In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1-10, an automatic cutting and attaching device for a cable packaging adhesive tape comprises a workbench 1, a packaging part 3 arranged on the side wall of the workbench 2 and fixedly connected with a fixing frame 2 through a driving part, a pretreatment mechanism 4 rotating on the other side of the fixing frame 2, wherein the pretreatment mechanism 4 comprises an annular gear ring 41 rotating on the other side of the fixing frame 2, three groups of telescopic cylinders 42 are fixedly connected inside the annular gear ring 41, the tops of the three groups of telescopic cylinders 42 are fixedly connected with a concave seat 43, the inner wall of the concave seat 43 is rotatably connected with a cleaning roller 44 through a rotating shaft, a triangular area is formed between the cleaning roller 44, the workpiece is positioned in the triangular area for surface pretreatment, a cutting mechanism 5 is fixed on one side of the annular gear ring 41 and used for cutting the packaged adhesive tape, the telescopic cylinders 42 are respectively composed of a limiting cylinder 421, a telescopic rod 422 and a supporting spring 423, the inside of the limiting cylinder 421 is slidingly connected with the telescopic rod 422, the supporting spring 423 is fixedly connected between the limiting cylinder 421 and the telescopic rod 422, the front surface of the workbench 1 is fixedly connected with the auxiliary roller 11, and the auxiliary roller 11 is symmetrically arranged along the center line of the fixing frame 2.

It should be noted that, the fixing frame 2 is connected with the workbench 1 through a driving part, the driving part is an air cylinder, when workpieces with different sizes are placed above the auxiliary roller 11, the workpieces and the fixing frame 2 are not on concentric straight lines, so that the fixing frame 2 can be adjusted to move up and down through the air cylinder, and the workpieces are located at the axis position of the fixing frame 2, so that the work of the post-packaging part 3 and the pretreatment mechanism 4 is ensured.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the packaging part 3 includes a winding wheel 31 disposed on a side wall of the fixing frame 2, a mounting rod 311 is fixedly connected to a front surface of the winding wheel 31, a plurality of limiting wheels 32 and slave synchronizing wheels 33 are respectively attached to the periphery of the winding wheel 31, the limiting wheels 32 and the slave synchronizing wheels 33 are rotationally connected with the side wall of the fixing frame 2, a main synchronizing wheel 34 is rotationally connected with the side wall of the fixing frame 2 through a driving part, the main synchronizing wheel 34 is rotationally connected with the plurality of slave synchronizing wheels 33 through a synchronous belt, a plurality of slave synchronizing wheels 33 penetrate through the fixing frame 2 from end parts and are fixedly connected with driving gears 331, and the plurality of driving gears 331 are in meshed connection with the side wall of the annular gear ring 41.
By adopting the scheme, the packaging adhesive tape can be wound on the surface of the workpiece by uniformly rotating circumferentially through the arrangement of the packaging part 3, so that the consistency of the packaging of the adhesive tape is improved.

The gas discharged through the dust suction fan 452 can be conveyed to the inside of the heating box 453 through the pipeline, the gas can be heated through the heating box 453, the heated gas can be discharged through the exhaust pipe 454, and the exhaust pipe 454 is positioned on the side face of a workpiece, so that the side face of the workpiece can be subjected to preheating treatment, and the exhaust pipe 454 is synchronously driven to rotate when the annular gear ring 41 rotates, so that the surface of the workpiece can be uniformly preheated, the surface of the workpiece is subjected to preheating treatment, so that the adhesive of the adhesive tape can be softened after being heated when the adhesive tape is wound and packaged on the surface of the workpiece in the later period, the flowability of the adhesive tape is enhanced, the adhesive tape can be more easily permeated into microscopic holes on the surface of the workpiece, mechanical anchoring is formed, and the adhesive force is improved.
Note that, when a filter screen is provided between the mounting plate 451 and the ring gear 41, the filter screen can separate gas and dust, so that dust is accumulated inside the ring gear 41, and the gas is transported to the inside of the heating tank 453 through a pipe.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 8, a scraper 431 and a baffle 432 are fixedly connected to the top of the concave seat 43, respectively, the baffle 432 is located at both sides of the scraper 431, and the scraper 431 is attached to the surface of the cleaning roller 44.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1-8, the cutting mechanism 5 includes a connecting plate 51 fixed on one side of the ring gear 41, a moving cylinder 52 is fixedly connected to the top of the connecting plate 51, an L support plate 53 is fixedly connected to the output end of the moving cylinder 52, a limiting cylinder 54 is fixedly connected to the top of the L support plate 53, a scissors 55 is hinged to the output end of the limiting cylinder 54, a guide rod 56 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the L support plate 53, an L support frame 57 is slidingly connected to the surface of the guide rod 56, an extrusion roller 58 is rotatably connected to the front surface of the L support frame 57 through a bearing, a second support spring 59 is sleeved on the surface of the guide rod 56, and the end of the second support spring 59 is attached to the surface of the L support frame 57.
By adopting the scheme, the workpiece surface is preheated through the preheating component 45, and the adhesive of the adhesive tape can be softened after being heated when the adhesive tape is wound and packaged on the workpiece surface in the later stage, so that the fluidity of the adhesive tape is enhanced, the adhesive tape can be more easily permeated into microscopic holes on the workpiece surface, mechanical anchoring is formed, and the adhesive force is improved.

meanwhile, in the process of outwards moving the L supporting plate 53, the L supporting frame 57 and the squeeze roller 58 on the surface of the guide rod 56 are driven to synchronously move, the squeeze roller 58 can downwards drop and support the detached adhesive tape end part, so that when the winding wheel 31 drives the connecting plate 51 to rotate again, the squeeze roller 58 can wind and adhere the dropped adhesive tape on the outer wall of a workpiece;
In addition, when the moving cylinder 52 is not driven, the end part of the squeeze roller 58 is aligned with the end part of the mounting rod 311, so that after the adhesive tape roll mounted above the mounting rod 311 winds and packages the surface of a workpiece, the adhesive tape can be timely pressed through the squeeze roller 58, the problem that air bubbles are not easily generated when the adhesive tape for packaging the workpiece is tightly attached is avoided, the telescopic height of the L-shaped support frame 57 can be adjusted through the arrangement of the second support spring 59, and the attaching degree can be adjusted according to different workpiece sizes through the telescopic height of the L-shaped support frame 57 by the squeeze roller 58.
