本公开涉及皮卡车型的插电式混合动力车辆。皮卡车型的插电式混合动力车辆从前方起具有:发动机室部,所述发动机室部具有纵置配置有发动机的发动机室;驾驶室部,所述驾驶室部设置有车厢;以及行李箱部,所述行李箱部具有向车辆上方开口的货箱。框架的左右的纵梁、传动轴及排气管通过驾驶室部中的比车厢靠下方的部分而沿车辆前后方向延伸。电池配置在驾驶室部及行李箱部中的至少一方的比纵梁、传动轴及排气管靠上方的部分。高压系电气单元配置在驾驶室部中的后排座椅的下方且车厢的地板下方的部分。

Description

插电式混合动力车辆
技术领域
本公开涉及皮卡车型的插电式混合动力车辆。
背景技术
在国际公开第2008/082012号中公开了一种具有硬壳式构造(monocoquestructure)的车身的插电式混合动力车辆(以下记载为PHEV)。
发明内容
发明要解决的课题
PHEV除了发动机及电机这两个驱动源之外,还具备大容量的电池。PHEV具备与电池电连接的高压系电气单元。作为高压系电气单元的例子,可以列举电机的电力控制单元、车载充电单元。在上述公报记载的PHEV中,在后座的下方设置有电池。
作为车辆的型号,有在驾驶室后方设置有向上方开口的货箱的皮卡车。皮卡车大多具有框架构造的车身。在皮卡车的地板下方配置有变速器、传动轴、排气管、燃料箱等大量部件。因此,在使皮卡车PHEV化的情况下,若不提高地板的位置,则有时无法在地板下方确保电池及高压系电气单元的搭载空间。然而,用户对皮卡车型的车辆要求大容量的能够装载货物的驾驶室及货箱。若为了在地板下方搭载电池及高压系电气单元而提高车辆的地板的位置,则驾驶室及货箱的容积会减少,因此,无法满足用户的要求。
用于解决课题的手段
本公开的一形态的插电式混合动力车辆是皮卡车型的插电式混合动力车辆,其中,具备:燃料箱;发动机;电池;电机;变速器;传动轴,所述传动轴构成为经由所述电机及所述变速器与所述发动机连结并向后轮传递所述发动机及所述电机的旋转动力;排气管,所述排气管构成为将所述发动机的排气引导到车辆后方;高压系电气单元,所述高压系电气单元与所述电池电连接;驾驶室部,所述驾驶室部设置有车厢;发动机室部,所述发动机室部位于所述驾驶室部的前方;行李箱部,所述行李箱部位于所述驾驶室部的后方;以及框架,所述框架具有左右的纵梁,所述左右的纵梁通过所述驾驶室部中的比所述车厢靠下方的部分而沿车辆前后方向延伸。所述传动轴及所述排气管通过所述驾驶室部中的比所述车厢靠下侧的部分而沿车辆前后方向延伸。所述电池配置在所述驾驶室部及所述行李箱部中的至少一方的比所述纵梁、所述传动轴及所述排气管靠上方的部分。在所述车厢设置有前排座椅和位于比所述前排座椅靠后方的位置的后排座椅。所述高压系电气单元配置在所述驾驶室部中的所述后排座椅的下方且所述车厢的地板下方的部分。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图1~图6,对插电式混合动力车辆的一实施方式进行详细说明。在以下的说明中,将“插电式混合动力车辆”记载为“PHEV”。在各图中,“FR”表示车辆前方,“RR”表示车辆后方,“UP”表示车辆上方,“DW”表示车辆下方,“LF”表示车辆左方,“RF”表示车辆右方。
如图1所示,PHEV10具有驾驶室部11、位于驾驶室部11的前方的发动机室部12及位于驾驶室部11的后方的行李箱部13这三个部位。在驾驶室部11设置有供乘员搭乘的车厢14。发动机室部12具有纵置配置有发动机20的发动机室17。在本实施方式的PHEV10中搭载有气缸排列的形式为V型的发动机20。行李箱部13具有向车辆上方开口的货箱18。在图1~图4中,PHEV10中的比虚线L1靠后方且比虚线L2靠前方的部分是驾驶室部11。PHEV10中的比虚线L1靠前方的部分是发动机室部12。PHEV10中的比虚线L2靠后方的部分是行李箱部13。
