In another embodiment, a tubular structure, such as a circular tube, may be covered on the peripheral side of the conical block 54, and the wind guided by the wind guiding groove 53 enters the circular tube, so that the circular tube can restrict the wind, and prevent the wind from escaping too much or forming vortex.
When the die-cutting machine is used, die-cutting products move from the feeding side to the discharging side of the workbench 11, under the cooperation of the upper die 12 and the lower die 13, whenever the upper die 12 completes one stroke, waste or dust generated after the die-cutting of the products gradually drifts in the air around the upper die 12, in the process of die-cutting the products, the negative pressure fan 32 is started, under the action of large negative pressure, the waste and the dust enter the adsorption cavity 23 through the adsorption holes 211, after the dust enters the box 31, the dust and the waste in the air are filtered out by the filter element, and filtered gas enters the ventilation cavity 24 under the action of the negative pressure fan 32 and is sprayed out by the two air curtain heads 42 respectively.
In this embodiment, when the product material strip is continuously die-cut and fed, the two air curtain heads 42 clean the feeding side and the discharging side of the product respectively, so that not only can the damage to the surface of the product caused by the fact that a large amount of dust is attached to the feeding side during die-cutting be avoided, but also the product can clean the material strip after die-cutting, and part of waste is prevented from being attached to the material strip.

It should be noted that, with different wind guiding structures, the wind guiding effect is different, and even if the wind guiding member 5 cannot fully utilize the wind ejected from the wind curtain head 42, the adsorption effect of the bellows 21 is increased by reacting part of the wind to the product.

Example 2

After the gas filtered by the water mist passes through the filter plate 35, the gas enters the second chamber 312 from the lower part of the middle plate 33, under the arrangement of the water curtain mechanism 8, the cleaning liquid in the liquid containing tank 34 enters the transverse pipe 82 and the through groove 81 from the filter box 61, the filter screen 62, the circulating pump 73 and the second liquid outlet pipe 83, finally, a water curtain is formed under the middle plate 33, when the gas in the first chamber 311 enters the second chamber 312, after secondary filtration of the water curtain, tiny particles carried in the air are further separated, the filtering strength of the fine filter in the second chamber 312 is reduced, and the maintenance period of workers on the fine filter is prolonged.

In use, if the air pressure sensor detects that the air pressure in the second chamber 312 gradually decreases, which means that the filter plate 35 is blocked, when the air pressure value is smaller than the threshold value, the air pressure sensor sends an electrical signal to the telescopic rod 93, the telescopic rod 93 drives the switching plate 92 to rotate, the cleaning tank 91 is communicated with the through tank 81, and the cleaning liquid in the through tank 81 is sprayed out from the cleaning tank 91 and acts on the filter plate 35 to flush the waste on the filter plate 35.
