Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the exemplary embodiments can be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the exemplary embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
Because of the strong timeliness and space properties of energy sources required by people, in order to reasonably utilize the energy sources and improve the utilization rate, one energy form needs to be used in the same energy form through a medium or equipment, or converted into another energy form to be stored, and then released in a specific energy form based on future application.
At present, the green energy mainly comprises light energy, wind energy and the like, and the problems of strong intermittence and large fluctuation of the light energy, the wind energy and the like generally exist, so that the voltage of a green power grid is unstable (insufficient electricity is used in a peak period and too much electricity is used in a valley period), and the unstable voltage can cause damage to the electric power, so that the problem of 'wind discarding and light discarding' possibly occurs due to insufficient electricity demand or insufficient power grid receiving capability.
To solve the problem of insufficient power demand or insufficient power grid acceptance, an energy storage device must be relied on. The energy storage device converts the electric energy into other forms of energy through physical or chemical means to store the energy, the energy stored by the energy storage device is converted into the electric energy to be released when needed, in short, the energy storage device is similar to a large-scale 'charge pal', when the light energy and the wind energy are sufficient, the electric energy is stored, and the stored electric energy is released when needed.
The existing energy storage (i.e. energy storage) application scene is wider, including aspects such as power generation side energy storage, electric network side energy storage, renewable energy grid-connected energy storage, user side energy storage and the like, the types of corresponding energy storage devices include:
(1) The large energy storage container applied to the power grid side can be used as a high-quality active and reactive power regulation power supply in the power grid, so that the load matching of electric energy in time and space is realized, the renewable energy consumption capability is enhanced, and the large energy storage container has great significance in the aspects of standby of a power grid system, relieving peak load power supply pressure and peak regulation and frequency modulation;
(2) The main operation modes of the small and medium-sized energy storage electric cabinet applied to the industrial and commercial energy storage scenes (banks, shops and the like) at the user side and the household small-sized energy storage box applied to the household energy storage scene at the user side are peak clipping and valley filling. Because of the large price difference of the electricity charge at the peak-valley position according to the electricity consumption demand, after the user has the energy storage equipment, the energy storage device (energy storage cabinet/box) is charged in the low-price period for reducing the cost, and the electricity in the energy storage device is released for use in the high-price period, so that the purpose of saving the electricity charge is achieved. In addition, in remote areas and areas with high occurrence of natural disasters such as earthquake, hurricane and the like, the household energy storage device is equivalent to the fact that a user provides a standby power supply for the user and the power grid, and inconvenience caused by frequent power failure due to disasters or other reasons is avoided.
Embodiments of the present application provide an energy storage system including an energy storage device to enable storage of electrical energy, or supply of electrical energy, by the energy storage device.
Taking a household energy storage scenario on the user side as an example, fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an energy storage system according to an embodiment of the present application, where the energy storage system includes an energy storage device 100 and an electric energy conversion device 200 (such as a photovoltaic panel), and a user load 300 (such as a street lamp, a household appliance, etc.), the electric energy conversion device 200 is electrically connected to the energy storage device 100, the energy storage device 100 is electrically connected to the user load 300, and the energy storage device 100 is a small-sized energy storage box and can be installed on an outdoor wall in a wall-hanging manner. Specifically, the power conversion device 200 may convert solar energy into electric energy and store the electric energy by the energy storage device 100, and thus supply the electric energy to the consumer load 300 for use at the time of peak electricity prices or supply the electric energy to the consumer load 300 for use at the time of grid outage/outage.
The energy storage device 100 may be, but is not limited to, a single battery (secondary battery), a battery module composed of single batteries, a battery pack, a battery system, and the like. The battery cell may be a lithium ion battery, a lithium sulfur battery, a sodium lithium ion battery, a sodium ion battery, a magnesium ion battery, etc., and the battery cell may be a cylinder, a flat body, a cuboid, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. In particular, the battery cell may implement a charge and discharge process using a chemical reaction or change of an energy storage medium (chemical element). In short, the electric energy generated by light energy and wind energy is stored in the battery monomer through chemical reaction or change of the energy storage medium, and when the use of external electric energy reaches a peak, the electric energy stored in the battery monomer is released for use through the chemical reaction or change of the energy storage medium, or is transferred for use.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the energy storage device 100 includes a case 10, an electrode assembly 20, and an end cap assembly 30, the case 10 enclosing a receiving chamber 11 having an opening, the electrode assembly 20 being received in the receiving chamber 11, the end cap assembly 30 sealing the opening of the receiving chamber 11.
