Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of combined tower structures of wind power generation towers, in particular to a single-tube-lattice combined wind power generation tower conversion node and a construction method thereof.
Background
Under the drive of global energy transformation and 'double carbon' targets, the wind power industry is accelerating to develop high cavitation and high power. According to statistics of the global wind energy management Congress (GWEC), more than 80% of wind turbine generators in the newly increased wind turbine installed capacity in 2023 worldwide have adopted more than 140 meters of hub height. The traditional single-tube steel tower is limited by transportation and manufacturing conditions, the difficulty that the diameter increases along with the height is very large, and the lattice type tower can achieve the height of more than 200 meters, but the number of the rods is too large, so that the installation and maintenance cost is greatly increased. Under the background, the single-tube-lattice hybrid wind power generation tower combines the engineering advantages of two structures, namely, the structural stability is improved by adopting a lattice truss at the bottom, the pneumatic performance is kept by continuing the single-tube tower barrel at the middle and upper parts, the mechanical performance of materials can be effectively utilized, the manufacturing, transportation and installation are relatively convenient, the manpower and material resource consumption in the construction process is reduced, the tower can easily break through 160 meters, the wind capturing efficiency is improved by 18-25%, and the steel consumption of 20% is reduced.
Q355 high-strength steel plates are commonly adopted for single-pipe sections to roll, most of lattice sections are angle steel or steel pipe trusses, the conversion nodes need to coordinate the compound transmission of axial pressure, bending moment and torque, and the problem of bearing capacity matching and rigidity matching of tower sections with different scales and different rigidities needs to be solved by connecting the two. The single tube-lattice hybrid wind power generation steel tower has appeared in Europe for more than twenty years, and at present, wind power generation sets using single tube-lattice towers as supporting structures are also built in recent years in China, and the conversion between single tube sections and lattice sections mainly takes two forms, namely, a large cast steel node and a prestressed steel box concrete pouring mode. The cost of the two conversion nodes is very high, and the problems of large welding workload, high stress concentration coefficient of the node area and the like possibly exist, so that the application and development of the single-tube-lattice hybrid wind power generation steel tower are restricted. As disclosed in chinese patent CN104179645A, a single-tube tower and quadrangular lattice tower conversion node is disclosed, which comprises a single-tube tower located at the upper portion, a transition section located at the middle portion, and a quadrangular lattice tower located at the lower portion, wherein the transition section is formed by alternately arranging four conic portions with curved surfaces of a dome and a space and plane portions with curved surfaces of a dome. However, the conical surface part of the transition section is a curved surface, so that the requirement on the machining precision is high, and the machining cost is increased; in addition, the oblique conical part and the plane part are connected by butt welding in a factory when the transition section is manufactured, the welding lines are distributed in a full length mode, deformation of the transition section can be caused in the welding process, and in addition, deformation of curved surfaces can be caused in the transportation process. And once manufacturing errors or deformations occur, difficulties may be caused for subsequent installation.

The invention adopts the variable cross section box girder section with the cross section from large to small to realize the smooth transition of the conversion node, namely, at one end close to the single-pipe tower barrel, the bending moment born by the box girder is larger, the larger cross section is required to provide enough bearing capacity and rigidity, and as the box girder extends to the direction of the lattice tower column, the born bending moment is gradually reduced, and the smaller cross section can meet the rigidity and strength requirements. In addition, the shape has good arch pressing effect, and is helpful for improving the bearing capacity and stability of the structure. Thus, a smooth transition of stiffness and strength can be achieved by a configuration in which the box beam cross section transitions smoothly from large to small.

The joint of the steel pipe and the box girder is stressed greatly, so that the rigidity of the joint is increased, the integrity of the joint is enhanced, the deformation is reduced, and the smooth transition of the rigidity and the strength is realized by adopting the technical route.
(3) According to the invention, the flanges are designed according to rigid connection, the axial force, bending moment and shearing force transmitted at the joint of the flanges are comprehensively considered, and on the basis of meeting the design requirement, the smooth transition of the rigidity and strength at the joint is ensured.
(4) The upper flange of the box girder extends and seals the top of the steel pipe of the lattice tower column, thereby being beneficial to strengthening the connection between the box girder and the steel pipe, increasing the rigidity and the bearing capacity of the node and ensuring the smooth transition of the rigidity and the strength at the node.

According to the geometric conditions and the loading conditions, the design and optimization are carried out based on the technical scheme of the invention, the number of the L-shaped conversion connecting pieces 32 is set to 4, namely four box-shaped beams are adopted, the external stiffening ring plates 9 are arranged, a finer finite element model is built for analysis after the sizes of all the components are determined, and a Mises stress cloud chart (50 times deformation magnification coefficient) of the conversion node under the limit working condition is obtained as shown in figure 4. In addition, according to a stress cloud chart, the conversion node has no obvious stress concentration and deformation, the stress change is gentle, and the smooth transition of rigidity and strength is realized.
In conclusion, the transition of the lattice type tower section and the single-tube tower section is realized through the design of the L-shaped transition section, the transportation difficulty is reduced, the on-site welding workload is reduced, the stress concentration is avoided, the smooth transition of the rigidity and the strength is realized, and the transition device is suitable for the conversion requirement of the high-cavitation high-power single-tube-lattice hybrid wind power generation steel tower.
