Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In addition, an element in the present disclosure may be referred to as being "fixed" or "disposed" on another element or being directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like are used herein for illustrative purposes only and are not meant to be the only embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, in an embodiment of the invention, a rubber decomposing device for preparing gloves by recycling nitrile rubber waste comprises a crushing box body 1, a crushing structure, a circulating assembly and a reverse blowing assembly.
A plurality of groups of extension rings 101 arranged along the length direction of the crushing box body 1 are arranged in the crushing box body;
The crushing structure sets up in the crushing box 1, the middle part of crushing structure is hollow structure, the crushing structure is including rotating the installation center pin 4 in the crushing box 1, the inside of center pin 4 is hollow structure, just be circumference equidistance on the center pin 4 and be provided with multiunit shearing sword 5, shearing sword 5 extend to extend the lower part of ring 101, wherein, install first motor 2 on the crushing box 1, the output shaft of first motor 2 passes through connecting band 3 and connects center pin 4.
In this embodiment, during the crushing operation, the first motor 2 is operated, and drives the central shaft 4 and the shearing blade 5 thereon to enter a high-speed rotation state through the transmission of the connecting belt 3, when the massive rubber is put into the crushing box 1, the massive rubber acts on the shearing blade 5 with high-speed rotation load, and the massive rubber is gradually cut and torn by means of the sharp cutting edge of the shearing blade 5 until the massive rubber is granulated, so that a good material foundation is laid for the follow-up operations such as fine grinding and chemical treatment of the rubber, and the smoothness and the connectivity of the whole rubber treatment process are remarkably improved.
By looking into the instantaneous situation of the interaction of the block rubber with the shear blade 5 (see fig. 5), it can be found that the block rubber presents three distinct motion situations:
Firstly, when the gravity center of the block rubber is just located in the upper region of the blade edge of the shearing knife 5, the shearing knife 5 is not only cut into the rubber at the moment of applying the crushing acting force, but also endows the shearing knife with upward motion kinetic energy in an inclined manner, the inclination angle is designed subtly, so that the block rubber flies to the inner wall of the extension ring 101 or the crushing box body 1 in a forward direction after being separated from the primary section of the shearing knife 5, the reaction force generated by the collision is forcefully collided, the gravity of the block rubber is matched, the block rubber is promoted to fall into the crushing operation section again, the second or even multiple close contact and interaction with the shearing knife 5 with high-speed rotation load can be carried out, the frequency of the block rubber undergoing the crushing process is greatly increased from the source, and a precondition is created for full crushing.
Secondly, when the gravity center of the block rubber is positioned at the lower part of the cutting edge of the shearing knife 5, the shearing knife 5 endows the block rubber with a downward inclined instantaneous movement trend in the crushing process, and the guide design ensures that the block rubber precisely impacts the surface of the extending ring 101 which is carefully configured at the lower part of the shearing knife 5, and the block rubber is forcefully lifted to tilt upwards to jump up according to the physical mechanics principle when the block rubber impacts, so as to jump into the core operation area of the crushing box body 1 again and then to meet the crushing action range of the shearing knife 5 again, thereby smartly prolonging the time of the block rubber participating in crushing, and further excavating and improving the interaction potential and efficiency of the shearing knife 5 and the block rubber.
Thirdly, if the center of gravity of the block rubber and the cutting edge of the shearing knife 5 are precisely located on the same plane, at the moment, the shearing knife 5 can uniformly divide the block rubber into two parts along the plane by virtue of the sharp and symmetrical cutting edge layout, the precise two-part crushing mode effectively avoids the subsequent processing difficulty caused by different sizes and different forms of rubber particles, ensures that the output rubber particles are highly consistent in size and specification, greatly optimizes the uniformity index of rubber crushing, has a key value certainly for the production process of pursuing high-quality rubber products, and simultaneously, the two parts of the block rubber after being crushed can move upwards or downwards respectively along the inclined direction when being divided into two parts, so that the block rubber at the moment can also interact with the shearing knife 5 for a plurality of times.
