The first filter 401 filters the impurities with larger particle size in the water flow, the second filter 402 filters the impurities with smaller particle size in the water flow, the second filter 402 has smaller filter hole diameter, the first filter 401 prevents the impurities with larger particle size from directly contacting the first filter 401 and remaining on the second filter 402, in addition, the second filter 402 generates a centrifugal force when rotating and throwing the impurities on the second filter 402 to the outer side edge to make the impurities close to the impurity storage cavity 2012, and the impurities are not easy to adhere to the second filter 402, in addition, the second filter 402 is easy to collide with the vibration column 403 when moving up and down, and the second filter 402 is easy to collide with the second filter 401 when moving down, and the second filter 402 is easy to collide with the impurities when moving down, and the second filter 402 is collided with the first filter 401. Compared with the prior art, the application has the advantage of self-cleaning double filter screens.
Further, to achieve the circumferential rotation of the second filter 402, as shown in fig. 3, the filter assembly 40 includes a first shaft 404, the first shaft 404 is rotatably mounted at one end of the metering housing 202 near the filter housing 201, a first blade 4041 is disposed on a side wall of the first shaft 404, and the first shaft 404 penetrates through a center of the second filter 402 and is fixedly connected with the second filter 402, and the first blade 4041 is located in the filter screen cavity 4011.
It should be noted that, when the water flows through the first filter 401 and flows into the filter chamber 4011, the water flows impact the first blade 4041, so that the first blade 4041 receives a lateral force and drives the first shaft 404 to rotate circumferentially, and the first blade 4041 is preferably a spiral vane, and because the first shaft 404 is fixedly connected with the second filter 402, the second filter 402 rotates circumferentially.
Further, to move the second filter 402 upward, as shown in fig. 3, the filter assembly 40 further includes a second shaft body 405, where the second shaft body 405 is rotatably disposed on the lower case 101, an end of the first shaft body 404 facing away from the metering case 202 passes through the second filter 402, a second blade 4051 and a cam portion 4052 are disposed on the second shaft body 405, and a sidewall of the cam portion 4052 abuts against the second shaft body 405.
The second blade 4051 is preferably a rotor blade, and the cam portion 4052 is always abutted against one end of the second shaft body 405, the minimum radial dimension of the cam portion 4052 allows one end of the first shaft body 404 to be abutted against the first filter element 401, and the maximum radial dimension of the cam portion 4052 causes the second filter element 402 to be in contact with the vibration column 403 above it. When the water flow impacts the second blade 4051, the second shaft body 405 rotates circumferentially and drives the cam portion 4052 to rotate circumferentially, and the cam portion 4052 is provided to enable the first shaft body 404 to move up and down.
Specifically, in order to facilitate the circumferential rotation of the first shaft body 404 relative to the first filter element 401, and reduce the friction between the cam portion 4052 and the first shaft body 404, and enable the first shaft body 404 to collide with the first filter element 401 after moving downward, as shown in fig. 3, the vibration column 403 is disposed at one end of the metering shell 202 near the filter shell 201, a tapered hole 4012 is disposed at the center of the first filter element 401, a tapered surface 4042 and a contact portion, preferably a ball, are disposed at one end of the first shaft body 404 facing away from the metering shell 202, and the tapered surface 4042 contacts the second filter element 402 after the second filter element 402 moves upward by a predetermined distance, and the tapered surface 4042 contacts the hole wall of the tapered hole 4012 after the second filter element 402 moves downward by a predetermined distance, and the contact portion passes through the tapered hole 4012.
It should be noted that, because the water flows from the inner cylinder cavity 1015 into the filter cavity 2011, in order to avoid that the second filter member 402 continuously contacts with the vibration column 403 under the impact of the water flow, and when the cam portion 4052 is at the lowest point, the second filter member 402 can move downward and make the conical surface 4042 collide with the hole wall of the tapered hole 4012, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, one end of the metering shell 202 near the filter shell 201 has a guide pillar 2025, a magnetic disk 2026 is rotatably mounted on the guide pillar 2025, one end of the first shaft 404 facing away from the second shaft 405 has a concave hole 4043, the guide pillar 2025 stretches into the concave hole 4043, and the side surface of the guide pillar 2025 is attached to the hole wall of the concave hole 4043, the bottom wall of the concave hole 4043 is provided with a magnet 4044, the magnet 4044 is spaced a predetermined distance from the magnetic disk 2026, and the magnetic disk 20244 is opposite to the magnetic disk 2026, and the magnetic disk 2026 is magnetized in a direction of the magnetizing direction of the magnetic disk 4044.
