Description

Water tank for floor cleaning tool and floor cleaning tool
The present application is a divisional application of chinese patent application number 202010073672.0 entitled "floor cleaning tool", the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of cleaning equipment, and particularly relates to a water tank for a floor cleaning tool and the floor cleaning tool.
Background
With the development of modern technology, floor cleaning tools are widely used, including brooms, mops, floor wipers, dust collectors, and the like. The cleaner is a very conventional floor cleaning tool, but the cleaner is very noisy and uncomfortable. And the cleaning mode of the garbage is just to suck the garbage into the garbage box.
Broom, mop, floor brush are of the type of cleaning tools that generally have a fixed cleaning section with a cleaning capacity that is determined by the dirt removal and suction capacity of the cleaning section. Since the cleaning portion is contaminated upon contact with the soiled floor, the cleaning ability is gradually reduced during the subsequent cleaning process, and particularly when the cleaning is continuously performed over a large area, thorough cleaning is not possible. Therefore, the cleaning products must be rinsed frequently, which is very troublesome.
For Chinese consumers, the sweeping and mopping are necessary, and the thorough cleaning of the floor can not be realized only by sweeping or mopping. However, these existing mopping machines require either constant washing or a complex structure, which is costly and prohibitive for the average consumer.
Moreover, existing floor cleaning tools can either only clean dry waste (brooms or cleaners, etc.), or can only be used to clean liquid waste (mops, floor wipes, etc.). It is either particularly poor or laborious (e.g. rag, need to be washed several times) for cleaning dry and wet mixed waste, especially sticky waste (e.g. syrup, tomato paste, etc.), so to speak.

Fig. 1 shows a water tank 231 for a floor cleaning tool according to the application. Which includes a water storage tank 231a and a water guide tank 231b. The water storage tank 231a is provided with a first water inlet for storing water. The bottom surface of the water guide groove 231b is inclined to be wedge-shaped, and is provided with a second water inlet and a water outlet. Wherein, the second water inlet is wide and the water outlet is narrow. The water outlet is connected with the water inlet of the water storage tank 231 a. The water pressed down from the drum of the floor cleaning tool flows into the water storage tank 231a through the water guide tank 231b by its own weight.
This structure of the water guide groove 231b allows water squeezed from the drum to smoothly flow into the water storage groove 231b without overflowing to the ground.
The water tank 231 shown in fig. 1 further includes a wiper 231c therein. The scraping bar 231c is disposed at the first water inlet of the water guide groove 231b to guide the water pressed down from the drum 111 into the water guide groove 231 b. Optionally, the drainage end of the wiper strip 231c is attached to the drum 111 (as shown in FIG. 3) so as to maximize the prevention of the flow of squeezed water along the drum 111 into the spot or other component of the floor cleaning tool. In other embodiments of the present application, the drainage end of the scraper bar 231c may also interfere with the roller 111, so that there is no gap between the roller 111 and the drainage end of the scraper bar 231c. Alternatively, the wiper strip 231c is made of a flexible rubber material so that it can be better attached to the drum 111. The drainage end of the scraper bar 231c interferes with the drum 111, meaning that the drainage end may partially press against the surface of the drum 111.
When the floor cleaning tool is operated, water in the water storage tank 231a is easily sloshed, so that water may flow back out of the water storage tank 231a to the upper end (first water inlet end) of the water guide tank 231b, and overflow onto the floor or into other parts of the floor cleaning tool. When the reservoir 231a is full, water is more likely to overflow, rendering the floor cleaning tool inoperable. In order to prevent water from flowing back out of the water storage tank 231a from the first water inlet of the water guide tank 231b, a water bar (not shown) may be provided on the water guide tank 231 b. The water bar of the present application has a certain height and a certain length near the upper end of the water guide groove 231b, and the height and the length thereof can be set according to actual needs. The water bar is preferably provided in the middle of the water guide groove 231b, and both sides are spaced apart from the side wall of the water guide groove 231b by the same distance.
