The polishing and grinding device for PC board production according to claim 3, wherein a threaded rod (3041) is arranged at the position of the telescopic cylinder (304), the threaded rod (3041) is in threaded connection with the linear reciprocating structure (21), the bottom of the threaded rod (3041) is rotatably connected with one end of a limiting block (3042), and the other end of the limiting block (3042) is in contact with the output end of the telescopic cylinder (304).
