Abstract

一种燃煤直燃式多功能溴化锂制冷机,它由炉膛、烟道、蒸汽室、高压发生器、低压发生器、冷凝器、蒸发器和吸收器组成,其主要特点是炉膛采用前后拱结构,可适应各类煤种。烟道开有四个烟气出口,可实现紧急停机。在高温烟气入口设置一蒸汽室,可提供饱和蒸汽和饮用开水。本机能以各类煤种为燃料,能制冷、制热、供给卫生热水,并能提供饱和蒸汽和饮用开水,功能齐全,结构简单,操作方便,利于推广应用。

Description

燃煤直燃式多功能溴化锂制冷机
本发明是一种燃煤直燃式多功能溴化锂制冷机。
现有直燃式溴化锂制冷机大部分是以燃气或油为燃料,以燃气或油为燃料受到许多条件制约,而煤在我国贮量相当丰富,如能以煤为燃料,可大大降低运行成本,但我国煤种十分复杂,不同地区煤的质量优劣相差甚远,如何适应不同地区的不同煤种是燃煤直燃式多功能溴化锂制冷机需要解决的关键问题之一。另外现有的燃气或油的直燃式溴化锂制冷机目前只能制冷、制热和提供卫生热水,而不能提供蒸汽和饮用开水,其使用范围受到限制。为解决这些问题,本发明设计了一种新的燃煤直燃式多功能溴化锂制冷机。
本发明的目的是设计一种以煤为燃料,能制冷、制热和提供卫生熟水,并能提供饱和蒸汽和饮用开水的燃煤直燃式多功能溴化锂制冷机。
本发明的技术方案是:燃煤直燃式多功能溴化锂制冷机由炉膛、烟道、蒸汽室、高压发生器、低压发生器、冷凝器、蒸发器和吸收器组成。炉膛采用前后拱结构;蒸汽室设置在烟气的入口或高压发生器出口,蒸汽室和高压发生器内部均布置有高效换热器并与炉堂、烟道隔热,烟道上开有四个烟气出口风门供维修时使用,从而构成燃煤直然式多功能溴化锂制冷机。
本发明的结构中,由于在高温烟气入口布有蒸汽室,其中水经高温烟气加热而蒸发成饱和蒸汽,可供给蒸汽和饮用开水。由于炉膛采用前后拱结构,根据不同的煤种,可设计成不同尺寸和形状的前、后拱,以适应各类煤种的要求,以满足不同用户的需要。由于烟道上开有四个烟气出口风门,解决了检修蒸汽室和高压发生器时的紧急停机的问题,一旦出现故障,就能及时维修。本制冷机结构简单,功能齐全,煤种适用性好,操作方便,为燃煤直燃式溴化锂制冷机的推广应用开辟了广阔的前景。

如图所示,燃煤直燃式多功能溴化锂制冷机由炉膛1、烟道2、蒸汽室6、高压发生器11、低压发生器12、冷凝器13、蒸发器14和吸收器15组成。炉膛1采用前后拱结构16、17,根据不同的煤种,可设计成不同尺寸和形状的前后拱,以适应各类煤种的要采而形成系列产品,煤在炉膛1内燃烧产生高温烟气进入烟道2,烟道2实际是一个长而大的燃烬室,使飞灰进一步燃烬,烟道2上开有四个烟气出口风门(a、b、c、d),高温烟气经蒸汽室6内的高效换热器8,使其中的水吸热产生饱和蒸汽7,饱和蒸汽压力为0-1.0Mpa,可供给蒸汽和饮用开水,以及热水。烟气进入高压发生器11内的高效换热器9,使其中的溴化锂溶液加热产生溴化锂冷剂蒸汽10,烟气由烟气出口风门(a)排入大气,蒸汽室6和高压发生器11与炉膛1和烟道2隔热。高效换热器8、9采用高效传热螺纹烟管,提高热效率以达到高效节能的目的,此冷剂蒸汽10再加热低压发生器12内的溴化锂溶液后冷凝成冷剂水进入冷凝器13,低压发生器12内溴化锂溶液被加热后产生的冷剂蒸汽进入冷凝器13,被冷凝器13内的冷却水冷凝成冷剂水,冷凝器13中的冷剂水经节流进入蒸发器14蒸发吸热达到制冷的目的,蒸发器14里的冷剂蒸汽被吸收器15吸收。
制冷机运行时,将主风门a打开,关闭风门b、c、d,当高压发生器11需要紧急停机时,关闭主风门a、c、d,打开风门b,烟气只流经蒸汽室6后,即排入大气,可对高压发生器11进行维修;当蒸汽室6需要维修时,关闭风门b、c,打开风门a、d,烟气只流经高压发生器11后排入大气;当蒸汽室6和高压发生器11都需紧急停机时,打开风门c,关闭风门a、b、d,烟气即直接排入大气。

Claims (2)

1.一种燃煤直燃式多功能溴化锂制冷机,它由炉膛[1]、烟道[2]、蒸汽室[6]、高压发生器[11]、低压发生器[12]、冷凝器[13]、蒸发器[14]和吸收器[15]组成,其特征在于炉膛[1]采用前后拱结构[16][17],蒸汽室[6]设置在烟气的入口或高压发生器[11]出口,蒸汽室[6]和高压发生器[11]内布置高效换热器[8][9]并与炉堂[1]、烟道[2]隔热、烟道[2]上开有四个烟气出口风门(a、b、c、d),从而构成燃煤直燃式多功能溴化锂制冷机。
2.根据权利要求1所述多功能溴化锂制冷机,其特征在于高效换热器[8][9]采用高效传热螺纹烟管。
