The turnover mechanism 1 is in butt joint with equipment for manufacturing C-shaped purlines, the C-shaped purlines can be directly transported to a first station of the turnover mechanism 1 after being manufactured, the grabbing component 21 grabs the C-shaped purlines on the first station to a stacking station, the turnover mechanism 1 overturns the C-shaped purlines to a second station after the C-shaped purlines are transported to the first station, and the grabbing component 21 grabs the overturned C-shaped purlines on the second station to the stacking station and stacks the C-shaped purlines on the last C-shaped purlines, so that stacking of the two C-shaped purlines is completed. The transmission mechanism 2 transports the two stacked C-shaped purlines to the welding equipment 3, and the welding equipment 3 drives the stacked C-shaped purlines to move and weld the stacked positions of the two C-shaped purlines so as to finish automatic holding welding of the two C-shaped purlines, thereby saving labor, having high efficiency and having even welding quality and high welding quality due to automatic welding.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1 to 2, a structure of a turnover mechanism 1 may be implemented, where the turnover mechanism 1 includes a support frame 11, a moving assembly 12 disposed on one side of the support frame 11, and a turnover fork assembly 13 rotatably disposed in the center of the support frame 11. The first station is located on the moving component 12, the second station is located on the other side of the supporting frame 11, the moving component 12 is in butt joint with equipment for manufacturing C-shaped purlines, and the manufactured C-shaped purlines can be directly moved onto the moving component 12. The upset shift fork subassembly 13 rotatable setting, upset shift fork subassembly 13 have at least the primitive state, press from both sides and get the state and place the state, and when being in the primitive state, upset shift fork subassembly 13 is located the below of moving assembly 12, and rotatory shift fork subassembly and the C type purlin that is located first station are contactless this moment, and snatch the C type purlin that the subassembly 21 can snatch and be located first station. When in a clamping state, the overturning shifting fork assembly 13 is positioned above the moving assembly 12 and forms an acute angle with the moving assembly 12, the C-shaped purline is clamped on the overturning shifting fork assembly 13, when the overturning shifting fork assembly 13 is switched from an original state to the clamping state, the overturning shifting fork assembly 13 is abutted with the C-shaped purline positioned on the first station along with the rotation of the overturning shifting fork assembly 13, and then the C-shaped purline on the first station is driven to move to form an acute angle with the first station and clamped on the overturning shifting fork assembly 13. When in a placing state, the C-shaped purline is clamped on the turnover shifting fork assembly 13 and is positioned on the second station, at the moment, the turnover work of the C-shaped purline is realized, and when the turnover shifting fork assembly 13 is switched from the clamping state to the placing state, the turnover shifting fork assembly 13 directly brings the C-shaped purline to rotate to the second station from an acute angle with the first station. When the C-shaped purline is clamped, the C-shaped purline is arranged to be clamped on the overturning shifting fork assembly 13, so that the position of the C-shaped purline can be limited, and the C-shaped purline is prevented from falling off the overturning shifting fork assembly 13 due to gravity in the process of driving the C-shaped purline to rotate by the follow-up overturning shifting fork assembly 13. When the overturning shifting fork assembly 13 is in a placing state, the C-shaped purline cannot shift due to the support of the second station, and at the moment, the overturning shifting fork assembly 13 can be restored to the original state, so that overturning of the C-shaped purline is completed.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1-2, the turnover fork assembly 13 includes a rotating shaft 131, a first fork 132 and a second fork 133, wherein the rotating shaft 131 is rotatably disposed in the center of the supporting frame 11, the plurality of first forks 132 are uniformly spaced and sleeved on the rotating shaft 131, and the plurality of second forks 133 are uniformly spaced and rotatably disposed on the rotating shaft 131, that is, the first forks 132 and the second forks 133 are rotatable relative to each other. The first fork 132 and the second fork 133 are respectively located at two sides of the rotating shaft 131, and the first fork 132 is located in the moving assembly 12. When the turnover shifting fork assembly 13 is in an original state, an angle