Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building energy conservation under the environment-friendly technology, in particular to a heat-insulating window sash for closing an opening.
Background
The existing buildings are all provided with windows, and indoor lighting can be increased through the windows, so that living comfort is improved. In summer, however, sunlight indirectly increases the atmospheric temperature by continuously heating the ground, heat exchange occurs between the window and the atmosphere, external heat is conducted into the room through the window, and the indoor temperature is increased, and secondly, infrared rays of the sunlight are a main source of heat radiation, the existing window cannot block the incidence of the infrared rays, outdoor sunlight irradiates the room through glass, and the heat contained in the infrared rays further increases the indoor temperature, so that a heat accumulation effect is formed. The heat accumulation causes the working efficiency of the indoor air conditioner to be reduced, the energy loss to be increased, the environment protection and the energy saving are not facilitated, and the environment protection technical requirements are not met.
In order to cope with the above situation, various heat insulation windows, such as hollow glass heat insulation windows and Low-E coated heat insulation windows, are arranged as double-layer hollow fan blades, and inert gas is filled into the hollow to reduce the heat exchange efficiency between the window and the outside, thereby improving the heat insulation effect. The Low-E coated heat insulation window is additionally coated with a silver film or an aluminum film on window glass, and infrared rays in sunlight are isolated by the silver film or the aluminum film to be eighty percent to ninety percent, so that the infrared rays can be greatly reduced from being emitted into a room. However, the insulating ability of the insulating hollow glass window is still not ideal because the inert gas filled inside the insulating hollow glass window is itself a heat conducting medium, and the heat transfer coefficient is usually 2.8-3.0W/m2·k. Although the heat transfer coefficient of the Low-E coated heat insulation window is 1.4-1.8W/m < 2 >. K, compared with the heat insulation capacity of the hollow glass heat insulation window, the heat insulation capacity of the hollow glass heat insulation window is remarkably improved, but the metal layer coated on the surface of the hollow glass heat insulation window not only can prevent infrared rays from being emitted into a room, but also can prevent indoor electric signals from being conducted outdoors, so that indoor communication signals are poor.
Therefore, there is still a need for a new type of environment-friendly insulating window to solve the problems of indoor insulation and poor indoor communication signals at the same time.

When the expansion member 223 is heated to expand and push the rack 222 to move along the movable groove 2215, the rack 222 drives the gear 2331 to rotate, and the gear 2331 drives the first fixing member 233 to integrally rotate.
As shown in fig. 6, the receiving member 231 is square and disposed below the first fixing member 233, two fixing portions 2311 are integrally and upwardly protruded at two ends of the receiving member 231 near the carrier member 221, two roller shafts (500, 600) respectively pass through the respective corresponding fixing portions 2311, the first roller shaft 500 and the second roller shaft 600 respectively have interference fit with the respective corresponding fixing portions 2311 through a bearing 700 (see fig. 5 in detail), and the first roller shaft 500 and the second roller shaft 600 respectively have movable connection with the respective corresponding carrier member 221 through the bearing 700 (see fig. 5 in detail). The light absorbing layer is installed at the bottom of the receiving member 231, and a plurality of ventilation ducts 2312 are formed inside the receiving member 231 in the length direction, and the ventilation ducts 2312 penetrate through both ends of the receiving member 231 (see fig. 6).
Referring to fig. 4, a plurality of heat reflecting members 23 are disposed at intervals up and down along the first guide frame 100 and the second guide frame 200, and each heat reflecting member 23 corresponds to a set of carrier members 221.
The reflecting member 232 is made of polycarbonate material, and has the advantages of light weight and high light reflection efficiency, and can effectively reflect sunlight to the light absorption layer of the receiving member 231 adjacent to the upper side of the reflecting member by adjusting the angle to be matched with the incident direction of the sunlight, so that sunlight is prevented from entering a room, and the temperature of the receiving member 231 is increased. Referring specifically to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic view of reflecting sunlight by the heat reflecting component 23 according to the embodiment of the present invention, wherein two sets of heat reflecting components 23 adjacent to each other up and down are selected for explanation, arrow lines indicate light incidence and reflection, the cross section of the reflecting component 232 is in a folded shape, the folded angle of the reflecting component 232 is 120 ° to 145 °, the height of the first fixing component 233 is 2cm, the width of the first fixing component 233 is 5cm, the thickness of the receiving component 231 is 3cm, the width of the receiving component 231 is 5cm, the height of the fixing portion 2311 of the receiving component 231 is 3cm, that is, the distance between the receiving component 231 and the first fixing component 233 is approximately 3cm, so as to ensure that a sufficient distance is kept for the first fixing component 233 to rotate, the length of the guide rod 24 is 4cm, and the distance between the two sets of rotating components 22 is 3cm.
Definition hereinafter, the solar altitude refers to the angle between the sun and the horizon, and the greater the solar altitude, the more direct the sun's sunlight and the higher the heat radiation.
Definition hereinafter, the incident angle of the sun refers to the angle between the sun and the window, and the higher the temperature, the smaller the incident angle of the sun.
When the first fixing member 233 is rotated to the maximum rotation angle of 60 ° (i.e., the rotation angle of the first fixing member 233 in fig. 12), the interval between the first fixing member 233 and the receiving member 231 is 0.7cm, and the first fixing member 233 can be effectively prevented from colliding with the receiving members 231 located above and below it. The widths of the first fixing member 233 and the receiving member 231 are 5cm, the solar heat radiation is maximum at the solar high angle of 80 ° (corresponding to the noon time in summer), at this time, the incident angle of the sun is 10 °, and the reflecting member 232 in the first fixing member 233 can effectively reflect the sunlight onto the receiving member 231. When the high angle of the sun is 30-60 degrees, the heat radiation of the sun is reduced (corresponding to the time of the sun falling off in the short time or the sun falling off in the fast time), the incident angle of the sun is 60-30 degrees, and the sunlight of the sun can pass through between the heat insulation components to irradiate into a room, but the influence on the indoor temperature is small because the heat radiation of the sun is low at the moment. The reflecting member 232 reflects sunlight to the receiving member 231, so that the receiving member 231 receives sunlight from the outside and the sunlight reflected by the reflecting member 232, the temperature of the receiving member 231 reaches 65-75 ℃, and the ventilation duct 2312 can promote the heat discharge and temperature drop of the receiving member 231.