The sewage squeezed from the drum 111 is generally provided with fine solid waste, and a filter assembly for filtering the waste in the water is installed at the water inlet of the water storage tank 231a in order to prevent the solid waste from blocking the water inlet of the water storage tank 231a and the water storage tank 231 a. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the filter assembly is a filter plug 231d. The water in the water guide tank 231b flows into the water storage tank 231a through the filter plug 231d, thereby filtering out most of the solid garbage. Preferably, the filter plug 231d is detachably installed at the water inlet of the water storage tank 231a, so that the filter plug 231d can be conveniently cleaned. The greater the height of the filter plug 231d (which may be the same as the height of the reservoir 231a at maximum), the more refuse it can hold, and the specific height may be set as desired.
In other embodiments of the present application, the filter assembly may also be a filter screen mounted on the water inlet of the water storage tank 231 a. The water in the water guide tank 231b flows into the water storage tank 231a through the filter screen, thereby filtering out most of the solid garbage. In this case, the filter screen is not detachable, and the filter screen needs to be cleaned by other tools.
In the present application, the water tank 231 may be made detachable and used only for storing water, and is directly poured out after the water is stored. Or may be fixed to the floor cleaning tool, in which case the water storage tank 231a is further provided with a water outlet. The purified water filtered by the filtering component can be reused on the roller through a power device (such as a water pump), so that the recycling of the water is realized.
When the floor cleaning tool works, solid garbage can be carried on the roller, and large garbage can enter the dustbin of the floor cleaning tool under the action of dead weight, but small garbage is difficult to separate from the roller, and if the small garbage is not separated first, a large amount of small garbage can be carried in sewage extruded from the roller. In order to separate the garbage from the drum, the water tank 231 of the present application may further include a brush 231e. Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of the portion a shown in fig. 1, and the structure of the brush 231e can be clearly seen. The brush 231e is provided with one or more rows below the water guide groove 231b and above the dustbin, when the water tank is mounted to the floor cleaning tool, the bristles of the brush 231e contact the surface of the drum 111, and when the drum rotates, the brush 231e rubs against the drum, thereby brushing the garbage from the drum into the dustbin.
Fig. 3-5 illustrate a preferred embodiment of a floor cleaning tool according to the present application including the water tank 231. Which includes a housing 500, a drum 111, a pressurized water barrier 122, a water tank 231, and a water pump 233. The floor cleaning tool of the present application is useful for cleaning floors, particularly smooth, flat, small area floors such as household and kitchen floors. The floor cleaning tool of the present application is particularly suitable for cleaning mixed refuse (sticky refuse) mixed with dry refuse, wet refuse, and sticky materials such as noodles, porridge, tomato paste, and the like.
Wherein the drum 111 is mounted on the housing 500. The drum 111 has at least two layers, and the outermost layer is a sponge layer for absorbing water and cleaning garbage. The innermost layer is a supporting layer made of hard materials, and the driving motor can be sleeved in the roller 111, so that the space can be saved, and the volume of the floor cleaning tool can be reduced.
The drum 111 may be provided to be detachable (as shown in fig. 8) with a buckle 111d at one end, thereby facilitating detachment from the housing 500. The motor 113a is installed inside the drum 111, and the rotation shaft 113c is installed on the case 500. The motor 113a drives the hard material inside to rotate around the axis thereof through the transmission mechanism, and drives the sponge layer 111b to rotate, so that the surface of the sponge layer 111b performs circular motion.
