According to the working process, the invention realizes the effect of draining the cleaned mushrooms through the cooperation among the feeding channel 3, the U-shaped guide plate 4 and the vibration unit, is beneficial to vibrating out residual particle impurities on the mushrooms, reduces the operation steps of workers, realizes the pre-crushing treatment of the mushrooms falling in the feeding channel 3 through the cooperation with the pre-clamping unit, improves the crushing effect of the stirring grinding cylinder 2, shortens the crushing and grinding time of the mushrooms, wherein the cooperation with the bulk unit when the U-shaped guide plate 4 vibrates, enables the deflector rod 32 to break up a plurality of poured mushrooms on one hand, promotes the falling of the particle impurities on the mushrooms, and reduces the falling speed of the mushrooms on the other hand, increases the draining time of the mushrooms, and is convenient to drain out the water stains on the mushrooms, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the mushrooms.
