Abstract

Description

导线束接头的支承结构
本发明涉及一种支承结构,它用于确保导线束接头之间,特别是那些用于诸如小轿车和卡车等车辆上的导线束接头之间的电接触。
图4中示出了先有技术的一般型式的此类装置。接线盒11上提供有由其底壁11a伸起的凸台12。主线13的接头13a插入凸台12的空腔部分。支承钩子14将接头13a保持在空腔内并防止它们掉下。然而,这种结构有一定的缺陷。在装配中,接头13a被插入凸台12里面。但是,由于接头被挡在凸台里面,所以,不能确定接头13a是否被推入的过多以及是否顶压在凸台的内壁上。另外,接头13a是否插入不足,也不便于通过观察来确定,其结果会造成接触不稳定。
本发明的目的是克服前述先有技术的缺陷,并提供一种接线盒,使导线束接头易于并可靠地插入中空的凸台内。用于确保导线束接头之间的电接触的本发明结构有一个带通孔的壁。带空腔的凸台从该孔的边缘开始伸展并与之连通。一个盖子盖住凸台上远离孔边缘的一端。
本发明还提供了一种带有数个接头的导线束,并有一个绝缘帽罩在其上。绝缘帽和接头的组合件被插入其盖上带有通孔的空腔。凸台最好是向该结构的内部伸展并具有圆形横截面。而且该通孔最好也为圆形。另外,绝缘帽最好具有弹性并且其直径稍大于空腔内径。于是,当绝缘帽被插入空腔时,它能卡在空腔的内壁上,从而连同接头一起被夹持在那里。该绝缘帽最好防水。

如图1-3所示,接线盒1上有从底壁1a凸起的凸台2。导线束主线3的接头3a嵌入弹性帽4内。
如图3所具体表示,帽4和接头3a被用力压入凸台2的空腔内。弹性帽4的弹性使其紧压在凸台2的内壁上,因此确保弹性帽和接头装在那里。
这种结构有一些重要的优点。凸台盖上的开口使组装者在安装帽和导线束接头时能够观察到它们。这样可确保帽和接头被恰当地插入,因此可消除用力过度或插入不足。
另外,因为帽可有弹性,这一特性使它卡紧在凸台内,并因此被夹持在那里。这样就不需要先有技术中所用的钩子。
凸台盖上的开口还有进一步的功能,由于帽紧贴着装在空腔内,因此该开口可便于空腔内的空气排出,否则就会将空气堵在里面。另外,将帽做成具有防水性能可以更好地保护接头。凸台可与接线盒底壁做成整体,从而可简化其制作和装配过程。如果开口为圆形,则更易于做出。同时还可利用电阻焊高效地做出接头。
尽管只对本发明的有限几方面作了清楚地描述,但是,在不偏离本发明精神或范围的前提下,可以作各种改进,这对本领域普通技术人员都是显而易见的。例如,可用其它方法连接接头以代替电阻焊。尽管希望将接线盒底壁和凸台做成一体,但是也可将两个独立部件连接在一起。
本发明指出凸台具有圆形剖面,不过,其它中空剖面也行,只要在盖子上开有通孔并便于确定接头的插入程度。
尽管按照实施例对本发明作了清楚描述,但是,除了所附权利要求的特征之外,本发明将不限于该实施例,而可有各种各样的变动和改进。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于确保导线束接头之间电接触的结构,包括:
所述结构的带有通孔的一壁面,带有空腔的凸台,所述凸台从所述孔的边缘开始伸展,所述空腔与所述孔联通,一盖子盖住所述凸台上远离所述边缘的一端;
带有数个所述接头的导线束,罩在所述接头上的绝缘帽,所述空腔适于容纳所述绝缘帽和所述接头,所述盖子上有开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的结构,其特征为,所述凸台向所述结构内部伸展。
3.如权利要求1所述的结构,其特征为,所述凸台平行于所述壁面的横截面大致为圆形。
4.如权利要求1所述的结构,其特征为,所述开口为圆形。
5.如权利要求1所述的结构,其特征为,所述绝缘帽具有弹性,并且其外径大于所述空腔的内径,因此,当所述绝缘帽被插入所述空腔时,所述绝缘帽的外表面卡在所述凸台的内表面。
6.如权利要求5所述的结构,其特征为,所述绝缘帽防水。
7.如权利要求1所述的结构,其特征为,所述凸台大致垂直于所述壁面。
8.如权利要求1所述的结构,其特征为,所述凸台与所述结构为一整体。
9.如权利要求1所述的结构,其特征为,所述壁面是所述结构的底面。
10.如权利要求1所述的结构,其特征为,所述接头是通过电阻焊形成的。