between the first shifting fork 132 and the second shifting fork 133 is larger than 180 degrees, and the first shifting fork 132 is positioned below the moving assembly 12 so as to ensure that the first shifting fork 132 cannot abut against the C-shaped purline at the first position. When the turning shifting fork is switched from the original state to the clamping state, the first shifting fork 132 rotates along the first direction to be abutted against the C-shaped purline and drives the C-shaped purline to rotate to form an acute angle with the moving assembly 12, and at the moment, the second shifting fork 133 rotates along the reverse direction of the first direction to be abutted against the C-shaped purline, so that the C-shaped purline is clamped on the turning shifting fork assembly 13. When the turnover shifting fork assembly 13 is switched from the clamping state to the placing state, the first shifting fork 132 and the second shifting fork 133 jointly rotate along the first direction until the C-shaped purline abuts against one side of the support clamp, which is away from the moving assembly 12. The C-shaped purline is supported at the second station, at this time, the first shifting fork 132 rotates to the moving assembly 12 along the reverse direction of the first direction and rotates to the initial position towards the lower side of the moving assembly 12, and the second shifting fork 133 continues to rotate to the lower side of the second station along the first direction, so that the turnover shifting fork assembly 13 is switched from the placing state to the original state.
In order to facilitate installation, bearing seats are usually disposed at two ends of the center of the supporting frame 11, bearings are disposed in the bearing seats, and two ends of the rotating shaft 131 are respectively disposed in the bearings at corresponding sides, so as to realize relative rotation of the rotating shaft 131 with respect to the supporting seat. If the extension line of the first fork 132 passes through the center line of the rotating shaft 131, when the turnover fork assembly 13 is in the original state, the end of the first fork 132 located at one side of the rotating shaft 131 is higher than the moving assembly 12, so that the first fork can interfere with the C-shaped purline. Therefore, referring to fig. 1-2, in some embodiments of the present application, the first fork 132 and the second fork 133 have the same shape, and the second fork 133 is illustrated as an example, and one possible structure of the second fork 133 includes a shaft sleeve 1322 and a fork rod 1321 located at one side of the shaft sleeve 1322, where the fork rod 1321 is tangential to the outer periphery of the shaft sleeve 1322 and located below the shaft sleeve 1322, so that when the turnover fork assembly 13 is in an original state, the fork rod 1321 is located below the moving assembly 12 and does not interfere with the moving assembly 12.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1-2, the lengths of the first fork 132 and the second fork 133 are greater than the C-shaped purline and less than or equal to the width of the moving assembly 12. In order to ensure that the first shifting fork 132 can fully drive the C-shaped purlin to rotate, the problem that the first shifting fork 132 can not drive the C-shaped purlin to rotate is avoided appearing in the opening range that one end far away from the rotating shaft 131, which is caused by insufficient length of the first shifting fork 132, is located the C-shaped purlin.
It should be noted that, the length of the first fork 132 is approximately the same as the width of the moving assembly 12, even if the length of the first fork 132 is smaller than the width of the moving assembly 12, it is only required that the first fork 132 is not blocked by the supporting frame 11 during the rotation process.
In the process of driving the C-shaped purline to rotate, because the weight of the C-shaped purline is heavier, the friction force between the first shifting fork 132 and the second shifting fork 133 and the C-shaped purline is smaller than that of the C-shaped purline, so that the C-shaped purline can slide towards the direction of the rotating shaft 131 when rotating to a certain angle, and the C-shaped purline can impact the shaft sleeve 1322 of the first shifting fork 132 or the second shifting fork 133 along with the rotation, so that the shaft sleeve 1322 and the C-shaped purline are damaged. Therefore, in some embodiments of the present application, the sleeves 1322 of the first fork 132 and the second fork 133 are provided with anti-collision members, and the C-shaped purline collides with the anti-collision members when sliding along the first fork 132 or the second fork 133 when rotating to approximately 90 °, and the anti-collision members can absorb the collision to secure the C-shaped purline and the turnover fork assembly 13.

