Referring to fig. 1-9, in an embodiment of the present invention, a pressure vessel manufacturing surface treatment polishing apparatus based on an industrial automatic control system includes an adjusting swivel rotation angle processing member 1 and a compound polishing mechanism 5, a pressure vessel housing body 2 mounted in a rolling manner is disposed above the adjusting swivel rotation angle processing member 1, an external polishing component 3 is disposed at an output end of the adjusting swivel rotation angle processing member 1, lifting reset operation components 4 are disposed at two ends below the adjusting swivel rotation angle processing member 1, a compound polishing mechanism 5 is disposed at an inner side of one group of lifting reset operation components 4, a dust suction component 6 is disposed below a middle portion of the compound polishing mechanism 5, and a waxing treatment component 7 is disposed at an inner side of the other group of lifting reset operation components 4.
The adjusting swivel corner processing member 1 comprises a middle main cabinet 101, an electric rotating column 102, a slotted platen 103, an electromagnetic suction rod 104, a main cabinet first cylinder 105, a sponge sleeve rod 106, a sliding rail block 107, a main cabinet second cylinder 108, a sliding base 109, a wheel housing base 1010, a rotating carrying wheel 1011, an inner connecting shaft 1012, an outer connecting shaft 1013 and a driving machine case 1014, wherein the electric rotating column 102 is arranged above the middle main cabinet 101, the slotted platen 103 is arranged at the output end of the electric rotating column 102, the electromagnetic suction rod 104 is arranged at the inner groove of the slotted platen 103, the main cabinet first cylinder 105 is arranged at the two ends of the slotted platen 103, and the sponge sleeve rod 106 is arranged at the inner side of the output end of the main cabinet first cylinder 105.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the processing process, the output ends are driven to operate by using the output power of the first cylinder 105 of the main cabinet above the two ends of the slotting platen 103, so that the sponge sleeve rod 106 is driven to be contacted below the pressure-resistant container shell body 2 after the output operation of the first cylinder 105 of the main cabinet, the powder and the waste are adaptively erased, a certain degree of waxing effect is achieved, and an electromagnetic field is formed after the electromagnetic suction rod 104 in the slotting platen 103 is electrified, so that tiny scrap iron is adsorbed.
The side top of fluting platen 103 is provided with the slide rail piece 107 of bolt assembly, and the interior side of slide rail piece 107 is provided with the slide base 109 of connecting the output of main cabinet second cylinder 108, and the interior top of slide base 109 is provided with wheel casing base 1010, and the inside of wheel casing base 1010 is provided with rotatory carrying wheel 1011, and the opposite side of wheel casing base 1010 is provided with interior axostylus axostyle, and the outer end side of wheel casing base 1010 is provided with outer coupling 1013 of connecting the output of drive machine case 1014.

In the embodiment of the invention, when the external polishing is required, the output end of the grooved platen 103 is used for outputting and running to enable the main cabinet screw 301 to output and run, so that the main cabinet slide block 302 is enabled to run slowly after the main cabinet screw 301 is outputted and running to enable the cross beam 305 to run to a proper angle position after the frame body electric rotating shaft 304 on the lifting frame 303 is outputted and running to enable the electric rotating arm 307 to be adjusted to a proper angle position after the frame body oil cylinder 306 is outputted and running to enable the external polishing mechanism 308 to perform slow polishing processing on the external of the pressure-resistant container shell body 2, and the adaptive polishing processing can be performed on the cambered surface and the horizontal plane of a product.
The lifting resetting operation assembly 4 comprises a side cabinet 401, a positioning transverse rail 402, an electric roller 403, a slotted end frame 404, a lifting screw 405, a lifting transverse block 406, a main hydraulic cylinder 407, a main push rod 408 and a reinforcing rod 409, wherein the positioning transverse rail 402 is arranged on the outer side of the lower portion of the middle main cabinet 101, the side cabinet 401 is arranged on the outer side of the positioning transverse rail 402, the electric roller 403 is arranged below the side cabinet 401, the slotted end frame 404 is arranged above the side of the side cabinet 401, the lifting screw 405 is arranged at the output end of the slotted end frame 404, the lifting transverse block 406 is in threaded connection with the output end of the lifting screw 405, the main hydraulic cylinder 407 in sleeved connection with the lifting transverse block 406 is arranged at the inner side of the lifting transverse block 406, the main push rod 408 is arranged at the output end of the main hydraulic cylinder 407, and the reinforcing rod 409 is arranged at the outer side of one end of the main push rod 408.
In the embodiment of the invention, when internal polishing is required, the electric roller 403 under the side cabinet 401 is used for outputting power to drive the output end to operate, so that the side cabinet 401 operates to a proper position under the guidance of the positioning transverse rail 402, the lifting screw rod 405 on the slotted end frame 404 outputs power to drive the output end to operate, so that the lifting screw rod 405 drives the lifting transverse block 406 to operate to a proper position, and after operation, one group of main hydraulic cylinders 407 output operation, so that the main push rod 408 operates to a proper angle position under the reinforcing effect of the reinforcing rod 409.
The compound polishing mechanism 5 comprises an inner sleeve rod 501, an end ring base 502, an inner cylinder rod 503, a square sliding block 504, an inner supporting frame 505, an angle hinging seat 506, a first side cylinder 507, an angle frame 508, a second side cylinder 509, a driving motor 5010, a guide wheel 5011, an inner polishing belt 5012, an embedded cylinder 5013, a hidden plate 5014, a first meshing gear set 5015, an inner cylinder 5016, a wheel sleeve shell 5017, a steel wire brush wheel 5018, a polishing wheel 5019, an inner two cylinder 5020 and an electric vibrating rod 5021, wherein the inner sleeve rod 501 is arranged at one end of the main push rod 408, the end ring base 502 is arranged outside the middle of the inner sleeve rod 501, the inner cylinder rod 503 is arranged at the inner end of the inner sleeve rod 501, the square sliding block 504 is arranged at the output end of the inner cylinder rod 503, the inner supporting frame 505 is hinged with the inner supporting frame 506, one end of the inner supporting frame 505 is provided with the angle hinging seat 506 hinged with the hinge, one side above the angle hinging seat 506 is provided with the first side cylinder 507, the other side of the angle hinging seat 506 is provided with the angle frame 508, and the other side of the angle frame 508 is provided with the second side of the hinge 509.