在PHEV10设置有用于连接车外的充电装置的充电插头的充电接入口44。在图1中,充电接入口44设置在行李箱部13的车身侧面。
在图2中示出了PHEV10的座椅配置。在PHEV10的车厢14设置有前排座椅15和位于比前排座椅15靠后方的位置的后排座椅16。在图2中,阴影线所示的部分P0示出了车厢14中的比后排座椅16靠前方的部分。设想乘员的脚等会放置在车厢14的该部分P0的地板面。
<PHEV的驱动系统的结构>
接下来,参照图3,对PHEV10的驱动系统的结构进行说明。PHEV10的驱动系统具备发动机20、变速器21、电机22及分动器23。PHEV10的驱动系统具备前轮用及后轮用的传动轴24、25。两传动轴24、25经由分动器23、电机22及变速器21分别与发动机20连结。前轮用的传动轴24经由差速器26与左右的前轮27连结。后轮用的传动轴25经由差速器28与左右的后轮29连结。
<PHEV的地板下方构造的结构>
接下来,参照图3,对PHEV10的地板下方构造的结构进行说明。PHEV10的地板下方是指PHEV10中的比车厢14及货箱18的地板面板靠下方的部分。
在PHEV10的车厢14及货箱18的地板下方设置有框架30。本实施方式的PHEV10的框架30是具有左右的纵梁31和分别将两纵梁31彼此相连的多个横梁32的梯子型的框架。左右的纵梁31分别被配置成通过驾驶室部11中的比车厢14靠下方的部分而沿车辆前后方向延伸。如图3所示,后轮用的传动轴25通过驾驶室部11中的比车厢14靠下方的部分而沿车辆前后方向延伸。
在PHEV10的地板下方配置有将发动机20的排气向车辆后方引导的排气管33。排气管33通过驾驶室部11中的比车厢14靠下方的部分而沿车辆前后方向延伸。在排气管33的中途设置有消声器34。消声器34配置于驾驶室部11中的比车厢14靠下方的部分。在PHEV10的地板下方设置有积存发动机20的燃料的燃料箱35。后轮用的传动轴25配置于车宽方向上的排气管33与燃料箱35之间的部分。
<电池及高压系电气单元的配置>
接下来,参照图4及图5,对PHEV10的电池40及高压系电气单元42的配置进行说明。在图4中示出了从车辆上方观察到的PHEV10的电池40及高压系电气单元42的配置。图5示出了沿着图1~图4的5-5线的PHEV10的示意性的截面构造。
PHEV10具备蓄积电力的电池40。电池40由多个单电池及收容它们的壳体等构成。电池40配置在驾驶室部11中的后排座椅16的下方并且比后轮用的传动轴25、排气管33、燃料箱35及纵梁31靠上方的部分。在本实施方式中,电池40设置在车厢14的地板上方。
PHEV10具备与电池40电连接的高压系电气单元42。高压系电气单元42由电力转换用的电路及收容该电路的壳体等构成。在本实施方式中,对通过充电接入口44从外部接收到的电力进行转换并对电池40充电的车载充电单元为高压系电气单元42。高压系电气单元42配置在驾驶室部11中的后排座椅16的下方且车厢14的地板下方的部分。在本实施方式的PHEV10中,高压系电气单元42隔着车厢14的地板面板配置在电池40的下方。
如图5所示,高压系电气单元42配置在左右的纵梁31之间的部分并且比后轮用的传动轴25靠上方的部分。更详细而言,高压系电气单元42在车宽方向上位于左侧的纵梁31与后轮用的传动轴25之间的部分。高压系电气单元42的底面位于比后轮用的传动轴25靠上方的位置。
<实施方式的作用及效果>
对本实施方式的作用及效果进行说明。