The reflection member 232 and the receiving member 231 cooperate to better transport the high temperature gas in the heat insulation space 4, and the principle is that, as shown in fig. 1 and 12, the reflection member 232 reflects the sunlight onto the receiving member 231 to prevent part of the infrared radiation of the sunlight from radiating into the room, while part of the sunlight (including part of scattered light) still radiates into the room through the gaps between the first fixing member 233 and the reflection member 232 and the gaps between the plurality of heat reflecting components 23, so as to ensure a certain amount of lighting in the room, while the radial cross section of the ventilation duct 2312 formed by the receiving member 231 is in a truncated cone shape, the air flow at the large opening end of the ventilation duct 2312 will rush to the small opening end of the ventilation duct 2312 because the air at the large opening end of the ventilation duct 2312 is heated and expanded, the small opening end of the ventilation duct 2312 is heated and the heated air will continuously flow into the small opening end. In this way, the air flow continuously passes through the ventilation duct 2312, heat can be quickly transferred into the heat insulation space 4, and then the high-temperature air flow is blown out by the fan 13, so that the temperature of the heat insulation space 4 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 4 and 11, when it is not necessary to isolate outdoor temperature efficiently, the plurality of carrier members 221 can be folded, referring to fig. 4, since the uppermost two carrier members 221 are supported on the first balance plate 104 and the second balance plate 204, respectively, referring to fig. 11, the lower carrier member 221 is suspended by the guide rod 24, and a return space is left between the lower portion of the guide rod 24 and the bottom of the expansion groove 2212, so that the driving device can drive the plurality of carrier members 221 from the lower portion toward the uppermost carrier member 221 to penetrate into light as much as possible, improving the amount of light collection, and also can adjust the upper and lower positions of the plurality of carrier members 221 relative to the first guide frame 100 and the second guide frame 200 according to the incident angle of sunlight to reflect light sufficiently.
When the temperature of the expansion piece 223 is 78 ℃ after the expansion piece 223 is continuously heated in noon in summer, the expansion piece 223 expands to the maximum volume, the rotation angle of the first fixing piece 233 driven by the rack 222 reaches the maximum value, the reflecting piece 232 forms an included angle of 50-60 degrees with the horizontal plane, the reflecting piece 232 reflects part of sunlight to the receiving piece 231 to increase the temperature of the receiving piece 231, so that the air flow around the receiving piece 231 is influenced by the high temperature of the receiving piece 231 to expand and rise, the air flow blown by the fan 13 can form a downward air flow gradient on the inner side of the heat radiation glass 11, and a forward superimposed spiral air flow is formed with the upward hot air flow around the receiving piece 231, and the movement of the hot air flow to the air outlet 112 of the heat radiation glass 11 is accelerated. The mixed air flow passes through the rotating assembly 22 and is discharged from the air outlet 112, and the air is sucked from the air inlet 111 because the air pressure of the heat insulation space 4 is reduced after the mixed air flow is discharged from the air outlet 112.
The sun height angle increases from the morning, the incident angle of sunlight irradiating the anti-heat component 23 decreases along with the increase of the sun height angle, the incident angle of sunlight gradually tends to the vertical heat radiation glass 11, thereby heating the heat radiation glass 11, in the heating process, the expansion piece 223 is heated to expand gradually to push the rack 222, the rack 222 drives the gear 2331 to rotate, the gear 2331 drives the first fixing piece 233 to rotate, the reflecting piece 232 in the first fixing piece 233 also rotates, so that the reflecting piece 232 automatically deflects along with the rotation of the sun, the sunlight is fully reflected to the receiving piece 231, the ventilation pipeline 2312 of the receiving piece 231 releases heat into the heat insulation space 4, thereby enabling the heated expansion of the gas in the heat insulation space 4 to rise rapidly, and the fan 13 positioned at the top of the heat insulation space 4 blows the hot air flow towards the bottom of the heat insulation space 4, thereby enabling the hot air flow to the outside through the air outlet 112 on the heat radiation glass 11, thereby achieving the heat insulation effect. Compared with the traditional heat-insulating glass 12 with a pain point with a poor signal, the heat-insulating window sash has the advantages that sunlight is shielded through the cooperation between the heat reflecting component 23 and the rotating component 22, so that a magnetic metal layer is not required to be sprayed on the surface of the glass to block infrared rays in the sunlight, and the influence of the heat-insulating window sash on an electric signal is small. Secondly, due to the cooperation of the fan 13 and the receiving piece 231, high-temperature air flow in the heat insulation space cannot timely exchange heat with the heat insulation glass 12, and the heat transfer coefficient of the heat insulation window sash is 2.2-2.5W/(m2.K), so that sunlight can be effectively blocked outdoors, and the indoor temperature is prevented from rising.
Wherein, can be equipped with the water retaining piece respectively at air intake 111 and air outlet 112, the water retaining piece includes water baffle and lower water baffle down, and lower water baffle can rotate relative water baffle, and when water baffle rotated down towards last water baffle, can shelter from air intake 111 or air outlet 112, and the water retaining piece can effectively prevent raindrops to get into in the thermal-insulated space 4 through air intake 111 and air outlet 112 when rainy day.