In the embodiment of the invention, when internal polishing is required, the output end is driven to run by using the output power of the inner cylinder rod 503 on the inner side of the end ring base 502, so that the square slide block 504 runs to a proper position, the angle hinging seat 506 is adjusted to a proper radius position under the action of the inner bracket 505 after the square slide block runs to the proper position, and when the operation angle adjustment is required, the angle frame 508 is adjusted to an adaptive angle position after the output operation of the first side cylinder 507 and the second side cylinder 509 is performed.
The top one side of angle frame 508 is provided with driving motor 5010, and driving motor 5010's output is provided with guide pulley 5011, guide pulley 5011's outside is provided with interior area of polishing 5012, angle frame 508's middle part inboard is provided with embedded hydro-cylinder 5013, and embedded hydro-cylinder 5013's output is provided with hidden board 5014, hidden board 5014's outside side is provided with first meshing gear train 5015, and first meshing gear train 5015's output is provided with interior cylinder 5016, interior cylinder 5016's output is provided with wheel cover shell 5017, and wheel cover shell 5017's a set of inboard is provided with wire brush wheel 5018, wheel cover shell 5017's another set inboard is provided with the wheel of polishing 5019, interior cylinder 5016's outside side is provided with interior two cylinders 5020, and interior two cylinder 0's output is provided with electric vibration stick 5021.
In the embodiment of the invention, when rough polishing is needed, the driving motor 5010 is used for outputting power to drive the output end to operate, so that the guide wheel 5011 is operated at high speed, the inner polishing belt 5012 is subjected to rough polishing processing on the inside of a product, then when accurate polishing is needed, the embedded oil cylinder 5013 is used for outputting operation, the hidden plate 5014 is adjusted to a proper position, the first meshing gear set 5015 is used for outputting operation, the inner air cylinder 5016 is used for outputting operation, the wheel sleeve 5017 is used for outputting operation, the polishing wheel 5019 and the steel wire brush wheel 5018 are used for effectively polishing large welding spots and small welding spots on the inside of the product, and then the first meshing gear set 5015 is used for outputting operation, the inner two air cylinders 5020 are used for enabling the electric vibrating rod 5021 to vibrate and knock off the welding skin parts, and the surface dust of the inner cavity of the product to achieve the vibration effect.
The dust collection component 6 comprises a connecting sleeve frame 601, a flexible pipe 602, a node cabin 603, a stock cabin 604, a connecting pipe 605 and a suction nozzle 606, wherein the connecting sleeve frame 601 is arranged below the middle part of the inner sleeve rod 501, the flexible pipe 602 is arranged on one side of the connecting sleeve frame 601, one end of the flexible pipe 602 is connected with the stock cabin 604 in a sleeved mode through the node cabin 603, the connecting pipe 605 is arranged on the other side of the connecting sleeve frame 601, and the suction nozzle 606 is arranged on one end of the connecting pipe 605.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the processing process, after the automatic air pump output operation in the stock bin 604 is used, the connecting pipe 605, the suction nozzle 606, the connecting rack 601 and the flexible pipe 602 are used for inputting the waste into the stock bin 604 after the output operation, so that the effect of absorbing the waste is achieved.
The waxing assembly 7 comprises an end ring base plate 701, a hydraulic telescopic arm 702, a supporting and positioning wheel 703, an oil cylinder base plate 704, an inner lining frame 705, an angle rod 706, an angle base 707, an end shell 708, a second meshing gear set 709, a connecting rod 7010, an arc sponge brush 7011 and a wax spraying nozzle 7012, wherein the end ring base plate 701 is arranged at the other group of ends of the main push rod 408, the outer side of the end ring base plate 701 is provided with the hydraulic telescopic arm 702, the output end of the hydraulic telescopic arm 702 is provided with the supporting and positioning wheel 703, the inner end of the end ring base plate 701 is provided with the oil cylinder base plate 704, the outer side of the oil cylinder base plate 704 is provided with the inner lining frame 705 which is connected in a hinged manner, one end of the inner lining frame 705 is provided with the angle rod 706 which is connected in a hinged manner, the rear end of the angle rod 706 is provided with the angle base 707, the front end of the angle rod 706 is provided with the end shell 708, the inner side of the end shell 708 is provided with the second meshing gear set 709, the output end of the second meshing gear set 709 is provided with the connecting rod 7010, one end of the connecting rod 7010 is provided with the arc sponge brush 7011, and the outer side of the oil cylinder base 7012 is provided with the wax spraying nozzle 7012.
In the embodiment of the invention, when waxing is needed, after another set of lifting reset operation assembly 4 is used for output operation, the hydraulic telescopic arms 702 on the end ring base plate 701 are used for support and advancing of the support positioning wheels 703 supported in the inner cavity of the product after output operation, the oil cylinder base 704 is used for adjusting the inner lining frame 705, the angle rod 706 and the angle base 707 to proper angle positions after output operation, and the arc-shaped sponge brushes 7011 on the connecting rod 7010 are matched with wax oil sprayed by the wax spraying nozzles 7012 to the inner cavity of the product after output operation through the second meshing gear set 709 in the end shell 708 so as to achieve the waxing effect.