在PHEV的地板下方,除了框架30之外,还设置有传动轴25、排气管33及燃料箱35等。因此,在一般的皮卡车型的PHEV的地板下方,难以充分地确保电池40及高压系电气单元42的搭载空间。与此相对,在本实施方式的PHEV10中,在驾驶室部11中的比传动轴25、排气管33、燃料箱35及框架30的纵梁31靠上方的部分配置有电池40。更详细而言,电池40配置在后排座椅16的下方且车厢14的地板上方的部分。另一方面,高压系电气单元42配置在驾驶室部11中的后排座椅16的下方且车厢14的地板下方的部分。这样,在本实施方式的PHEV10中,通过将电池40和高压系电气单元42彼此分开地配置在车厢14的地板上方和地板下方,从而能够确保电池40及高压系电气单元42的搭载空间。
在本实施方式的PHEV10中,在左右的纵梁31之间的部分并且比后轮用的传动轴25靠上方的部分配置有高压系电气单元42。通过这样的高压系电气单元42的配置,可以得到下述的效果。
图6示出了物体从车辆左方与PHEV10碰撞的侧面碰撞时的高压系电气单元42等的动作。在由于侧面碰撞时的冲击而使得车辆左方的纵梁31向右方移动时,高压系电气单元42也会被该纵梁31推压而向右方移动。此时,若高压系电气单元42的底面位于比传动轴25靠下方的位置,则高压系电气单元42会被刚性较高的纵梁31和传动轴25夹入。与此相对,在本实施方式的PHEV10中,高压系电气单元42位于比后轮用的传动轴25靠上方的位置。因此,可以避免在侧面碰撞时与纵梁31一起移动的高压系电气单元42被夹入到纵梁31与传动轴25之间。
根据以上的本实施方式的PHEV10,能够发挥以下的效果。
(1)在本实施方式的PHEV10中,电池40和高压系电气单元42彼此分开地配置在车厢14的地板上方和地板下方。因此,即使在将多个部件设置在地板下方的PHEV10中,也容易确保电池40及高压系电气单元42的搭载空间。
(2)高压系电气单元42配置在左右的纵梁31之间的部分并且比后轮用的传动轴25靠上方的部分。因此,在侧面碰撞时高压系电气单元42难以被夹入到传动轴25与纵梁31之间。
(3)隔着车厢14的地板面板上下排列配置有电池40及高压系电气单元42。因此,将电池40和高压系电气单元42相互电连接的电缆等的布设变得容易。
(4)本实施方式的PHEV10中的高压系电气单元42为车载充电单元。在行李箱部13的侧面设置有充电接入口44。由于充电接入口44与高压系电气单元42的距离较近,因此,将它们相互连接的电缆等的布设变得容易。
(5)设想乘员的脚等会放置在车厢14中的比后排座椅16靠前方的部分P0的地板面。若在车厢14的该部分P0的地板上方设置电池40,则有可能会损害乘员的舒适性。与此相对,在本实施方式的PHEV10中,在车厢14中的比后排座椅16靠前方的部分P0以外的部分的地板上方配置有电池40。即,电池40被配置成并未伸出到比后排座椅16靠前方的位置。因此,能够抑制与电池40向地板上方的设置相伴的乘员的舒适性的变差。
(其他实施方式)
本实施方式能够如以下那样变更并实施。本实施方式及以下的变形例能够在技术上不矛盾的范围内相互组合来实施。
<关于高压系电气单元42>
·例如,如图7所示,也可以在底面位于比后轮用的传动轴25靠下方的位置的状态下设置高压系电气单元42。在该情况下,只要充分地确保车宽方向上的传动轴25与高压系电气单元42的间隔DX即可,也能够使高压系电气单元42在侧面碰撞时被夹入到传动轴25与纵梁31之间的可能性变低。
·高压系电气单元42只要为与电池40电连接并进行电力转换的单元即可,也可以为车载充电单元以外的单元。作为车载充电单元以外的高压系电气单元42的例子,可以列举对电机22进行电力控制的电力控制单元。将电池40输出的高压电力转换为用于向辅机等供给的低压直流电力的降压单元也可以为高压系电气单元42。兼具车载充电单元、电力控制单元或降压单元等的两个以上的功能的单元也可以为高压系电气单元42。
<关于电池40的配置>
