The odor suppression method, the odor suppression device, the cleaning equipment and the medium for the cleaning article provided by the embodiment of the application are described in detail below through specific embodiments and application scenes thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, the application is applicable to a scenario in which the cleaning device completes the cleaning process on the article. Based on the above usage scenario, it can be understood that the execution subject of the present application may be a main control PC (Printed Circuit) board of the cleaning apparatus. Specifically, the recording of the placed time period of the cleaning article, the identification of the sterilization treatment condition, and the like can be performed by the main control PC board, and in the case where the sterilization treatment condition is satisfied, the odor generated by the cleaning article is suppressed in time by performing the sterilization treatment operation. The cleaning device may be any kind of automatic or semi-automatic device with cleaning and decontamination functions, such as a washing machine.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for suppressing odor of a cleaning article according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
S101, recording the placed duration of the cleaning article when the cleaning of the cleaning article is detected.
The cleaning article may be any of various articles, such as laundry, which require a cleaning process by a cleaning apparatus.
In one embodiment, a programmed timing function built into the cleaning device may be used to detect whether the cleaning of the cleaning article is complete. Specifically, when the cleaning device runs according to a preset cleaning program and automatically stops, the cleaning device can determine that cleaning of the cleaning object is completed.
The placed time period of the cleaning article may be a time period that elapses from when the cleaning of the cleaning article is detected to the present time.
In one embodiment, the manner of recording the time period of the cleaning article being placed may be by a timer built in the cleaning apparatus, starting the timer when the cleaning of the cleaning article is detected, and updating the time period of the cleaning article being placed in real time.
S102, acquiring an odor detection signal through an odor sensor under the condition that the placed duration reaches a placement duration threshold.
The placement time threshold may be a preset maximum placement time standard for determining whether the cleaning article needs odor detection. The placement time threshold can be determined according to the quality and material of the cleaning article, the temperature and humidity inside the cleaning device and other factors, for example, the placement time threshold of pure cotton type clothes can be set to be 4 hours.
In one embodiment, the manner of identifying whether the placed duration reaches the placement duration threshold may be to compare the recorded placed duration with the placement duration threshold in real time, and determine that the placed duration reaches the placement duration threshold when the placed duration is greater than or equal to the placement duration threshold.
Among other things, an odor sensor may refer to an electronic device capable of sensing and identifying a particular odor component or odor concentration in an environment. The odor sensor may include a mold odor sensor, a detergent odor sensor, and a bacterial odor sensor.
The odor detection signal may be an electrical signal that is output by the odor sensor after detecting the odor around the cleaning article and is capable of reflecting the odor characteristic. The odor detection signal may include a mold odor detection signal, a detergent odor detection signal, and a bacterial odor detection signal.
Accordingly, in one embodiment, the means for acquiring the odor detection signal by the odor sensor may be means for acquiring the mold odor detection signal by the mold odor sensor, acquiring the detergent odor detection signal by the detergent odor sensor, and acquiring the bacterial odor detection signal by the bacterial odor sensor.
Optionally, in the case that the identified placed duration reaches the placement duration threshold, acquiring, by the odor sensor, an odor detection signal includes:
Carrying out ventilation treatment under the condition that the placed duration reaches a placement duration threshold value;
and under the condition that the ventilation processing time length reaches the preset ventilation time length, acquiring an odor detection signal through an odor sensor.
In one embodiment, the ventilation treatment is performed by opening a ventilation fan or a ventilation pipeline built in the cleaning device to replace the air in the cleaning device with the external fresh air.
The ventilation treatment time period may be a time period elapsed from the start of ventilation treatment to the current time.
The preset ventilation duration may be a preset shortest ventilation processing duration for ensuring a ventilation effect, for example, may be set to 10 minutes. The preset ventilation time period can be set according to the volume size, ventilation capacity and other factors in the cleaning equipment.
The ventilation treatment time reaching the preset ventilation time indicates that the ventilation treatment is performed for a sufficient time, so that odor possibly existing in the cleaning equipment and not generated by the cleaning articles can be effectively removed.
The advantage that this scheme set up like this is, through the recognition has been placed the time length and has reached the time length threshold value of placing under the condition, carries out ventilation processing in advance, obtains smell detection signal under the time length of ventilation processing reaches the time length of predetermineeing again, can avoid because of the inside other irrelevant peculiar smell interference smell detection result that gathers of cleaning equipment, ensures that the smell detection signal that smell sensor obtained can truly reflect the smell condition that cleaning article self produced because of the time length of placing to whether improve the accuracy of judging to cleaning article satisfies the disinfection processing condition, and let disinfection processing operation more accurate, reasonable.
Optionally, the determining process of the placement duration threshold includes:

The humidity information inside the cleaning device may refer to, among other things, the degree of wetness of the air in the interior space of the cleaning device, typically expressed in terms of percent Relative Humidity (RH).
In one embodiment, the manner in which the humidity information inside the cleaning device is obtained may be by installing a humidity sensor inside the cleaning device, and the humidity sensor may obtain the humidity information inside the cleaning device.
In one embodiment, the manner of determining the placement duration threshold based on the material information and the humidity information may be that a correspondence table is preset, where the correspondence table includes placement duration thresholds corresponding to different material information under different humidity information intervals. For example, the material information of pure cotton, the corresponding placement time threshold is 3 hours when the humidity information interval is higher than 70% RH, and the corresponding placement time threshold is 5 hours when the humidity information interval is 50-70% RH.
The advantage that this scheme set up like this is, through the long threshold value of placing based on the material information of clean article and the inside humidity information of cleaning equipment confirms, can make the setting of placing long threshold value more laminate the actual conditions and the storage environment of clean article, avoids adopting the irrational that the long threshold value of placing of unification fixed leads to.

For example, if the contamination level is low, the target sterilization process may be an ultraviolet sterilization process, and the target sterilization process time period may be 30 minutes.
In the embodiment of the application, when the cleaning of the cleaning article is detected to be finished, the placed time of the cleaning article is recorded, when the placed time is identified to reach a placement time threshold value, an odor detection signal is obtained through an odor sensor, whether the cleaning article meets the disinfection treatment condition or not is identified according to the odor detection signal, and when the cleaning article meets the disinfection treatment condition, the disinfection treatment operation is carried out on the cleaning article based on the odor detection signal. According to the odor suppression method for the cleaning article, whether the cleaning article needs to be disinfected or not is identified through odor detection, so that the cleaning article which is placed for a long time after cleaning is prevented from being odorous, even is deteriorated and damaged, and the quality of the cleaning article is guaranteed.