The housing 10 may have a cylindrical structure with one end opened, where the energy storage device 100 includes an end cap assembly 30 to seal one opening of the housing 10, or the housing 10 may have a cylindrical structure with two ends opened, where the energy storage device 100 includes an end cap assembly 30 and an end plate, or includes two end cap assemblies 30 to seal two openings of the housing 10 through one end cap assembly 30 and one end plate, or the two end cap assemblies 30 respectively.
The end cap assembly 30 includes a cap plate 31 and an electrode terminal 32, as shown in fig. 4, where the electrode terminal 32 is disposed on the cap plate 31 in a penetrating manner, one end of the electrode terminal 32 is exposed in the accommodating cavity 11, the other end of the electrode terminal 32 is exposed outside the accommodating cavity 11, the electrode terminal 32 and the cap plate 31 may be electrically insulated, as shown in fig. 4, the cap plate 31 includes a body plate 316 (such as an aluminum sheet) and a first insulating member 317 (such as a lower plastic) and the electrode terminal 32 includes an electrode column 322 and a second insulating member 323 (such as an upper plastic), the body plate 316 is disposed between the first insulating member 317 and the second insulating member 323, the electrode column 322 sequentially passes through the first insulating member 317, the body plate 316 and the second insulating member 323, and two ends of the electrode column 322 are respectively limited on a side of the first insulating member 317 and the second insulating member 323 facing away from the body plate 316, and further, the electrode terminal 32 may further include a riveting block 324, and an end of the electrode column 322 passes through the riveting block 324 and is limited on a side of the second insulating member 323 facing away from the body plate 316 by riveting. In addition, as shown in fig. 4, the end cap assembly 30 further includes a sealing ring 34, and the sealing ring 34 is sleeved on the electrode terminal 32 (the electrode post 322) to realize sealing between the electrode terminal 32 and the cap plate 31. Furthermore, the cover plate 31 may be provided with an explosion-proof valve to be exploded when the pressure in the accommodating cavity 11 is greater than the valve opening pressure of the explosion-proof valve, and to exhaust the gas in the accommodating cavity 11, thereby improving the safety of the energy storage device 100, and the cover plate 31 may be further provided with a liquid injection hole to inject the electrolyte into the accommodating cavity 11 through the liquid injection hole, thereby realizing the infiltration of the electrode assembly 20.
The electrode assembly 20 includes a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate and a membrane, the polarities of the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate are opposite, the membrane is located between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate, the end of the electrode assembly 20 has a first tab and a second tab with opposite polarities, and the first tab and the second tab can be located at the same end of the electrode assembly 20 or at different ends of the electrode assembly 20. Taking the example that the first tab and the second tab are located at two ends of the electrode assembly 20 and the case 10 is a cylindrical structure with one end open, one of the first tab and the second tab is connected with the electrode terminal 32 (the electrode post 322) included in the end cover assembly 30, and the other is connected with the bottom of the case 10, so as to realize the output of electric energy through the electrode terminal 32 of the end cover assembly 30 and the bottom of the case 10.
It should be noted that, the energy storage device 100 may further include an adaptor 40 (such as a current collecting disc, etc.), so that the first tab and the second tab of the electrode assembly 20 are respectively connected to the electrode terminal 32 and the bottom of the case 10 through the two adaptors 40, thereby ensuring the overcurrent capability between the electrode terminal 32 and the electrode assembly 20 and between the bottom of the case 10 and the electrode assembly 20.
