3. Flushing
The bladder irrigation is realized by introducing normal saline irrigation solution into the bladder through the irrigation pipe 13 and entering the bladder through the urinary catheter irrigation channel 112, and the irrigation solution is discharged from the urinary catheter liquid outlet channel 113 through the liquid outlet pipe 14.
The vagina is irrigated, the handle 8 on the irrigation pipe 13 is rotated to switch the three-way valve 6, so that the irrigation pipe 13 is communicated with the vagina irrigation channel 22, and physiological saline is further irrigated into the vagina for cleaning, and the irrigation liquid in the vagina can flow through the liquid outlet pipe 14 from the vagina liquid outlet channel 23. After stopping entering the flushing liquid, continuously sucking for about 5-30s, then using a syringe to pump out the gas in the air bag, and because the vaginal dilator struts the vagina, the medical staff can see the internal condition, if the liquid residue exists in the vagina, manually pushing the vaginal irrigation tube inwards gently to realize the absorption of the residual liquid. Example 2

In order to further prevent the chuck 7 from being shifted by reverse acting force due to the movement of the vaginal douche tube 2 after the chuck 7 is propped against the vaginal orifice or the vaginal dilator, spherical protrusions 72 are circumferentially arranged at intervals on the inner wall of the through hole, when the chuck 7 is clamped on the vaginal douche tube 2, the surface of the vaginal douche tube 2 is a hose, so that certain deformation can be clamped into a gap 71 between the two spherical protrusions 72, the anti-skid effect is further improved, in addition, when flushing fluid is introduced into the vaginal douche tube 2, the flushing fluid can further lead the vaginal douche tube 2 to have micro-expansion, and further the tube wall of the vaginal douche tube 2 can be stably clamped into the gap 71 between the two spherical protrusions 72, so that the stabilizing effect is further improved.
Meanwhile, inclined struts 73 are arranged on the outer wall of one side, far away from a human body, of the chuck 7 at intervals, the inclined struts 73 and the spherical protrusions 72 are arranged in a staggered mode, as the inclined struts 73 are correspondingly arranged between the adjacent spherical protrusions 72, the tube wall of the vaginal irrigation tube 2 is in a micro-protrusion state between the two spherical protrusions 72, the inclined struts 73 can be abutted against each protrusion of the vaginal irrigation tube 2, the stabilizing effect is further improved, if the vaginal irrigation tube 2 is pushed inwards again by external force, the inclined struts 73 can be abutted against the wall of the vaginal irrigation tube 2 further, the inward movement of the vaginal irrigation tube 2 is prevented, meanwhile, the tight fit between the chuck 7 and the vaginal irrigation tube 2 is realized, and the risk that the vaginal irrigation tube 2 moves inwards in the vaginal irrigation process is greatly avoided due to the design, and the risk that a pipeline damages a focus. In other embodiments than this, graduation marks may be provided on the catheter and cooperate with the chuck to define the maximum depth of insertion.
Example 3
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the outlet pipe 14 is disposed on the central axis of the main body pipe, and the irrigation pipe 13 for the inlet liquid is disposed on the outer side of the main body pipe, so that the irrigation liquid entering the bladder or vagina can be ejected from the side by adopting this design manner, and the outlet pipe 14 disposed on the central axis of the main body pipe can have a pipe diameter larger than that of the irrigation pipe 13, thereby improving the discharge efficiency. The three-way valves 6 are arranged on the water injection pipe 12 and the flushing pipe 13 in the same manner as in the embodiment 1.
Example 4
The embodiment discloses a catheter, which is a shape memory polymer catheter, wherein two phases exist in a shape memory polymer material, the shape memory polymer material comprises a reversible phase capable of changing from a glassy state to a rubbery state along with temperature and a stationary phase for maintaining an initial shape, and the shape memory polymer can recover from a temporary shape to the initial shape when being stimulated by external temperature. The catheter is refrigerated at low temperature and is hard and slightly tough at normal temperature after being taken out, so that the catheter is conveniently inserted into the bladder, and is gradually softened to be soft rubber at 35-45 ℃ to be attached to the urethra, and the catheter in the technology is provided with a catheter flushing channel 112, so that the physiological saline introduced during flushing is 37-40 ℃, and the catheter can be further ensured to be softened to be rubber. In other embodiments than this, the vaginal irrigation tube may also be provided as a shape memory polymer vaginal irrigation tube.
The technology also discloses a combined tube package which comprises a sealed packaging bag and a catheter, wherein the combined tube package is stored in a low-temperature drying and refrigerating mode, and the temperature can be set at 2-8 ℃. In other embodiments than the present embodiment, the package bag may be filled with an inert gas.
The embodiment also discloses another technical scheme, wherein the catheter in the sealed packaging bag is the integrated vaginal irrigation and catheterization device for improving the nursing efficiency before post-treatment packaging in embodiment 1. In other embodiments than this, the urinary catheter and/or vaginal irrigation tube includes a front section, which is the portion for penetration into the human body, and a rear section, which is a shape memory polymer tube.