In summary, the structural layout and the action principle are combined, when the crushing device is used for processing the massive rubber, the shearing knife 5 can initiate crushing attack on the massive rubber in an omnibearing and multi-angle manner, the motion track and the residence time of the massive rubber in the crushing box body 1 are ingeniously regulated and controlled according to the specific position, the angle and the kinetic energy transfer characteristic of the instantaneous interaction of the massive rubber and the shearing knife 5, the massive rubber has to undergo repeated crushing and grinding, each time of collision and cutting is advanced towards finer and more uniform particle forms, and finally the finally output rubber particles are superior to the traditional crushing process on key quality indexes such as particle size distribution, form regularity and the like, and the rubber processing industry is forcefully pushed to develop towards high efficiency and refinement directions.
Furthermore, in actual use, the waste nitrile rubber needs to undergo a coarse crushing process to be agglomerated, and the granularity of the waste nitrile rubber can be smaller by matching with the subsequent crushing treatment, so that the waste nitrile rubber is convenient for subsequent storage and reuse.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, the circulation assembly is installed in the crushing box 1 and connected with the crushing structure, the circulation assembly can pump the crushed rubber particles with a particle size larger than a predetermined particle size back to the upper part of the crushing box 1, and a filtering hole 701 is formed in the circulation assembly;
The circulating assembly comprises a conical filter element 7 arranged in the crushing box body 1, and the filter holes 701 are provided with a plurality of groups and are uniformly distributed on the conical filter element 7 in a circumference manner;
The circulating assembly further comprises a pumping pipe 6 connected with the conical filter element 7 and extending to the outside of the crushing box body 1, and the upper end part of the pumping pipe 6 is in sealed rotary connection with the lower end part of the central shaft 4;
the pump air pipe 6 is provided with a backflow hole 601 at the upper part of the conical filter element 7.
After the crushing is completed, the rubber particles can fall onto the conical filter element 7, at this time, the rubber particles conforming to the predetermined particle diameter can pass through the conical filter element 7 via the filter holes 701, while the rubber particles larger than the predetermined particle diameter cannot pass through the filter holes 701, and in this process, the rubber particles can move toward the middle along the inner side of the conical filter element 7 under the action of gravity, enter the inside of the pump air pipe 6 via the return hole 601 and then are blown toward the top of the crushing box 1 via the central shaft 4.
Specifically, the end portion of the pump air pipe 6 is connected with a pump air device (not shown in the figure), the pump air device can convey compressed air into the pump air pipe 6, the compressed air can enter the central shaft 4 through the pump air pipe 6, when rubber particles with a particle size larger than a preset particle size enter the pump air pipe 6, the rubber particles can be pushed into the central shaft 4 by the compressed air, so that the rubber particles are conveyed to the upper portion of the crushing box body 1 again, the cyclic crushing is realized, and the crushing effect is ensured.
Further, when the compressed gas moves in the pump air pipe 6, the air flow rate inside the backflow hole 601 is far greater than the air flow rate outside the backflow hole 601, so that a certain negative pressure can be generated outside the backflow hole 601, and rubber particles with a particle size greater than a preset particle size at the backflow hole 601 can be pumped into the pump air pipe 6 under the action of the negative pressure, so that the phenomenon that the rubber particles are accumulated at the backflow hole 601 is avoided to a certain extent.
Based on the above arrangement, it is made possible that after the completion of the crushing, rubber particles larger than a predetermined particle diameter are pumped back to the top of the crushing box 1 again, and then fall again under the effect of gravity and upon interaction with the shear blade 5, the effect of re-crushing is produced.
The upper part of the crushing box body 1 is also provided with a guide piece 8, the upper side of the guide piece 8 is provided with a first conical piece 801, and the lower side is provided with a second conical piece 802;
The sides of the cross section of the second conical member 802 are curved in a concave manner toward the inside.
Under the effect of first cone 801, when the cubic rubber is emptyd in broken box 1, can be by even dispersion to broken box 1 in to avoid cubic rubber to pile up in a certain space and lead to shearing sword 5 can not fine effect on the cubic rubber.
Further, since the block rubber enters the crushing box 1 to have an effect of being uniformly dispersed, the block rubber has an effect of interacting with one end of the shearing blade 5 away from the central shaft 4, and when the block rubber and the shearing blade 5 act upwards and generate a trend of tilting movement, a smaller distance difference can be formed between the block rubber and the extension ring 101, the block rubber generating a trend of tilting movement can generate a larger impact with the extension ring 101, and then the block rubber can generate a multidirectional interaction with the shearing blade 5 through bouncing, so that the shearing effect is improved.
