The side of the battery case 1 is referred to as the front side and the side of the battery cover 2 is referred to as the rear side with reference to the view of fig. 1.
Taking the situation when the unmanned aerial vehicle battery climbs from a high-temperature ground environment (such as 40 ℃) to a low-temperature high-altitude environment (-40 ℃), when the unmanned aerial vehicle battery pack is used, the battery pack 1 is installed on the unmanned aerial vehicle, then the battery cover 2 is detached, the charged low-temperature high-multiplying power polymer lithium ion battery is put into the battery pack 1, and then the battery cover 2 is installed back into the battery pack 1; when the heat dissipation device is used, heat of the low-temperature high-rate polymer lithium ion battery is dissipated to the external environment through the heat dissipation through groove 101 to ensure normal operation of the low-temperature high-rate polymer lithium ion battery, the heat dissipation through groove 101 is in an open state under normal temperature (about 25 ℃) and high temperature (higher than 25 ℃) environments to facilitate heat dissipation of the low-temperature high-rate polymer lithium ion battery, when an unmanned aerial vehicle flies to a low temperature (-40 ℃) environment state, for example, the unmanned aerial vehicle takes off from the ground high-temperature environment and climbs to a high-altitude low-temperature space, the temperature control spring 3 stretches and lengthens to drive the sealing plate 4 to move, the sealing plate 4 above and below the heat dissipation through groove 101 moves towards each other until contacting each other, so that the heat dissipation through groove 101 is sealed, heat dissipation generated by the operation of the low-temperature high-rate polymer lithium ion battery is reduced, the low-temperature high-rate polymer lithium ion battery is in a relatively high-temperature environment to recover or promote the capacity of the low-temperature high-rate polymer lithium ion battery, the accurate triggering device is required to trigger the high-temperature control spring 3, the high-rate lithium ion battery is provided with a plurality of grooves 102 in order to enable the high-temperature control spring 3 to be in order to contact with each external environment, according to the external environment, the self-adaptive unmanned aerial vehicle battery cabin is opened and closed to recover or maintain the capacity performance of the battery, and an electronic sensor is not required to be arranged, so that a fault point (sensor aging) is reduced, and the maintenance cost is reduced. The temperature control spring 3 is a shape memory alloy spring, and can enable the alloy to "memorize" two forms at high and low temperatures through a specific training process (such as repeated heating/cooling and mechanical constraint), so as to realize high-temperature shrinkage and low-temperature expansion.
It should be noted that, when the unmanned aerial vehicle flies back to the normal temperature (about 25 ℃) environment or the high temperature (higher than 25 ℃) environment, the temperature control spring 3 contracts and resets, so that the sealing plate 4 retracts into the battery case 1, so that the heat dissipation through groove 101 is opened, thereby facilitating heat dissipation of the battery.
