密度接线板。但是,这些传统接线板中没有一种能将屏蔽电缆与插座的屏蔽层电连接起来的。因此,传统的屏蔽式接线板不能满足ISO/IEC 11801有关传输阻抗的各项要求。
传统屏蔽式接线板的另一个缺点在于难以做好准备工作以将输入电缆与接线板相连接。有些电缆是极难正确制备得可以与传统的屏蔽式接线板适当端接的。常用的方法要求切割并除去外护套而不能除去或损坏电缆内屏蔽层或箔片。这样,在有些类型的电缆中就发生了困难,因为这些电缆极难除去外护套。而不连带除去内部的箔片式屏蔽层。当内部的箔片式屏蔽层被不慎被除去时,通常是要求安装人员重新进行电缆的准备工作,以便将所述电缆正确地端接在所述接线板内。这样做的结果就拖延了安装时间。
本发明的概述
已有技术的上述和其它缺陷和不足之处可由本发明的屏蔽式接线板来克服或缓解。本发明提供了一种屏蔽式接线板,它包括一将输入电缆的屏蔽层与一标准输出口的屏蔽壳体作电连接的屏蔽联接器。一屏蔽式输入电缆的接地屏蔽层藉助一可有助于安装所述输入电缆的电缆内屏蔽层接触件(以下简称接触片(spade))而与所述屏蔽联接器相联接。所述屏蔽联层接器包括多个臂部,所述臂部输入电缆的接地屏蔽层与标准输出口的屏蔽壳体作电气连接。所述接地联接器可增强屏蔽式接线板的传输阻抗,能满足ISO/IEC 11801有关传输阻抗的各项要求。

本发明的具体描述
图1是一接线板组件10的立体图,所述接线板由一前接线板100、一接地盘组件200和一罩盖300组成。前接线板100包括四个用来将接线板组件10安装到一通常为19”宽的标准装配架(rack)上的长圆孔102。接地盘组件200用铆钉固定于前接线板100上,并将结合图2-图4在下文中作具体描述。罩盖300藉助系固件固定于所述接地盘组件,下文将结合图7在中作具体描述。
图2是接地盘组件200的立体图。所述接地盘组件包括一接地盘202,所述接地盘具有一与一前表面206相联接的、大体上平整的矩形基座204。前表面206基本上垂直于基座204,并包括诸个能接触到那些安装在接地盘202内的各屏蔽输出口210的开口208(图3)。比较适当的屏蔽输出口210是可以从SiemonCompany买到的、以SM为商标进行出售的屏蔽输出口。屏蔽输出口210是一印刷电路板组件214的一部分(图3)。应予理解的是,可以使用种种屏蔽输出口,而且本发明并不仅限于安装在印刷电路板上的屏蔽输出口。屏蔽输出口210的矩形壳体211是导电的。自前表面206延伸出来的是一基本上垂直于前表面206的、向后的凸缘212。凸缘212可增加接地盘202的强度,并能提供一使所述屏蔽联接器220如本文所描述的那样紧抵屏蔽输出口210的表面。
屏蔽联接器220位于前凸缘部212下方并铆固于接地盘202的背部。藉助将末端262置于凸缘部212下方,可以使屏蔽联接器220的末端262(图4)和插座(jack)的屏蔽壳体211之间保持适当的作用力。
屏蔽联接器220可以提供一自接地盘202起至屏蔽输出口210的导电壳体211的导电通路。一系列接地夹222将输入电缆固定于各屏蔽联接器220上。每一接地夹222包括一在其内形成有一用来承接一系固件的孔226的平面部分224;两个与所述平面部分相联的弓形延伸部228。所述输入电缆位于一弓形延伸部228的下方,并藉助来自于接地夹222的压力而固定于屏蔽联接器220。接地盘202包括多个指状物230,各指状物之间具有空间,可为输入电缆提供消除应变的作用。接地盘202还包括多个用来将接地盘202与大地作电气连接的接地点232,
图4是屏蔽联接器220的立体图。屏蔽联接器220可提供一自一输入电缆的屏蔽层起至连接器210的导电壳体211的电气连接。屏蔽联接器220包括一大体上平面的基座250,所述基座包括诸个用来藉助系固件将所述屏蔽联接器固定于所述接地盘的孔252。基座250包括多个自基座250的表面延伸出来的与电缆屏蔽导电内表面进行电接触的接触件(以下简称接触件)254。每一接触件254均具有一逐渐变细而成一圆点的末端256。所述接触件254可以是一可活动的构件。接触件254有助于如本文所描述的那样来安装输入电缆。有多个臂部258自基座250延伸出来。臂258先作近似90度的弯曲以形成中间部分260,然后再作近似90度的弯曲而形成一末端部262。末端部262是弓形的,它先向下后向上延伸而形成一弧形路径。一向下延伸的突部264自所述弧形表面延伸出来。突部264与屏蔽输出口211相接触。
