Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种电动工具,特别是,但不仅限于,电池供电的工具。
电动工具通常均设计并制造为专用工具,例如电钻、电锯和磨光机。如果用户需要进行打磨操作,那么他需要使用一个专用磨光机。接下来如果需要在一个工件上钻孔,那么他使用一个专用电钻以替换磨光机,接下去也是如此。
虽然这样更换专用工具并不是不方便,但对于不常使用电动工具的人来说,若要购置很多这样的专用工具就需要很大的花费了。
此外,对于所谓的“无线式”即电池供电的工具来说,在更换专用工具时,用户需要将电池更换到下一个工具上,或是备有多个充好电的电池以供使用。这两种方法的缺点分别是麻烦和费用高。
过去已经提出了各种解决上述问题的方案,在其中一个解决方案中,提出的一种电动工具上装有一个电机驱动器,该电机驱动器可以装配上一组独立的工具头中的任何一个,每个工具头均有其专门的用途,这就意味着,对于每个工作,用户不必购买一个完整的电动工具,而只需购买一个专用工具头(要比一个完整的专用工具便宜),并且在需要时更换工具头即可。
然而,这种方案还有一些问题需要解决。对于上述的独立工具头系统,必须确保电动工具与专用工具头之间的连接具有足够的可靠性和刚度。如果这种组合工具所加工的工件的材质容易产生高应力,特别是容易在电动工具与工具头之间产生弯曲和扭转应力的话,那么,确保所有的工具头均能可靠地连接这一点尤其重要。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种电动工具,以减少或基本上避免上述缺点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种电动工具,该电动工具包含一个工具体,工具体上有一个手柄,一个电机安装在工具体中以驱动工具的一个输出轴;工具体上还有一个环绕着该输出轴的开口,该开口可以接收一组将要附加于此的工具头中的任何一个。该电动工具的特征在于,在电动工具的工具体与附加工具头之间有一个界面,该界面使得附加工具头能够受到三维支撑。
在根据本发明的一个最佳实施例中,工具体与附加工具头之间的界面包含一个远离手柄的第一直线形部分和一个邻近手柄的第二圆柱形部分。
由于操作者手部施加的力是通过弯曲的交接处传递出来的,因此,直线形/圆柱形界面可以提高牢固性。此外,在工具进行各种操纵时,例如,被用作钻孔、驱动、锯削或打磨机构时,对于产生的任何反作用扭矩,交接处的杯形特性均能提供附加支撑作用。
下面将通过示例并参考附图而对本发明进行解释,附图包括:

图3是图1中的工具体带一个附加工具头时的侧视图;

现在请参考图1和图2,一个电动工具(2)包含一个由两个合瓣式塑料半壳构成的工具体(4)。两个半壳(6,8)配合起来用于封闭电动工具内部的机构,该电动工具将在下面解释。工具体(4)上有一个手柄(10),使用者在使用该工具(2)时,可以用手握住手柄(10)。手柄(10)的形状使得使用者可以容易地触及启动扳机(12),启动扳机(12)采用手枪扳机形式,这是现有电动工具中常用的结构。构成工具体(4)的两个半壳(6,8)还形成了一个开口(14),通过开口(14)可以装入用于驱动电动工具的电池(16)。对于本领域的技术人员来说,可以理解的是,应根据工具所要从事的工作来选择电池。而本发明并不涉及电池本身,因此不作详细解释。
在工具体(4)上与电池开口(14)相对的另一端,两个半壳(6,8)形成一个开口(18),通过开口(18)可以安装一个电机(未画出)的输出轴(20),而该电机则装于工具体(4)中。
一对电池(16)从电池开口(14)插入并通过一个端子连接起来,从而可以通过启动扳机(12)的控制而驱动电机。电池(16)通过一个锁扣装置而保持在它们的开口(14)中,锁扣装置可以用手操纵,以使电池(16)能从工具体(4)中取出。
电机也可以采用普通形式的开关而与电池(16)连接起来。使用者可以通过启动扳机(12)而将电机与电池(16)接通,从而使电机向输出轴(20)供给一个旋转力。
在电动工具中,电机通常会带有正/反转开关(28),操纵该正/反转开关(28),可以确定输出轴(20)的旋转方向。
如图3所示,一个工具头(44)附加到工具体(4)上并通过带花键部件(22)而与输出轴(20)咬合。界面(50)包含一个远离工具(2)的手柄(10)的第一直线形部分(52)和一个邻近手柄(10)的第二圆柱形部分(54)。
图3和图4中所示的工具头(44)是一个电锯的钻孔/驱动机构。可以将它从工具体(4)上拆下来而换上另一个工具头,例如一个细锯头(46)或一个打磨头(48)。
图5中显示的是一个细锯头,它可替换图4中的工具头。
图6显示的是一个打磨头,它是另一个附加工具头。
Claims (6)
1.一种电动工具(2),包含一个工具体(4),该工具体(4)上有一个手柄(10),有一个电机安装在工具体(4)中用于驱动工具(2)的一个带花键部件(22);工具体(4)上还有一个环绕着带花键部件(22)的开口,该开口可以接收一组可以附加于此的附加工具头(44,46,48)中的任何一个,其特征在于,在电动工具(2)的工具体(4)与附加工具头(44,46,48)之间有一个界面(50),该界面使得附加工具头(44,46,48)能够受到三维支撑。
2.根据权利要求1的电动工具(2),其特征在于,在工具体(4)与附加工具头(44,46,48)之间的界面(50)包含一个远离手柄(10)的第一直线形部分(52)和一个邻近手柄(10)的第二圆柱形部分(54)。
3.根据权利要求1或2的电动工具(2),其特征在于,其附加工具头(44,46,48)是一个电锯的钻孔/驱动头(44)。
4.根据权利要求1或2的电动工具(2),其特征在于,其附加工具头(44,46,48)是一个细锯头(46)。