In the related art, when the electrode assembly 20 and the electrode terminal 32 are connected using the adapter 40, the adapter 40 adopts a bendable structure in order to facilitate the sealing of the cap plate 31 included in the cap assembly 30 to the opening of the case 10. In this way, not only the assembly complexity of the energy storage device 100 is increased, but also the adaptor 40 receives the pulling force after the cover plate 31 seals the housing 10 due to the bending effect of the adaptor 40, so that the service life of the energy storage device 100 is shortened.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the end cap assembly 30 of the energy storage device 100 includes a sealing member 33 in addition to a cap plate 31 and an electrode terminal 32, the cap plate 31 has a welding hole 311 communicating with the receiving cavity 11, the end of the electrode terminal 32 facing the electrode assembly 20 has a connection portion 321, the connection portion 321 has a welding portion 3213 exposed at the welding hole 311, the welding portion 3213 is electrically connected with the electrode assembly 20, and the sealing member 33 is sealed and limited in the welding hole 311.
In this way, for the connection portion 321 disposed on the electrode terminal 32 and facing the end portion of the electrode assembly 20, and the welding hole 311 disposed on the cover plate 31, after the cover plate 31 seals the opening of the casing 10, the electrical connection between the connection portion 321 and the electrode assembly 20 can be completed at the welding hole 311, and then the sealing member 33 is used to seal the welding hole 311, so as to complete the assembly of the energy storage device 100, thereby improving the assembly efficiency and ensuring the service life of the energy storage device 100.
The sealing element 33 included in the end cover assembly 30 may be a sealing patch, of course, the sealing element 33 may also be a sealing nail, and accordingly, the welding hole 311 may be reused as a filling hole, or the sealing element 33 at least includes an explosion-proof valve, and accordingly, the welding hole 311 may be reused as an explosion-proof hole, etc. And when the sealing member 33 is a liquid injection hole or at least comprises an explosion-proof valve, the connecting part 321 does not completely cover the welding hole 311 so as to ensure the communication between the welding hole 311 and the accommodating cavity 11, thereby ensuring the effective injection of the electrolyte, or promoting the explosion-proof valve to be exploded when the pressure in the accommodating cavity 11 is greater than the valve opening pressure of the explosion-proof valve, and discharging the gas in the accommodating cavity 11. In addition, in combination with the above-described electrode terminal 32 structure, the connection portion 321 is connected to the end of the electrode post 322 facing the electrode assembly 20, and the connection portion 321 and the electrode post 322 may be integrally formed or may be fixed by welding.
Note that, for the case where the connecting portion 321 does not completely block the welding hole 311, the following description is specifically referred to. The electrical connection described above and the electrical connection according to the present application described below may be one of soldering, conductive adhesive bonding, and the like.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 or 5, the wall of the weld hole 311 has a stepped surface 3111 facing away from the electrode assembly 20, and the seal 33 is supported on the stepped surface 3111 (i.e., the tread on the wall of the weld hole 311).
In this way, the sealing member 33 can be supported by the step surface 3111, so that the sealing member 33 has a certain supporting height, thereby avoiding welding marks after the connecting portion 321 and the electrode assembly 20 are welded from interfering with the assembly of the sealing member 33, and in addition, positioning of the sealing member 33 in the welding hole 311 can be conveniently realized based on the arrangement of the step surface 3111, and further sealing and limiting of the sealing member 33 in the welding hole 311 can be realized based on edge welding of the edge of the sealing member 33 and the hole wall of the welding hole 311 (namely, a kicking surface on the hole wall of the welding hole 311).
The step surface 3111 of the welding hole 311 is in an annular structure, and the circumferential edges of the sealing member 33 are supported on the step surface 3111 of the welding hole 311, so as to ensure a supporting area of the sealing member 33 in the welding hole 311, and ensure reliability of limiting seal of the sealing member 33 in the welding hole 311.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the cap plate 31 has a limiting groove 313 facing the electrode assembly 20, and the connection part 321 is limited in the limiting groove 313. In this way, when the electrode terminal 32 is inserted into the cover plate 31, the limit of the connecting portion 321 relative to the cover plate 31 can be realized, so as to ensure that at least part of the connecting portion 321 is exposed at the welding hole 311, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the electrode terminal 32 and the cover plate 31.
