Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by a person skilled in the art without any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application based on the embodiments of the present application.
Before describing a heat sink 2, a rotor assembly 1 and a motor according to an embodiment of the present application, a description will be given of related art of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a rotor winding 11 and a rotor core 12 in the related art. In fig. 1, a portion of the rotor core 12 and a portion of the rotor winding 11 are selected for illustration for clarity of illustration of the mating structure. In the related art, a rotor winding 11 is wound around a rotor core 12. The rotor core 12 is provided with a plurality of winding grooves 121 formed at intervals in the circumferential direction. The winding groove 121 extends in the axial direction of the main shaft 13 of the motor. The rotor winding 11 includes a winding straight edge 111 provided in a winding groove 121 and a winding end 112 at one end of the rotor core 12. The winding end 112 includes two winding bevels 113. The two winding oblique sides 113 are an upper layer oblique side 114 obliquely arranged in the first direction and a lower layer oblique side 115 obliquely arranged in the second direction, respectively. One end of one winding straight edge 111 is connected to one end of the other winding straight edge 111 sequentially through an upper layer inclined edge 114 and a lower layer inclined edge 115, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a partial structure of a rotor winding 11 in the related art. The rotor winding 11 is wound in sequence along the circumferential direction of the rotor core 12 such that the upper-layer hypotenuses 114 of the plurality of winding hypotenuses are disposed adjacently and the lower-layer hypotenuses 115 of the plurality of winding hypotenuses are disposed adjacently, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the cooperation of the plurality of winding hypotenuses in the related art. The gap between adjacent two winding bevels 113 is a bevel gap 116.
In order to solve the problems of corona discharge, structural support, ventilation and heat dissipation of the rotor winding 11, the related art adopts a method of increasing the gap between two adjacent winding oblique sides 113, so that the rotor winding 11 increases the air flow flux between two adjacent winding oblique sides 113 on the basis of satisfying the electrical safety distance, thereby facilitating the improvement of the heat dissipation efficiency of the rotor winding 11. While increasing the gap between adjacent two of the winding-side edges 113 increases the length of the winding end 112, i.e., increases the length of the winding-side edge 113. As such, the reliability of the motor is poor. This is mainly manifested in the following aspects.
1. The increased length of the winding end 112 results in increased leakage reactance at the end of the rotor winding 11, which can adversely affect the motor's performance (e.g., starting characteristics, short circuit current times, overload capability, stability, etc.);
2. Since the winding end 112 is positioned at one end of the rotor core 12, the winding end 112 lacks support, so that the winding inclined edge 113 is easily deviated from a preset position due to centrifugal force and mechanical strength of the motor is reduced;
3. The increased length of the winding end 112 results in an increased heat generation of the rotor winding 11, which increases the heat dissipation requirement of the motor.
Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a heat sink 2, a rotor assembly 1 and a motor, which can improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the winding bevel edges 113, and can reduce the interval between the winding bevel edges 113, so as to reduce the length of the winding end 112, thereby improving the reliability of the motor.
A heat sink 2 and a motor according to an embodiment of the present application are described in detail below with reference to fig. 4 to 12.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a heat sink 2 provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 5 is a schematic view of a support ring 21 and a heat conductive strip 22 provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. In a first aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a heat sink 2. The heat sink 2 comprises a support ring 21 and a heat conducting strip 22. The heat conducting strip 22 comprises a heat dissipating section 221 and a heat absorbing section 222 connected. The heat dissipation section 221 is connected to an end surface of the support ring 21, and the heat absorption section 222 is located on an outer peripheral side of the support ring 21. The heat conductive strips 22 are plural. The plurality of heat conductive strips 22 are disposed in sequence along the circumferential direction of the support ring 21. Wherein the heat absorbing segment 222 is parallel to the upper hypotenuse 114 of the rotor winding 11, or the heat absorbing segment 222 is parallel to the lower hypotenuse 115 of the rotor winding 11, or the heat absorbing segment 222 of a portion of the heat conducting strip 22 is parallel to the upper hypotenuse 114, and the heat absorbing segment 222 of the remaining portion of the heat conducting strip 22 is parallel to the lower hypotenuse 115. That is, the heat absorbing section 222 extends in a first direction, or the heat absorbing section 222 extends in a second direction, or a portion of the heat absorbing section 222 of the heat conductive strip 22 extends in the first direction, and the remaining portion of the heat absorbing section 222 of the heat conductive strip 22 extends in the second direction, as shown in fig. 5.
It will be appreciated that, for the sake of clarity in illustrating the structure of the heat sink 2, fig. 4 illustrates a portion of the support ring 21 and a plurality of heat conductive strips 22, and fig. 5 illustrates a portion of the support ring 21 and a heat conductive strip 22.
