Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a road and bridge maintenance apparatus includes a vehicle body 1, a cleaning assembly 2, and a paving assembly 3.

Referring to fig. 1, 3, 4,5 and 6, the cleaning assembly 2 includes a cleaning housing 201, a dust collection tank 202, a cylinder 203, a cleaning plate 204, a first motor 205, a cam 206, a first telescopic link 207, a swinging member, and not less than two nozzles 209.

Meanwhile, the length of the movable end of the air cylinder 203 is controlled through the control console 101, so that position control of the cleaning shell 201 is achieved, the cleaning plate 204 is abutted to the pit, the control console 101 controls the vehicle body 1 to operate, the cleaning plate 204 scrapes and sweeps the pit, impurities such as water, crushed slag and soil are collected through the fluidity of the water, and the impurities such as the crushed slag and the soil are collected in the dust collection groove 202. The cleaning assembly 2 is used for cleaning pits, improving the adhesive force of cold-mix asphalt and improving the repair quality of asphalt pavement of roads and bridges.

Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the cleaning assembly 2 further includes a first filter screen 217 and a water collecting chamber 216.
The first filter screen 217 is fixedly connected with one end of the cleaning plate 204 far away from the bottom wall of the cleaning shell 201, the first filter screen 217 is in a ladder shape, the plane of the first filter screen 217 is parallel to the plane of the cleaning plate 204, the water collecting cavity 216 is arranged in the cleaning shell 201, the first filter screen 217 is fixedly arranged on the water collecting cavity 216, the bottom of the dust collecting groove 202 is communicated with the water collecting cavity 216, and the second filter screen 218 is fixedly arranged at the communication part of the bottom of the dust collecting groove 202 and the water collecting cavity 216.
When the cleaning plate 204 scrapes and cleans the pit, the mixed liquid of the impurities such as water, slag, soil and the like is flushed on the first filter screen 217, the first filter screen 217 filters the mixed liquid of the impurities such as water, slag, soil and the like, and the filtered water flows into the water collecting chamber 216 to be collected.

When the cleaning assembly 2 operates, the console 101 controls the second motor 222 to work, the output end of the second motor 222 rotates forward to drive the fixing plate 223 to rotate forward, the fixing plate 223 rotates to drive the first sliding groove 224 to rotate synchronously, the sliding block 226 slides in the first sliding groove 224, the sliding block 226 slides to drive the sliding plate 225 to move in a direction away from the cleaning roller 227, the sliding plate 225 extends out, and the sliding plate 225 can be abutted with the first filter screen 217 and the cleaning plate 204. Meanwhile, the fixed plate 223 rotates and drives the sliding plate 225 and the cleaning roller 227 to rotate by taking the axis of the fixed plate 223 as the center, and the slag and soil collected on the cleaning plate 204 and the first filter screen 217 are pulled into the dust collection tank 202 under the action of the sliding plate 225 and the hairbrush 229, so that the slag and soil are collected.
Meanwhile, the console 101 controls the movable end of the first electric telescopic rod 221 to reciprocate, the movable end of the first electric telescopic rod 221 reciprocates to drive the fixed plate 223 to reciprocate, the fixed plate 223 reciprocates to drive the cleaning roller 227 to reciprocate, the cleaning area of the sliding plate 225 and the hairbrush 229 on the cleaning plate 204 and the first filter screen 217 is enlarged, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning dryness are improved.