The depth of the limiting groove 313 is smaller than the thickness of the connecting portion 321, so as not to interfere with the electrical connection between the connecting portion 321 and the electrode assembly 20 while limiting the connecting portion 321. In addition, in combination with the above-mentioned structure of the cover plate 31, the surface of the first insulating member 317 facing the electrode assembly 20 may have a limiting groove 313, and the depth of the limiting groove 313 is smaller than the thickness of the first insulating member 317, so as to ensure electrical insulation between the connecting portion 321 and the body plate 316.
Of course, in addition to the limitation of the connection portion 321 by providing the limitation groove 313 in the cap plate 31, as shown in fig. 7, the cap plate 31 may have a pair of limitation pieces 314 facing the electrode assembly 20, the limitation pieces 314 may extend along the length direction of the connection portion 321, and the connection portion 321 may be limited between the pair of limitation pieces 314.
The height of the protrusion 42 of the limit bar 314 is smaller than the thickness of the connecting portion 321, so as to avoid the limit bar 314 interfering with the electrical connection between the connecting portion 321 and the electrode assembly 20. In addition, in combination with the above-described structure of the cap plate 31, the surface of the first insulating member 317 facing the electrode assembly 20 may have a pair of limiting bars 314.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the cap plate 31 has a stopper post 315 facing the electrode assembly 20, the connection portion 321 has a stopper hole 3212, and the stopper post 315 is located in the stopper hole 3212. Thus, when the electrode terminal 32 is penetrated on the cover plate 31, the limit of the connecting portion 321 relative to the cover plate 31 can be realized based on the cooperation of the limit post 315 and the limit hole 3212, so that at least part of the connecting portion 321 is exposed at the welding hole 311, and the assembly efficiency of the electrode terminal 32 and the cover plate 31 is improved.
The height of the limiting post 315 is less than or equal to the thickness of the connecting portion 321, so as not to interfere with the electrical connection between the connecting portion 321 and the electrode assembly 20 while limiting the connecting portion 321. In addition, in combination with the above-described structural composition of the cap plate 31, the surface of the first insulating member 317 facing the electrode assembly 20 may have a stopper 315.
In the embodiment of the present application, the connection portion 321 may be directly connected to the electrode assembly 20, or may be indirectly connected to the electrode assembly 20 based on the adapter 40. The two cases are explained separately.
In some embodiments, the connection portion 321 is directly electrically connected to the electrode assembly 20.
Of course, the connecting portion 321 may also partially shield the welding hole 311, and at this time, the connection between the welding hole 311 and the accommodating cavity 11 is realized based on the portion of the connecting portion 321 that shields the welding hole 311, and the connection between the welding hole 311 and the accommodating cavity 11 is realized based on the area of the welding hole 311 that is not shielded by the connecting portion 321, so that the injection of electrolyte along the welding hole 311 is realized, or the gas flow in the accommodating cavity 11 flows to the welding hole 311.
In some embodiments, the sealing member 33 comprises an explosion-proof valve, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, at least part of the edge of the connecting portion 321, which is projected on the cover plate 31, is located in the area surrounded by the welding hole 311, and the accommodating cavity 11 is communicated with the welding hole 311;
In this way, at least part of the edge of the connecting portion 321 is located in the area surrounded by the welding hole 311, so that the local shielding of the connecting portion 321 to the welding hole 311 is realized, so that the connecting portion 321 is connected with the electrode assembly 20 in a contraposition manner, and meanwhile, the communication between the welding hole 311 and the accommodating cavity 11 is ensured, so that the opening reliability of the sealing element 33 (explosion-proof valve) is ensured.
The connecting portion 321 may be a long strip plate with a certain width, at this time, in the width direction of the connecting portion 321, the width of the connecting portion 321 is smaller than the size of the welding hole 311, or the width of the connecting portion 321 is equal to the size of the welding hole 311, and the long edge of the connecting portion 321 has a notch to ensure that the connecting portion 321 partially shields the welding hole 311.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the welding hole 311 is an oblong hole, the width direction of the connection portion 321 is parallel to the length direction of the welding hole 311, and the width of the connection portion 321 is smaller than the length of the welding hole 311, and at this time, a midpoint of the connection portion 321 in the width direction may be set to coincide with a center point of the welding hole 311, so that both end portions of the welding hole 311 in the length direction are not shielded by the connection portion 321.