It will be appreciated that the support ring 21 is sleeved on the spindle 13 of the motor. The support ring 21 may be directly connected to the main shaft 13 or may be connected to the main shaft 13 by other means. The support ring 21 serves as a support for the heat sink 2, which stably fixes the heat conductive strips 22 to the main shaft 13.
It will be appreciated that the heat dissipation segment 221 may be adhered to the support ring 21, may be fixed to the support ring 21 by a screw or the like, or may be clamped to the support ring 21.
Specifically, the heat dissipation segment 221 is located on an end surface of the support ring 21 facing away from the rotor core 12. In this manner, the thermally conductive strip 22 may be mounted in the axial direction of the motor to facilitate control of the radial dimension of the motor.
It will be appreciated that the winding bevel 113 of the rotor winding 11 is thermally coupled to the heat absorbing section 222 to absorb heat of the winding bevel 113 through the heat absorbing section 222, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of the heat sink 2 mated with several winding bevel groups provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The heat absorbing section 222 is located between the winding bevel edges 113, and absorbs heat to be the hot end of the heat conducting strip 22. After the heat absorption section 222 absorbs heat, the heat may be transferred to the heat dissipation section 221. The heat dissipation section 221 is located at one end of the winding bevel 113, and dissipates heat outwards, and is a cold end. The heat of the heat dissipation section 221 is taken away by the ventilation system of the motor through air convection to dissipate heat and cool the rotor winding 11.
Wherein thermal coupling refers to the manner in which heat transfer between two different components is achieved by contact. The heat absorbing section 222 may be connected to the winding bevel 113 by applying a heat conducting adhesive, or may be connected to the winding bevel 113 by pouring a glue.
It will be appreciated that the heat sink segment 222 is thermally coupled to the upper hypotenuse 114 when the heat sink segment 222 is parallel to the direction of extension of the upper hypotenuse 114 of the rotor winding 11. The heat absorbing section 222 is thermally coupled to the lower hypotenuse 115 when the heat absorbing section 222 is parallel to the extending direction of the lower hypotenuse 115 of the rotor winding 11.
It is understood that the thermally conductive strip 22 is a non-magnetic thermally conductive material. For example, copper materials, aluminum materials, silver materials, carbon fibers, graphene, ceramic materials, and the like. The heat of the winding bevel edge 113 is absorbed by these heat conductive materials, and the rotor winding 11 is cooled. Meanwhile, a runner filled with heat exchange medium can be further arranged inside the heat conducting strip 22, so that heat of the winding bevel edge 113 can be quickly absorbed through the heat exchange medium, and heat dissipation efficiency is improved. Correspondingly, the heat exchange medium may be a phase change material. In this way, a large amount of heat can be absorbed by the phase transition process of the phase change material.
In this embodiment, the heat dissipation section 221 dissipates heat from the winding bevel edge 113 of the rotor winding 11, so that the heat dissipation mode of the winding bevel edge 113 can be more direct and rapid on the basis of solving the problems of corona discharge and heat dissipation of the winding end 112, and the like, thereby reducing the gap between two adjacent winding bevel edges 113 and further achieving the purpose of reducing the length of the winding end 112. In this way, the leakage reactance of the end part and the heating value of the winding end part 112 can be reduced, so that the operation performance of the motor can be improved, the weight of the winding end part 112 can be reduced, the moment of the winding end part 112 can be reduced when the motor works, the mechanical strength of the motor can be improved, and meanwhile, the winding end part 112 can be supported by the heat conducting strip 22, so that the position stability of the winding end part 112 can be improved, and the synchronism between the rotor winding 11 and the main shaft 13 can be ensured. Finally, the reliability of the motor can be improved.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the heat conductive strip 22 provided in the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, fig. 8 is a side view of the heat conductive strip 22 provided in the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 9 is a schematic sectional structural view of A-A in fig. 8. In some embodiments, the thermally conductive strip 22 has a heat dissipation runner 223. The heat dissipation flow channels 223 are connected end to end. A portion of the heat dissipation flow path 223 is provided in the heat dissipation section 221. Another portion is disposed at the heat absorbing stage 222. Wherein the heat dissipation flow channel 223 is used for filling heat exchange medium.
Wherein, the heat exchange medium is selected from substances with good heat transfer performance, corrosion resistance and coking resistance. For example, the heat exchange medium can be single-phase fluid medium such as deionized water, low-temperature heat conducting oil and the like, and also can be phase-change working medium with stable thermal performance.
