Welding fixture for automatic argon arc welding of automobile parts
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of welding clamps, in particular to a welding clamp for automatic argon arc welding of automobile parts.
Background
In modern manufacturing industry, the stretch forming process is widely applied to precision manufacturing fields such as automobile manufacturing and the like by virtue of the advantage that the stretch forming process can be used for efficiently producing parts with complex curved surfaces. However, stretch molded parts create special mechanical distribution characteristics due to their unique molding process, which presents significant and insurmountable challenges for subsequent welding clamping processes.
Taking the typical stretch-formed workpiece shown in fig. 1 as an example, the workpiece generally includes two critical structural portions, namely a necked area 12 and a flared area 11. The workpiece has obvious mechanical property differentiation characteristic that the flaring zone 11 has relatively poor overall structural strength and weak deformation resistance due to the fact that the flaring zone undergoes a larger degree of material extension in the stretch forming process, and the necking zone 12 has a denser tissue structure due to the fact that the material is subjected to a stronger extrusion effect in the forming process, so that the flaring zone is higher in strength and can bear higher external force. In current production practice, conventional welding jigs commonly employ a single fixed clamping structure. The core defect of the structural design is that the clamping force and the action mode are preset and cannot be adjusted, and dynamic adaptation cannot be carried out according to the mechanical characteristics of different shape areas or different parts of the workpiece. Specifically, when clamping a workpiece including the necking zone 12 and the flaring zone 11, the conventional clamp cannot reduce the clamping force against the characteristic that the flaring zone 11 is low in strength, nor cannot increase the clamping force according to the requirement that the necking zone 12 is high in strength.
The technical limitation directly causes a series of remarkable quality defects in the welding process, namely, for the flaring zone 11, plastic deformation of materials is extremely easy to be caused because the clamping force exceeds the limit which can be born, the problems of dishing, wrinkling or abnormal dimension and the like appear on the surface of a workpiece, and the shrinkage zone 12 is influenced by factors such as welding stress, thermal deformation and the like in the welding process because the clamping force is insufficient, displacement deviation is easy to occur, and the original accurate assembly position is deviated.
These quality defects eventually lead to an excessive weld dimensional accuracy, so that the workpiece cannot meet the assembly tolerance of the design requirements. With the increasing requirements of the automobile manufacturing industry on product quality and performance, particularly in the welding of key parts such as a vehicle body structure and a chassis part, the requirements on high-precision welding standards are severe, and the problems of reduced yield, reduced production efficiency and the like caused by the traditional welding fixture become bottlenecks restricting the development of the industry, so that the high-precision welding fixture is difficult to adapt to the high-precision production requirements of modern automobile manufacturing.