The actuator and the plurality of first driving rollers may be connected by a belt or a chain to perform power output, so long as the actuator can drive the first driving rollers to rotate, the present application is not particularly limited.
In order to prevent the C-shaped purline from colliding with the supporting frame 11 when rotating to the second station and ensure the safety of the C-shaped purline and the supporting frame 11, in some embodiments of the present application, the second station is provided with a crash pad, which may be made of rubber or sponge, so long as the crash force can be buffered.

Of course, the grabbing assembly 21 may also have other structures, for example, the lifting assembly 212 may use a lifting rope to lift the moving grabbing group, so long as the lifting assembly can lift the moving grabbing group 213, and the lifting assembly 212 can drive the moving grabbing group to move from above the first station and the stacking station.
In the embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 1-2, one possible structure of the transport assembly 22 is that the transport assembly comprises a transport frame 221, a plurality of transport rollers 222 and a power source 223, wherein the plurality of transport rollers 222 are arranged on the transport frame 221 at intervals, and the output end of the power source 223 is connected with the plurality of transport rollers 222, wherein the connection mode can be through a chain connection or a belt connection, as long as the transport rollers 222 can be driven to rotate, the application is not limited in particular. The face of the conveying roller 222 bearing the C-shaped purlines is a stacking station, when two C-shaped purlines are stacked on the stacking station, the power source 223 inputs power to the conveying rollers 222 to drive the conveying rollers 222 to rotate, and accordingly the stacked C-shaped purlines are driven to move towards the welding equipment 3.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the welding apparatus 3 includes a conveying component 31, at least two aligning components 32, and a welding gun 33, wherein the conveying component 31 is in butt joint with the conveying mechanism 2, two aligning components 32 are respectively disposed at two ends of the conveying component 31, and when the C-shaped purline moves on the conveying component 31, the aligning components 32 can limit the position of the C-shaped purline, so that the C-shaped purline moves along a straight line without distortion. The two sides of the alignment assembly 32 far away from the transmission mechanism 2 are respectively provided with a welding gun 33, gun heads of the welding guns 33 are aligned with gaps of the two stacked C-shaped purlins, the welding gun 33 can weld the gaps of the two C-shaped purlins in the moving process of the stacked C-shaped purlins, so that the welding of the two C-shaped purlins is completed, and in the process, the welding seam of the welding is uniform due to the fact that the conveying assembly 31 uniformly moves the C-shaped purlins, so that the welding quality can be ensured, and the appearance is attractive.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 3 to 4, the alignment assembly 32 includes an alignment plate 321 and a calibration roller set 322, wherein a calibration hole is formed in the center of the alignment plate 321, the stacked C-shaped purlins are inserted into the calibration hole, the lower hole wall of the calibration hole is lower than or flush with the supporting position of the conveying assembly 31, so as to avoid interference with movement of the stacked C-shaped purlins, and the calibration hole can perform coarse positioning restriction on the stacked C-shaped purlins, so as to avoid deformation or displacement of the stacked C-shaped purlins due to the high temperature of the welding gun 33 in the welding process. The two sides of the aligning hole are respectively provided with a aligning roller group 322, the two aligning roller groups 322 can move in opposite directions to be abutted with the stacked C-shaped purlines, so that the C-shaped purlines are subjected to fine positioning limitation, and the two aligning assemblies 32 are arranged to enable two ends of the stacked C-shaped purlines to be limited in the welding equipment 3 in the process of passing through the welding equipment 3, so that stability can be kept during welding, and good welding quality can be ensured.
With the stacked two C-purlins driven by the conveying assembly 31, if friction force is generated between the proofreading roller set 322 and the C-purlins, the movement of the C-purlins is hindered, so, referring to fig. 3 to 4, the proofreading roller set 322 in the embodiment of the application is in sliding contact with the stacked two C-purlins, so as to ensure the proofreading effect and avoid the influence of the friction force.