It will be appreciated that the heat sink 222 is located between the beveled edges 113 of the winding, which is at a higher temperature. The heat dissipation section 221 is located at one end of the winding bevel 113, which is not in contact with the rotor winding 11, and which is at a low temperature. Thus, there is a temperature difference between the cold and hot ends. In this manner, a structural temperature differential is created across the thermally conductive strip 22. Driven by the structural temperature difference, the joule heat of the winding bevel edge 113 is sequentially transferred to the hot end and the cold end, and finally is carried away by the motor ventilation system through the convection of cold air on the surface of the heat dissipation section 221, so that the temperature of the winding bevel edge 113 is reduced.
When a rotor of a certain large-capacity variable-speed generator is rotated, the minimum value of the circumferential follow-up linear velocity of the heat conducting strip 22 is 80m/s, and the distance between the heat conducting strip 22 and the center of the rotary spindle is not less than 2m, as described below.
The minimum value of the acceleration of the inertial force (i.e., the centrifugal force of the rotating field) received by the heat exchange medium in the heat dissipation flow path 223 is:
In the inertial force field, the natural convection heat transfer intensity of the heat exchange medium is measured by the Grignard Gr, and the value is in direct proportion to the inertial acceleration:
(formula II);
Where β is the volumetric expansion coefficient of the fluid (in K -1), which represents the degree of change in fluid volume with temperature, reflecting the effect of temperature change on fluid density, and thus the intensity of natural convection.
Then, substituting the inertial acceleration a of the rotor rotation of the high-capacity variable speed generator motor obtained by the first formula into the second formula shows that the natural convection intensity of the heat exchange medium in the heat conducting strip 22 is at least 10 2 times of the natural convection intensity in the standard gravity field. Since the cold and hot ends of the heat conductive strip 22 have a radial position difference (the heat dissipation section 221 is located at the end face of the support ring 21, the heat absorption section 222 is located at the outer peripheral side of the support ring 21) and a temperature difference (the heat absorption section 222 is located between the winding oblique sides 113 and absorbs heat, the heat dissipation section 221 is located outside the winding oblique sides 113 and dissipates heat), and the heat dissipation flow channels 223 are connected end to end. Therefore, the heat exchange medium can rely on thermal buoyancy to establish spontaneous steady flow circulation, so that the heat transfer capability of the heat conducting strip 22 can be greatly improved.
Specifically, simulation analysis using fluid analysis software (e.g., ANSYS CFD, or ANSYS fluent) may result in the selection of deionized water as the heat transfer medium, the heat conductivity of the heat conductive strip 22 being approximately 4000W/m/K, which is 20 times that of the aluminum material as the heat conductive strip 22, and the selection of the heat transfer medium as the phase change working medium, which may increase to 6000W/m/K, which is 30 times that of the aluminum material as the heat conductive strip 22.
In addition, in the related art, in order to satisfy the cooling of the winding end 112, the hypotenuse gap 116 needs to be designed to be 5mm or more for the air passage width through which a sufficient amount of air flows. In this embodiment, the thickness of the boundary layer of the heat exchange medium is significantly smaller than that of air, and the width of the heat dissipation flow channel 223 is 1-2 mm, so that the heat dissipation requirement of the winding bevel edge 113 can be met. The wall thickness of the heat dissipation flow channel 223 is 0.5 mm-1 mm. Therefore, the required installation gap of the heat conducting strip 22 is 2-4 mm, as shown in fig. 10, fig. 10 is a diagram comparing the gap between the winding oblique sides 113 in the related art with the gap between the winding oblique sides 113 of the heat sink 2 provided in the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. In fig. 10, (a) shows a layout of the winding bevel edge 113 in the relevant pole, and (b) shows a layout of the winding bevel edge 113 of the heat sink 2 according to the embodiment of the application. On the basis of the consistency of the span L3 of the winding end 112, the bevel-edge gap 116 in the related art has a larger gap due to ventilation and heat dissipation requirements. Correspondingly, the length L1 of the winding oblique side 113 in the related art is large. In this embodiment, the hypotenuse gap 116 is small due to the placement of the heat sink 2. Correspondingly, the length L2 of the winding bevel edge 113 of the heat dissipation element 2 provided by the embodiment of the application is smaller.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, by providing the heat dissipation flow channel 223 capable of being filled with the heat exchange medium in the heat conduction strip 22, the heat conductivity of the heat conduction strip 22 can be improved, so as to improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat conduction strip 22. In this manner, the hypotenuse gap 116 may be reduced, thereby achieving the goal of reducing the length of the wire wrap end 112.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the heat dissipation runner 223 includes two first sub-runners 224 and two second sub-runners 225. Two ends of the two first sub-flow passages 224 are respectively disposed at the heat dissipation section 221 and the heat absorption section 222. Two second sub-channels 225 are located between the two first sub-channels 224. Two ends of the two second sub-flow passages 225 are respectively disposed at the heat dissipation section 221 and the heat absorption section 222. Wherein the two first sub-channels 224 are located at the ends of the heat dissipation section 221 and are communicated with each other. The two second sub-channels 225 are located at the ends of the heat dissipation section 221 to communicate with each other. The ends of the two first sub-channels 224 at the heat absorbing section 222 are respectively communicated with the ends of the two second sub-channels 225 at the heat absorbing section 222. Thus, the heat exchange medium can flow in multiple layers inside the heat conducting strip 22, so as to facilitate improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat conducting strip 22.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the heat conducting strip 22 is provided with a threaded hole 23. The screw hole 23 communicates with the heat dissipation flow path 223. The heat sink 2 further comprises a screw head 24, and the screw head 24 is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 23.