The density, hardness of the sponge layer 111b of the drum 111 has a direct influence on the water absorption properties and water storage rate (also called water locking properties). When the density of the sponge is improved to a certain extent, the water absorption performance is reduced, the hardness is improved, the water storage rate is improved, otherwise, the density of the sponge is reduced, the water absorption is improved, the hardness is reduced, and the water storage rate is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present application, the sponge layer 111b may be foamed with polyvinyl alcohol (polyvinyl alcohol, vinylalcohol polymer, abbreviated as PVA). The PVA sponge has a density of 0.5-0.25 g/cm < 3 >, and a water absorption rate of 0.5-1.5 g/cm < 3 >. The Shore hardness of the PVA sponge is 40-70. The water storage rate of the PVA sponge is 0.2-1.0 g/cm < 3 >. Such sponge layer, because of its possess above-mentioned characteristic, consequently compare with current ordinary sponge cylinder of individual layer, have better effect:
The sponge layer has proper water absorption performance and water storage rate, and proper density and hardness, so that the sponge can be deformed properly in the mopping process, garbage particles are wrapped, most of the garbage particles can be ejected out by utilizing elasticity of the sponge layer when the sponge layer is limited by turning over a shovel bar, the sponge layer is separated from the garbage particles and falls into a dry garbage collection unit, omission is avoided, and the sponge can absorb more water when the accumulated water on the ground is treated, and less water remains on the towed bottom surface.
The single-layer sponge layer can not have the defect that the service life of the roller is influenced due to the fact that the double-layer sponge is separated from the layering by extrusion.
Alternatively, the thickness of the sponge layer 111b is typically 3-15 mm, and the deformation is sufficient to wrap the usual particulate garbage. The household cleaning tool is provided with a sponge layer with the thickness of 5-10 mm, so that the household ground common dry garbage can be treated.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of the motor 113a in the floor cleaning device without the drum 111 according to an embodiment of the present application.
The water-pressing barrier 122 is disposed inside the case 500 to interfere with the sponge layer of the drum 111 (as shown in fig. 3) for pressing water in the sponge layer of the drum 111. The upper end of the pressurized water barrier 122 is provided with a water spray port for spraying water to the sponge layer of the drum 111, thereby cleaning the sponge layer of the drum 111. The water jets may be arranged in one or more rows, or as shown in fig. 3, may be arranged as water jet channels with a wide upper end and a narrow lower end.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3 to 8, the water tank 231 is fixed on the floor cleaning tool, and the water storage tank 231a is further provided with a water outlet. The purified water filtered by the filtering component can be reused on the roller through the power device, so that the recycling of the water is realized.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3-8, the power device is a water pump 233. The water pump 233 is installed inside the housing 500, one end of which is connected to the water outlet of the water tank 231 through the first water pipe 232a, and the other end of which is connected to the water outlet of the pressurized water barrier 122 through the second water pipe 232 b. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, two second water pipes 232b are respectively connected to the left end and the right end of the water-pressing barrier 122, so that the sprayed water is more uniform.
The sponge layer of the drum 111 is extruded by the water-pressing barrier 122, and the extruded sewage flows into the water guide groove 231b under the flow guide of the scraping bar 231c, is filtered by the filter plug 231d, and then enters the water outlet groove 231 a. The purified water obtained after filtration is reused by the water pump 233, and the drum 111 is cleaned again. This is continuously circulated to achieve cleaning of the drum 111. Except that clean water is needed to be added into the water tank when the floor cleaning tool is used for the first time, the water in the floor cleaning tool can be recycled, and the self-cleaning effect is achieved.
The floor cleaning tool has simple structure, almost no noise during use, and can realize the recycling of water.
The floor cleaning tool shown in fig. 3-8 further includes a dustbin 141 and a shovel bar 112.
The dustbin 141 is mounted on the housing 500 below the water guide groove 231 b. This arrangement saves space. The dustbin 141 may be detachably provided to facilitate cleaning.
The shovel bar 112 has an arc-shaped working surface, one end of which is in contact with the ground when in operation, and a uniform gap is formed between the arc-shaped working surface and the outer circumference of the drum 111, the gap forming a garbage passage through which solid garbage cleaned from the ground enters the garbage can 141.