It should be noted that, by arranging the repellent magnets 4044 and the magnetic discs 2026, when the second filter 402 rotates circumferentially, the distance between the magnets 4044 and the magnetic discs 2026 is unchanged, the magnets 4044 only drive the magnetic discs 2026 to rotate circumferentially, and do not interfere with the circumferential movement of the second filter 402, and because the magnetism of the magnets 4044 and the magnetism of the magnetic discs 2026 are opposite, the repulsive force of the magnets 4044 makes the first shaft 404 have a downward force, and by this force counteracts the upward force of the water flow on the second filter 402, and in addition, preferably, this magnetic repulsive force is slightly greater than the upward force of the water flow on the second filter 402, so that when the cam is located at the minimum radial dimension, the first shaft 404 is acted by the magnetic repulsive force and drives the conical surface 4042 to apply an impact force to the hole wall 4012, so as to shake down the retention on the first filter 401, and at the same time, the first blade is still driven by the magnetic repulsive force of the first blade 4042 and still drives the second filter 402 to collide with the first filter 402 in the radial direction, and the second filter 402 is still being impacted by the first blade 4051 and the second filter 402 in the radial direction.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, each impurity storage cavity 2012 includes a first chamber and a second chamber, one end of the first chamber is in communication with the filter screen cavity 4011, two ends of the second chamber are respectively in communication with the first chamber and one end of the filter cavity 2011 near the metering shell 202, the filter assembly 40 further includes an impurity collecting assembly 405, the impurity collecting assembly 405 includes a sliding ring 4051, a first baffle 4052, an elastic member, a filter ring 4053, and a filter screen, the filter screen is disposed in the second chamber, the sliding ring 4051 is slidably disposed in the first chamber, the sliding ring 4051 has a first central hole 40511, the first baffle 4052 is fixedly mounted in the first chamber, two ends of the elastic member are respectively connected with the sliding ring 4051 and the filter ring 4053, the filter ring 4053 has a second central hole, and the wall of the second central hole has a plurality of bristles, when the sliding ring 4051 slides a predetermined distance, the first baffle 4052 is away from the first end of the filter ring 4053 or the first central hole 40511 is opened.
By providing the first baffle 4052 and the sliding ring 4051, when the second filter member 402 is not blocked or is not severely blocked, the sliding ring 4051 normally closes the first baffle 4052 to the first central hole 40511 under the elastic force of the elastic member, when the second filter member 402 is partially blocked, the water pressure in the filter mesh cavity 4011 increases, at this time, the sliding ring 4051 overcomes the resistance of the elastic member and makes the first baffle 4052 no longer close the first central hole 40511, so that the water flow can flow into the impurity storage cavity 2012, at this time, the thrown-out and shaken-off impurities can flow into the first cavity, and when passing through the filter ring 4053, the bristles retained on the filter ring 4053, and the water flow passes through the filter mesh on the second cavity and flows into the filter cavity 2011.
Further, to optimize the friction and sealing during the circumferential rotation and the lifting movement of the second filter element 402, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the second filter element 402 is cylindrical, the filter housing 201 has a first annular groove 2013, the wall of the second filter element 402 extends into the first annular groove 2013, and in addition, a second annular groove 4022 is formed on the wall of the second filter element 402, and a lifting ring is slidably disposed in the second annular groove 4022.
When the second filter element 402 rotates circumferentially, the wall of the second filter element 402 rotates circumferentially in the first annular groove 2013, and when the second filter element 402 moves upward, the lifting ring closes the gap generated when the second filter element 402 moves upward.
