The dust cover sealing cover 15 has a hollow structure, and besides the function of sealing the dust cover 13, the dust cover sealing cover 15 also has the function of communicating the water pipe 14 and the spring pipe 12.

In actual use, water flows into the material mixing tank 2 through the water inlet pipe 17, then flows through the spring pipe 12, the dust cover sealing cover 15, the flow channel 501 and enters the connecting seat 9 in sequence, and finally is sprayed out through the water outlet nozzle 902.
The inside at batching jar 2 still is equipped with extension pipe 19, after the material gets into batching jar 2 through pan feeding mouth 18 in, it can directly drop to the downside of connecting seat 9 through extension pipe 19, and whole movable seat 5 is the T shape simultaneously, and its great one end of diameter is contradicted with the inner wall of batching jar 2, through setting up like this, can effectually prevent the powder gathering in the upper end of movable seat 5.

The upper end of movable seat (5) is equipped with runner (501) and fixed slot (502), the one end of fixed slot (502) with runner (501) intercommunication, just be equipped with impeller (503) in fixed slot (502), the outside of movable seat (5) is equipped with brush cleaning mechanism, the downside of batching jar (2) is equipped with churn (21).