When the drum 111 rolls over the ground, the particles of dry waste on the ground press and deform the sponge layer 111b, and the sponge layer 111b wraps the particles of dry waste by deformation, so that the particles of dry waste are separated from the ground and rotate together with the drum 111. When the position of the shovel bar 112 is reached, the particles of dry garbage leave the ground and are extruded by the shovel bar 112 and continue to rotate together with the roller 111. When the garbage box rotates to the inlet of the garbage box 141 after rotating through the shovel bar 112, the sponge layer 111b is restored to be deformed due to the loss of the compression of the shovel bar 112, and the dry garbage particles wrapped by the sponge layer are released and are ejected into the garbage box 141.
The floor cleaning tool of the present application may further include at least two wheels 150, the wheels 150 being mounted at the bottom of the water tank 231 to move the floor cleaning tool forward or backward.
In addition, the floor cleaning tool of the present application may also include a hand-held portion (not shown). The handle is coupled to the housing 500, and a user grasps the handle to move the floor cleaning tool forward or backward to clean the floor. The switch of the water pump 233 may be provided on the hand-held portion.
The housing of the floor cleaning tool of the present application at the end where the drum 111 is mounted may also be provided with a bumper (not shown) to prevent the housing 500 from being damaged by a collision during cleaning of the floor.
The floor cleaning tool of the present application does not contact the floor except for the roller 111 and the wheels 150.
The floor cleaning tool can effectively clean liquid garbage and can realize self-cleaning of the roller. When the garbage box and the shovel strips are arranged, the large-particle solid garbage can be cleaned.
In some embodiments of the present application, the user adds fresh water to the water tank 231, holds the hand-held part, turns on the switch of the water pump 233, and activates the water pump 233. The water pump 233 pumps the water in the water storage tank 231a to the water jet of the pressurized water barrier 122 and sprays the water onto the sponge layer of the drum 111. The user pushes the floor cleaning tool back and forth, with the drum 111 moving. The sponge layer on the drum 111 is slightly wet (water absorption is not saturated) before contacting the floor, and after contacting the floor, the slightly wet sponge layer cleans the solid garbage on the floor while absorbing the liquid garbage on the floor. The sticky garbage adheres to the sponge layer.
Under the cooperation of the shovel bar 112, the large-particle solid garbage carried by the drum 111 reaches the garbage can 141 through the gap between the large-particle solid garbage and the shovel bar 112. The small particle garbage is embedded or adhered on the sponge layer, reaches the brush 231e along with the movement of the drum 111, is brushed down under the action of the brush 231e, and enters the garbage can 141 under the action of the dead weight.
The roller 111 continues to roll to the water-pressing barrier 122. The pressurized water barrier 122 squeezes the sponge layer to squeeze out the sewage in the sponge layer. The upper end of the water-pressing barrier 122 continuously sprays water, and the lower end continuously presses the sponge layer of the drum 111, which is equivalent to the fact that the water-pressing barrier 122 continuously cleans the drum 111 during the use of the floor cleaning tool. Where the viscous waste is released from the sponge layer 111b of the drum 111 into the sewage. The squeezed sewage is drained to the water guide tank 231b by the scraper bar 231c, filtered by the filter plug 231d, and then enters the water outlet tank 231 a. The purified water obtained after filtration is reused under the action of the water pump 233, and is pumped again to the water spraying port of the pressurized water barrier 122 to clean the drum 111. The circulation is continuous, and the ground is cleaned.
In the application, water can circulate for many times, and garbage (dust) can be cleaned smoothly.
The application can realize self-cleaning of the roller by utilizing the water and dust circulation cleaning technology, and combines sweeping, dragging, washing and twisting together, thereby being greatly convenient for users, realizing very good cleaning effect, and particularly having very good cleaning effect on viscous garbage which is difficult to treat, such as tomato sauce, chocolate sauce and the like.
It is apparent that the above examples are only illustrative of the present application and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications thereof are contemplated as falling within the scope of the present application.