In the case where the first conical member 801 is not provided, the block rubber is in interaction with the end of the shear blade 5 near the center axis 4, and at this time, when the block rubber tends to tilt, it cannot be ensured that it can generate an interaction force with the extension ring 101 at first, but has a tendency to bounce upward, and secondly, even if the block rubber collides with the extension ring 101, the degree of such collision is small, and the block rubber cannot be favorably caused to perform a secondary interaction with the corresponding shear blade 5.
When the rubber particles with the particle size larger than the preset particle size are sprayed out from the upper part of the central shaft 4, the motion track can be changed under the action of the second conical piece 802, specifically, the rubber particles are switched from the vertical motion track to the slightly inclined upward motion track, at the moment, the kinetic energy of the rubber particles needs to overcome the self gravity of the kinetic energy due to the reduction of the motion speed of the compressed gas, so that the rubber particles can do parabolic motion and fall back into the crushing box body 1 again, compared with the situation that the second conical piece 802 is not arranged, the rubber particles can generate the vertical upward motion trend, in order to avoid the situation that the height of the crushing box body 1 needs to be increased when the rubber particles move outside the crushing box body 1, and meanwhile, the vertical upward rubber particles interact with one end, close to the central shaft 4, of the shearing knife 5 when falling back, so that the secondary action effect of the rubber particles and the shearing knife 5 is weakened.
Referring to fig. 7 to fig. 9, the length direction of the filtering holes 701 faces the side wall of the crushing box 1, and the material sprayed out from the filtering holes 701 can act on the lower portion of the extension ring 101;
The reverse blowing assembly is arranged in the crushing box body 1, can perform stepping action and acts on the filter holes 701 to eject rubber particles blocked on the filter holes 701, and comprises a stepping driving assembly, a pumping pressure assembly and a fixing ring 18.
The step driving assembly is arranged on the crushing box body 1 and is connected with the pump air pipe 6, the step driving assembly comprises a second motor 9 arranged on the crushing box body 1 and a rotary sleeve 10 rotatably arranged on the pump air pipe 6, and the rotary sleeve 10 is connected with an output shaft of the second motor 9 through a belt;
The step assembly further comprises a yoke plate 11 connected with the rotary sleeve 10, the yoke plate 11 is connected with the pump assembly, and the spray heads 1101 are equidistantly arranged on the yoke plate 11.
In this embodiment, the second motor 9 steps to drive the linkage plate 11 to rotate, so that the nozzle 1101 is sequentially connected with the filter holes 701, and the reverse blowing of the rubber particles is realized under the cooperation of the pumping assembly and the guide groove, so that the rubber particles blocked in the filter holes 701 can be blown away, and the filtering effect of the filter holes 701 is improved.
The length direction of the filter holes 701 faces the side wall of the crushing box body 1, so that the compressed gas sprayed out from the filter holes 701 can act on the inner wall of the crushing box body 1 and is blocked by the lower part of the extension ring 101 when moving along the inner wall of the crushing box body 1, thereby weakening the speed of the compressed gas when moving to the top of the crushing box body 1, preventing the upward bearing force on the rubber particles sprayed out from the central shaft 4, causing the rubber particles to be jacked up, and ensuring that the circulated rubber particles can do parabolic motion and fall back into the crushing box body 1.
Referring to fig. 4 and 8-10, the pumping assembly is connected to the driving assembly, and a plurality of groups of spray heads 1101 adapted to the filter holes 701 are arranged on the pumping assembly;
The pumping pressure assembly comprises a stagnation-holding sleeve 12 connected with the connecting plate 11, a sealing plug 13 is arranged in the stagnation-holding sleeve 12 in a sealing sliding manner, a telescopic plate 14 penetrating through the stagnation-holding sleeve 12 is connected to the sealing plug 13, and the telescopic plate 14 is rotatably connected with the protruding shaft 17;
a cylindrical spring 15 is sleeved on the expansion plate 14, one end of the cylindrical spring 15 is connected with the sealing plug 13, and the other end of the cylindrical spring is connected with the side wall of the stagnation-accommodating sleeve 12;
Two groups of check valves with opposite conduction directions are also arranged on the stagnation-accommodating sleeve 12, wherein one group of check valves is connected with the spray head 1101 through a conduit 16;
The fixed ring 18 is installed in the crushing box 1, the fixed ring 18 is provided with a plurality of groups of guide grooves which are connected end to end in sequence, the convex shaft 17 which is rotationally connected with the pumping pressure component can roll in the guide grooves, the guide grooves comprise inclined grooves 1801 and straight grooves 1802 which are arranged on the fixed ring 18, and extension lines of the straight grooves 1802 pass through the circle centers of the conical filter pieces 7.
