Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of disposable sanitary products, in particular to a high-diffusion baby diaper and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The paper diaper generally has a structure comprising a liquid-permeable surface layer, an absorption core layer and a liquid-impermeable bottom layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the absorption core layer is generally formed by mixing high-molecular water-absorbent resin particles with wood pulp fibers and wrapping the high-molecular water-absorbent resin particles with non-woven fabrics to form a block structure for absorbing and retaining human body excretory fluid, the liquid-permeable surface layer is composed of hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and hydrophobic non-woven fabrics respectively fixedly arranged on two lateral sides of the hydrophilic non-woven fabrics and used for providing comfortable and dry feeling when contacting with a human body and allowing the liquid to freely pass through and enter the absorption core layer of the lower layer, and the liquid-impermeable bottom layer is formed by compounding an air-permeable waterproof film and the hydrophobic non-woven fabrics and used for retaining the absorbed liquid in the absorption core layer, so that the absorbed liquid is prevented from polluting trousers of a wearer.
When the disposable urine absorbent core is used, the single-layer absorbent core layer depends on natural diffusion of high-molecular water-absorbent resin particles, urine is easy to gather at contact points to form local saturation, so that the absorption rate is reduced, the absorbent core body is lack of a three-dimensional flow guide structure, and a large amount of urine is easy to reversely permeate to the surface layer due to the pressure effect after being absorbed, so that skin problems such as red buttocks and the like are caused.
