Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of glass production and processing, in particular to a glass edging, cleaning and toughening production line.
Background
In the glass processing industry, especially in the fields of construction, decoration and automotive glass, edging, cleaning and tempering are key steps in glass processing. These steps are critical to ensure the finish, dimensional accuracy and safety of the glass. In this series of processes, edging is particularly critical, as it is directly related to the smoothness and overall appearance of the glass edges.
The edging process of glass is a critical step in the production of glass, which affects not only the safety and aesthetics of the glass, but also the important factors that determine the end use of the glass. In the prior art, glass edging processes face a number of challenges, especially in terms of precise positioning of edging, efficient edging process, and flow efficiency on the production line.
First, it is difficult to precisely position the edging glass, which is a large and short plate of the prior art. Accurate location is the prerequisite of guaranteeing edging quality, and current positioning system often relies on manual regulation or mechanical spacing, and this has not only increased the operation complexity, and when handling glass in batches or different sizes and thickness moreover, can't accurately adjust fast. This deficiency results in varying edging accuracy, affecting the quality of the glass edges and thus the quality and safety of the whole product.
Secondly, the difficulty in efficiently and quickly edging glass is another technical hurdle. Conventional glass edging requires multiple steps, from rough grinding to fine grinding, each of which requires a different grinding wheel and setting. This way of edging is not only time-consuming, but also the replacement and adjustment of the grinding wheel is a time-consuming process. This deficiency of the prior art limits the productivity and the ability to respond to the market in the context of modern production requiring rapid delivery.
Finally, the difficulty in improving the flow efficiency of glass on a production line is an important issue faced by the prior art. On the traditional production line, the glass is subjected to subsequent treatments such as edging, cleaning, tempering and the like, the transfer between each link often lacks efficiency, and a large amount of waiting and transfer time exists. This not only reduces the overall production efficiency, but also increases the production cost. In addition, due to the complexity of the process steps, the adjustment time of the production line in the process of converting and producing different types or specifications of products is long, the elasticity is poor, and the rapid response to diversified market demands is not possible.
Therefore, a new glass processing production line is urgently needed to improve the overall efficiency of edging, cleaning and tempering glass, to efficiently and rapidly finish edging treatment, and to improve the flow efficiency of glass on the production line.