Specifically, the screw hole 23 is provided in the heat dissipation section 221. Illustratively, the threaded bore 23 is provided on an end face of the heat dissipating section 221 facing the spindle 13.
In this embodiment, by providing the threaded hole 23 and the threaded end socket 24, not only the heat exchange medium can be filled into the heat dissipation flow channel 223 through the threaded hole 23, but also the heat exchange medium can be effectively prevented from leaking, and the subsequent maintenance is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the heat sink 2 further includes a compression ring 25 and a first screw 26. The axis of the compression ring 25 is parallel to the axis of the support ring 21. The compression ring 25 is located on the side of the heat dissipation section 221 facing away from the support ring 21. The rod end of the first screw 26 passes through the clamp ring 25 and is screwed to the support ring 21. In this way, the heat dissipation section 221 can be fixed on the end surface of the support ring 21 by the compression ring 25, so as to facilitate improving the reliability of the connection between the support ring 21 and the heat conducting strip 22.
It will be appreciated that when the heat sink 2 comprises the second thermally conductive strip 22, the second section is located between the clamp ring 25 and the support ring 21. The second section is fixed to the end face of the support ring 21 by means of a compression ring 25.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, a plurality of clamping grooves 211 are provided on the support ring 21. One side of the heat dissipation section 221 is inserted into the clamping groove 211, and the other side is abutted against the compression ring 25.

Therefore, the heat conducting strip 22 is in stop fit with the compression ring 25, so that the movement of the heat conducting strip 22 in the radial direction of the support ring 21 can be limited, and the position stability of the heat conducting strip 22 can be improved.
The inner ring surface of the compression ring 25 abuts against a side groove wall of the first step groove 226 to prevent the heat conducting strip 22 from moving outwards along the radial direction of the support ring 21, and the heat absorbing section 222 is located at the outer periphery of the support ring 21 to be in blocking fit with the support ring 21, so that the heat conducting strip 22 can be prevented from moving inwards along the radial direction of the support ring 21.
Referring to fig. 11, in some embodiments, the surface of the support ring 21 facing the heat dissipation section 221 is provided with a boss 212. A portion of the surface of the heat dissipation section 221 facing the support ring 21 is connected to the boss 212, and the remaining portion is spaced apart from the support ring 21. In this way, a ventilation passage may be formed between the heat dissipation section 221 and the support ring 21 to facilitate ventilation, so that the heat dissipation area of the heat dissipation section 221 may be increased. Thus, the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat conductive strips 22 can be improved.
Referring to fig. 5 or 11, in some embodiments, a weight-reducing groove 213 is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the support ring 21. The weight-reducing grooves 213 extend in the circumferential direction of the support ring 21. In this way, the material used for the support ring 21 can be reduced by two, so that the weight of the support ring 21 can be reduced, and the weight of the motor can be controlled.

The upper layer heat conducting parts are sequentially and alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the supporting ring 21, the upper layer inclined edges 114 and the upper layer heat conducting parts are alternately distributed along the circumferential direction of the supporting ring 21, each upper layer inclined edge 114 is thermally coupled with the corresponding upper layer heat conducting part, the lower layer heat conducting parts are sequentially and alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the supporting ring 21, the lower layer inclined edges 115 and the lower layer heat conducting parts are alternately distributed along the circumferential direction of the supporting ring 21, each lower layer inclined edge 115 is thermally coupled with the corresponding lower layer heat conducting part, and the upper layer heat dissipation sections 221a and the lower layer heat dissipation sections 221b are sequentially and alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the supporting ring 21, as shown in fig. 6.
In this embodiment, through the above arrangement, the upper layer oblique side 114 and the lower layer oblique side 115 can isolate the air medium through the upper layer heat absorbing portion 222a and the lower layer heat absorbing portion 222b, respectively, so as to facilitate improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the rotor winding 11.