接触件254有助于将一输入电缆的屏蔽层连接于屏蔽联接器220。图5和图6中所示的是用来将一电缆与接触件254相联接的两种结构。输入电缆261包括一具有导电内表面265的屏蔽护套263。图5示出了第一种安装结构,即,屏蔽护套263向后折叠在电缆261的外部,从而使导电表面265裸露在外。将导电表面265设置成与接触件254相接触并藉助接地夹222而保持在位。
图6示出了另一种安装结构,其中,屏蔽护套263不是向后折叠在电缆261的外部。它是将接触件254插在电缆261内,从而使接触件254与屏蔽护套263的导电内表面265相接触。然后,藉助接地夹222将电缆261固定在位。
图7是一罩盖300的立体图,所述罩盖具有一顶部302、两个侧壁304和一后壁306。两侧壁304延伸经过后壁306,并近似90度地向内弯曲形成一凸耳308。凸耳308包括一栓系电缆的突出部,其内具有一开口,用来容纳一一电缆结扣并将输入电缆固定于罩盖300上。所述后壁包括多个沿着所述后壁底面的凹口312。每一凹口均可以使一输入电缆进入所述罩壳。各凹口312均与接地盘202上的各指状物230相对准。罩盖300从围住所述接地盘组件的后方套上去并提供EMI/RFI保护。固定于罩盖300的各凹口312内的是一导电垫片320,其形状与所述电缆的形状相一致,从而可以屏蔽住整个电缆的入口区域。
接地盘202、接地夹222和整个300都被要求利用所述装配架而接地并且由一种具有导电锌镀层的冷轧钢制成。前板100不要求与所述装配架作电气连接并由一种经过阳极化处理的氧化铝制成。屏蔽联接器220要求是导电的,并且由一种具有镍或锡镀层的黄铜制成。
本发明提供了这样一种系统,它能有效且经济地符合传输阻抗和用来连接硬件的国家和国际标准的第5类传输性能,并且还提供了一种端接不同类型屏蔽电缆的简单方法。
虽然以上已图示和描述了几个较佳实施例,但是,还可以对本发明作出种种不背离其精神和范围的改进和增删。因此,应予理解的是本发明是用举例说明本发明的方式进行描述的,本发有不仅仅限于这些例子。
Claims (10)
1.一种屏蔽式接线板,它包括:
一包括一导电接地盘、用来与大地相连的接地盘组件;
多个安装于所述接地盘的输出口,每一所述输出口均具有一导电输出口壳体;
一与所述接地盘电连接的屏蔽联接器,所述屏蔽联接器包括:一用来与一输入电缆内的接地屏蔽护套电接触的接触件;以及一用来与所述导电输出口壳体中的一输出口壳体进行电接触的臂部。
2.如权利要求1所述的接线板,其特征在于,所述臂部具有一弧形的末端部。
3.如权利要求2所述的接线板,其特征在于,所述弧形末端部包括一用来与所述导电输出口壳体接触的突部。
4.如权利要求2所述的接线板,其特征在于,所述接地盘组件包括:一基座;一前壁和一从所述前壁延伸出来的凸缘部,所述弧形末端部置于所述凸缘部的下面。
5.如权利要求1所述的接线板,其特征在于,所述接地盘组件包括多个彼此隔开、用来为输入电缆提供消除应变作用的指状物。
6.如权利要求5所述的接线板,其特征在于,它还包括一具有多个与所述各指状物相对准的凹口。
7.如权利要求1所述的接线板,其特征在于,所述接触件从所述屏蔽联接器延伸出来并逐渐变细。
8.如权利要求1所述的接线板,其特征在于,它还包括多个用来将输入电缆固定于所述接地盘组件的接地夹。
9.如权利要求1所述的接线板,其特征在于,它还包括一电缆,所述电缆具有一外护套和一内屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层向后折叠在所述外护套上并与所述接触件作电气接触。
10.如权利要求1所述的接线板,其特征在于,它还包括一电缆,所述电缆具有一外护套和一内屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层容纳在所述外护套内,所述接触件置于所述电缆内部并与所述屏蔽层作电气接触。