·如图8所示,也可以在行李箱部13中的比纵梁31、传动轴25及排气管33靠上方的部分配置电池40。在图8中,电池40配置于货箱18。电池40设置在货箱18的底面上。
·如图9所示,也可以将电池40分割地配置在驾驶室部11中的后排座椅16的下方的部分和行李箱部13各自的比纵梁31、传动轴25及排气管33靠上方的部分。
·只要为比纵梁31、传动轴25及排气管33靠上方的位置即可,也可以将电池40配置在上述以外的部分。
<其他>
·也可以在PHEV10上搭载V型以外的气缸排列的发动机20。
·也可以适当地变更PHEV10的地板下方的传动轴25、排气管33、消声器34及燃料箱35等的配置。例如,也可以在车宽方向上的排气管33与燃料箱35之间的部分以外的部分配置传动轴25。
·也可以在与上述实施方式不同的部位设置充电接入口44。

Claims (11)

1.一种插电式混合动力车辆,所述插电式混合动力车辆是皮卡车型的插电式混合动力车辆,其中,具备:
燃料箱;
发动机;
电池;
电机;
变速器;
传动轴,所述传动轴构成为经由所述电机及所述变速器与所述发动机连结并向后轮传递所述发动机及所述电机的旋转动力;
排气管,所述排气管构成为将所述发动机的排气引导到车辆后方;
高压系电气单元,所述高压系电气单元与所述电池电连接;
驾驶室部,所述驾驶室部设置有车厢;
发动机室部,所述发动机室部位于所述驾驶室部的前方;
行李箱部,所述行李箱部位于所述驾驶室部的后方;以及
框架,所述框架具有左右的纵梁,所述左右的纵梁通过所述驾驶室部中的比所述车厢靠下方的部分而沿车辆前后方向延伸,
所述发动机室部具有纵置配置有所述发动机的发动机室,
所述行李箱部具有向车辆上方开口的货箱,
所述传动轴及所述排气管通过所述驾驶室部中的比所述车厢靠下方的部分而沿车辆前后方向延伸,
所述电池配置在所述驾驶室部及所述行李箱部中的至少一方的比所述纵梁、所述传动轴及所述排气管靠上方的部分,
在所述车厢设置有前排座椅和位于比所述前排座椅靠后方的位置的后排座椅,
所述高压系电气单元配置在所述驾驶室部中的所述后排座椅的下方且所述车厢的地板下方的部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插电式混合动力车辆,其中,
所述电池配置在比所述后排座椅靠前方的部分以外的部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的插电式混合动力车辆,其中,
所述电池配置在所述驾驶室部中的所述后排座椅的下方且所述高压系电气单元的上方的部分。
4.根据权利要求1所述的插电式混合动力车辆,其中,
所述电池配置在所述行李箱部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的插电式混合动力车辆,其中,
所述电池分割地配置在所述驾驶室部中的所述后排座椅的下方的部分和所述行李箱部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的插电式混合动力车辆,其中,
所述高压系电气单元配置在所述左右的纵梁之间的部分并且比所述传动轴靠上方的部分。
7.根据权利要求1所述的插电式混合动力车辆,其中,
所述燃料箱配置在所述电池的下方。
8.根据权利要求1所述的插电式混合动力车辆,其中,
所述高压系电气单元是构成为对所述电机进行电力控制的电力控制单元。
9.根据权利要求1所述的插电式混合动力车辆,其中,
所述高压系电气单元是构成为将从车外供给的电力向所述电池进行充电的车载充电单元。
10.根据权利要求1所述的插电式混合动力车辆,其中,
所述传动轴配置在车宽方向上的所述排气管与所述燃料箱之间的部分。
11.根据权利要求1~10中任一项所述的插电式混合动力车辆,其中,
所述发动机的气缸排列为V型。
