As shown in fig. 1,2 and 3, the workbench 1 is horizontally arranged on the ground, a plurality of feeding boxes 2 are arranged, the feeding boxes 2 are arranged below the starting end position of the workbench 1 side by side, and a feeding opening 11 communicated with the upper end of the feeding boxes 2 is arranged on the workbench 1 in a penetrating manner.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the transport frame 3 is disposed across the table 1 and is slidably connected to both sides of the table 1. The transmission plate 4 is horizontally arranged on the transmission frame 3 and is attached to the workbench 1, a transmission groove 41 for embedding a steel plate is transversely formed in the lower end face of the transmission plate 4 in a penetrating mode, and a pneumatic sucker 42 for adsorbing the steel plate is embedded in the top wall of the transmission groove 41.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the welding robot 5 is provided at the rear end position of the table 1, and is configured to perform welding work between adjacent steel plates. The discharge chute 6 is obliquely arranged below the workbench 1 and is positioned in front of the welding manipulator 5.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a pair of welding ports 12 is formed in the table 1, the connection position of adjacent steel plates is located above the welding ports 12, and a collection box 13 located below the welding ports 12 is provided on the lower end surface of the table 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, clamping blocks 7 are arranged on both sides of the workbench 1, the clamping blocks 7 are positioned in front of the discharge chute 6 and are used for clamping steel plates at the two ends, and a double-head cylinder 71 for controlling the pair of clamping blocks 7 to be close to or far from each other is arranged on the workbench 1.
When the welding operation is required to be carried out on the skirt board of the escalator, the transmission frame 3 is controlled to drive the transmission plate 4 to slide to the starting end position of the workbench 1, so that the transmission plate 4 is positioned right above the feeding opening 11 on the workbench 1. Then each feeding box 2 pushes up the steel plates stacked in the feeding boxes, the uppermost steel plate passes through the feeding hole 11 on the workbench 1 and is embedded in the transmission groove 41 on the transmission plate 4, and meanwhile, the lower end face of the steel plate is level with the upper end face of the workbench 1.
Then the pneumatic sucking disc 42 on the top wall of the transmission groove 41 is controlled to move downwards to adsorb the steel plate in the transmission groove 41, and then the pneumatic sucking disc 42 is used to control the steel plate to move upwards so that the lower end surface of the steel plate is higher than the surface of the workbench 1. Then the transmission frame 3 is utilized to continuously drive the transmission plate 4 to slide backwards, and the transmission plate 4 drives a plurality of steel plates to synchronously slide backwards.
After the adjacent steel plates move to the welding port 12 on the workbench 1, the pneumatic sucking disc 42 is used for controlling the downward movement of the steel plates, so that the steel plates are placed on the workbench 1, and meanwhile, the pneumatic sucking disc 42 is separated from the steel plates. Then, the double-head cylinder 71 drives the pair of clamping blocks 7 to approach each other, so that the clamping blocks 7 push the steel plates at the two ends to approach the middle, and the end positions of the plurality of steel plates are contacted with each other.
The pneumatic chuck 42 is then controlled to move downwards again, so that the pneumatic chuck 42 compresses the steel plate, and the clamping block 7 releases the steel plate. The welding robot 5 is then used to weld the connection locations of the steel plates, and the welding slag can drop into the collection box 13 for automatic collection.
When the steel plates are welded, the pneumatic sucking discs 42 are used for controlling the steel plates to move upwards, then the transmission frame 3 is used for continuously driving the transmission plates 4 to slide backwards, and the transmission plates 4 drive a plurality of steel plates to slide backwards synchronously. And after the steel plate slides to the position of the discharge chute 6, the pneumatic sucker 42 is separated from the steel plate, and the steel plate automatically slides into the discharge chute 6, so that the automatic discharge of the welded apron board is completed.
Therefore, by arranging a high-automation welding system, automatic feeding, transmission, welding and discharging of the steel plates are realized, automatic welding operation of the escalator skirt plate is completed, and welding efficiency is improved.

The handle 25 of the hydraulic jack 23 penetrates the case 21, and the driving mechanism 8 is used for controlling the handle 25 to turn over.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the driving mechanism 8 includes a driving cylinder 81, a clip 82, and a lock pin 83. The lower end of the driving cylinder 81 is rotatably connected to the table 1, and the clip 82 is provided on a piston rod of the driving cylinder 81 and is used for clamping the handle 25. The lock pin 83 penetrates the handle 25, and the handle 25 is rotatably connected to the lock pin 83.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, a circle of sliding plate 26 is arranged on the outer wall of the upper end of the box body 21, guide rails 14 positioned on two sides of the feeding opening 11 are arranged on the lower end face of the workbench 1, and a plug rod 27 inserted into the lower end face of the workbench 1 is arranged at the end position of the sliding plate 26.
When it is desired to feed the steel sheets, the steel sheets are stacked in a box 21 and supported by a pallet 22. Then the box 21 is controlled to move to the lower part of the workbench 1, and the box 21 is pushed to move horizontally, so that the sliding plate 26 on the box 21 slides into the guide rail 14 on the lower end surface of the workbench 1. The mounting and fixing of each case 21 is then achieved by plugging the work table 1 with the plugging rod 27.
Then the driving cylinder 81 is controlled to turn over, so that the clamping 82 at the front end of the driving cylinder 81 clamps the handle 25 of the jack, and then the lock pin 83 penetrates through the clamping 82 and the handle 25, so that the connection and fixation between the driving cylinder 81 and the handle 25 are realized. The driving cylinder 81 is controlled to stretch and retract, and under the action of the rotary connection of the two ends, the control handle 25 swings reciprocally, so that the hydraulic jack 23 is pressurized downwards, the supporting plate 22 is controlled to intermittently rise, the automatic feeding and continuous stable feeding of the steel plates are realized, and the efficient welding operation of the skirt plate of the escalator is ensured.