In this embodiment, the pumping assembly is capable of following the circular motion of the yoke plate 11 when it is in a stepped circular motion, and the yoke plate 11 will stop moving when the nozzle 1101 is coaxial with the filter hole 701, during which process the male shaft 17 can move along the inclined groove 1801 to allow external air to enter the retaining sleeve 12 through one set of one-way valves, at the same time, the cylindrical spring 15 is compressed, and when the nozzle 1101 is coaxial with the filter hole 701, the male shaft 17 enters the flat groove 1802, at this time, the cylindrical spring 15 can release elastic potential energy to compress the air in the retaining sleeve 12, so that the compressed air enters the conduit 16 through the other set of one-way valves and is sprayed into the filter hole 701 by the nozzle 1101 to eject the rubber particles blocked in the filter hole 701.
It should be noted that, in the action of releasing elastic potential energy by the cylindrical spring 15, it can quickly compress the air in the retaining sleeve 12, so that the air can be blown to the filter hole 701 at a larger flow rate, and can act on the filter hole 701 with a larger acting force, so as to prevent the too large acting force between the rubber particles and the inner wall of the filter hole 701 from being ejected, improve the cleaning effect on the blocked rubber particles in the filter hole 701, and ensure the filtering effect of the filter hole 701.
Based on the above arrangement, after the nozzle 1101 moves to a predetermined position, the blowing action to the filter holes 701 can be automatically performed, so that the nozzle 1101 has better cooperativity between the movement and the blowing action, and the action delay and the action error between the nozzle 1101 and the blowing action are reduced.
In another embodiment, the pump assembly and the fixing ring 18 may be replaced by an air pump, so that when the nozzle 1101 is overlapped with the filter hole 701, the air pump generates high-pressure air flow toward the nozzle 1101 to eject the rubber particles blocked in the filter hole 701;
For the other embodiment, in order to ensure the blowing effect, the distance between the nozzle 1101 and the lower side wall of the conical filter 7 is smaller, if the air pump is always in the working state, when the nozzle 1101 is not overlapped with the filter hole 701, the nozzle 1101 is equivalent to the blocked state, the load of the air pump is larger, and each sealing element and the lubrication system are damaged, so when the air pump is used, the position sensor needs to be combined with the position sensor and the control system to perform cooperative control, and the position sensor includes but is not limited to a visual sensor, and the visual sensor cooperates with the control system to perform intelligent control, and secondly, the control system and the visual sensor only control the start and stop of the air pump when the nozzle 1101 moves to the preset position, which belongs to a more conventional control means, so that the embodiment does not need to be repeated.
As an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a decomposition method, a rubber decomposition device for producing gloves by using the reclaimed nitrile rubber waste, comprising the steps of:
Step one, controlling the action of a crushing structure, pouring the block rubber to be crushed onto a guide piece 8, wherein the guide piece 8 can guide the block rubber into the crushing box body 1;
step two, the block rubber is sheared after contacting the crushing structure, and simultaneously the block rubber moves in the crushing box body 1, and when the block rubber collides with the extension ring 101, the extension ring 101 can spring up the block rubber;
step three, the crushed rubber falls into a circulation assembly, the circulation assembly filters the rubber, and rubber particles with the particle size larger than a preset particle size after crushing move towards the upper part of the crushing box body 1 so as to be circularly crushed;
and step four, when the stepping driving assembly acts, the pumping assembly can do circular motion, and in the process, the pumping assembly is matched with the guide groove, so that high pressure can be sprayed into the filter holes 701, and rubber particles blocked on the filter holes 701 are ejected out.