Meanwhile, the fixed plate 223 rotates and drives the cleaning roller 227 to rotate by taking the axis of the fixed plate 223 as the center, and the broken slag and soil gathered between the cleaning plate 204 and the side wall of the pit are pulled out of the pit under the action of the hairbrush 229, so that the cleaning work of the pit is realized, and the broken slag and soil in the pit are prevented from influencing the adhesiveness of cold-mix asphalt.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 6 and 8, the cleaning assembly 2 further includes two ratchet wheels 230, a push plate 232 and two pawls 233.
The two ratchet wheels 230 are symmetrically and rotatably arranged on the outer side wall of the cleaning shell 201, the connecting rods 231 are fixedly arranged on the two ratchet wheels 230, the two ends of the push plate 232 are respectively and fixedly arranged on the two connecting rods 231, one side of the push plate 232 is abutted with the cleaning plate 204, and the push plate 232 is the same as the sliding plate 225 in material and has the same material characteristics. The two pawls 233 are symmetrically and rotatably mounted on the outer side wall of the cleaning housing 201, the two pawls 233 are respectively abutted against the two ratchets 230, a third return spring 234 is fixedly connected to the pawls 233, one end, away from the pawls 233, of the third return spring 234 is fixedly connected to the cleaning housing 201, and the third return spring 234 always applies a force to the pawls 233 in a direction approaching the ratchets 230.
When the cleaning assembly 2 is used for cleaning the pit, the cleaning shell 201 cannot completely enter the pit at the first time, so that impurities such as broken slag and soil at the end of the pit cannot be cleaned. The push plate 232 is in a vertical state with the bottom of the cleaning shell 201 in an initial state, when the road and bridge maintenance device runs in a pit, the horizontal position of the cleaning shell 201 is adjusted through the adjusting cylinder 203 so as to adjust the position of the push plate 232, the bottom end of the push plate 232 is abutted with the bottom of the pit, and then the road and bridge maintenance device runs forwards, the push plate 232 pushes the broken slag, soil and other impurities in the pit, so that cleaning work on the end of the pit is realized, and cleaning efficiency and cleanliness of the cleaning assembly 2 are improved.
After the bottom of the cleaning shell 201 can completely enter the pit, the horizontal position of the cleaning shell 201 is adjusted by the adjusting cylinder 203, so that the bottom of the cleaning shell 201 is abutted against the bottom wall of the pit, under the action of gravity, the push plate 232 rotates, and meanwhile under the cooperation of the ratchet wheel 230 and the pawl 233, the push plate 232 cannot rotate towards the direction close to the vehicle body 1, but rotates towards the direction far away from the vehicle body 1, and impurities such as broken slag and soil at the bottom of the cleaning shell 201 are pulled out, so that the follow-up cleaning plate 204 is convenient for cleaning the broken slag and soil and other impurities.
Referring to fig. 1,3, 5, 6 and 9, the cleaning assembly 2 further includes a second communicating pipe 235, the second communicating pipe 235 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the cleaning housing 201, one end of the second communicating pipe 235 is communicated with the rod-free cavity at the fixed end of the second telescopic rod 211, and the second communicating pipe 235 is uniformly provided with at least two ventilation openings 236.
In the process of reciprocating motion of the movable end of the second telescopic rod 211, when the second telescopic rod 211 is shortened, air in a rodless cavity at the fixed end of the second telescopic rod 211 is discharged through the ventilation opening 236, and when the second telescopic rod 211 is extended, the second telescopic rod 211 pumps in the air through the ventilation opening 236, so that the air flow speed at the ventilation opening 236 is accelerated, and the drying speed of the bottom wall of the pit is accelerated.

When the road and bridge maintenance device works, cold mix asphalt is poured into the storage box 302, then the control console 101 controls the screw conveyor 301 to work, the screw conveyor 301 conveys the cold mix asphalt in the storage box 302 to the discharge hole and falls on the bottom wall of the pit slot, meanwhile, the vehicle body 1 moves forwards to drive the scraping plate 304 to move forwards, the cold mix asphalt is paved through the scraping plate 304, the cold mix asphalt paving work is completed, and the steel wheel road pressing assembly 102 is convenient for compacting the cold mix asphalt.
The road and bridge maintenance device is implemented according to the principle that when a pit in an asphalt pavement is repaired, a corresponding road section is required to be sealed, then the pit is trimmed to form a regular shape, then the road and bridge maintenance device is used, a control console 101 is used for controlling a vehicle body 1 to move to the position of the pit, a cleaning assembly 2 is used for cleaning the pit, impurities such as broken slag and soil in the pit are cleaned, a paving assembly 3 is used for paving cold mix asphalt in the pit, a steel wheel pressing assembly 102 is used for compacting the cold mix asphalt, the road and bridge asphalt pavement repairing work is completed by using the road and bridge maintenance device, the integration degree and the intelligent degree of the road and bridge maintenance work are improved, the road and bridge asphalt pavement repairing work consumption time is reduced, and the repairing efficiency is improved.