In addition, in the case where the connection portion 321 partially shields the welding hole 311, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the connection portion 321 may have a second ventilation hole 3211, and the second ventilation hole 3211 communicates with the receiving cavity 11 and the welding hole 311, so as to partially shield the welding hole 311 by the connection portion 321, and further ensure the electrical connection between the connection portion 321 and the electrode assembly 20 and the communication between the welding hole 311 and the receiving cavity 11.
In some embodiments, the connection portion 321 is indirectly and electrically connected to the electrode assembly 20, i.e. as shown in fig. 13, the energy storage device 100 includes a adaptor 40, the adaptor 40 has a flat structure, the adaptor 40 is located between the electrode assembly 20 and the electrode terminal 32, and the adaptor 40 is electrically connected to the electrode assembly 20 and the welding portion 3213.
In this way, the overcurrent capability between the electrode assembly 20 and the connecting part 321 can be ensured based on the adaptor 40, meanwhile, the stability of the electrical connection between the connecting part 321 and the adaptor 40 is ensured based on the plane of the adaptor 40, and further, the stability of the electrical connection between the connecting part 321 and the electrode assembly 20 is ensured, in addition, the adaptor 40 based on the flat plate structure avoids bending the adaptor 40 when the energy storage device 100 is assembled, so that the assembly complexity is reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
Of course, the connecting portion 321 may also partially shield the welding hole 311, and at this time, the welding hole 311 and the accommodating cavity 11 are communicated based on the area of the welding hole 311 which is not shielded by the connecting portion 321, so as to inject electrolyte along the welding hole 311, or gas in the accommodating cavity 11 flows to the welding hole 311.
In some embodiments, the sealing member 33 includes an explosion-proof valve, and as shown in fig. 9, 10 and 13, the adaptor 40 has a first vent 41, at least a portion of an edge of the connection portion 321, which is orthographically projected on the cap plate 31, is located in an area surrounded by the welding hole 311, and the receiving chamber 11, the first vent 41 and the welding hole 311 are sequentially communicated.
In this way, at least part of the edge of the connecting portion 321 is located in the area surrounded by the welding hole 311, so that local shielding of the connecting portion 321 to the welding hole 311 is realized, so that the connecting portion 321 is connected with the adapting piece 40 in a contraposition manner, and meanwhile, based on the channel that the welding hole 311 is not shielded by the connecting portion 321, the connecting portion is communicated with the accommodating cavity 11 by combining the first ventilation hole 41 on the adapting piece 40, so that the opening reliability of the sealing piece 33 (explosion-proof valve) is ensured.
The specific structure of the connection portion 321 for partially shielding the welding hole 311 may be described with reference to the above embodiment, which is not described in detail herein.
When the sealing member 33 includes an explosion-proof valve, in addition to the above-described case, the connecting portion 321 may have the second air hole 3211 to partially cover the welding hole 311, so that the connecting portion 321 and the electrode assembly 20 are electrically connected, and the accommodating chamber 11, the first air hole 41, the second air hole 3211, and the welding hole 311 are sequentially connected. In addition, the number of the first air holes 41 on the adaptor 40 and the number of the second air holes 3211 on the connecting portion 321 may be one or more, so as to increase the communication area between the accommodating cavity 11 and the welding hole 311 and increase the liquid injection rate or the air exhaust rate.
In the embodiment of the present application, for the adaptor 40 included in the energy storage device 100, the planar area of the adaptor 40 may be electrically connected to the connection portion 321, or the adaptor 40 may have a protruding area facing the cover plate 31, and the protruding area of the adaptor 40 is electrically connected to the connection portion 321.
In the case where the adaptor 40 is electrically connected to the connection portion 321 in the planar area, when at least a portion of the edge of the connection portion 321 in front projection on the cover plate 31 is located in the area surrounded by the welding hole 311, a flow channel is formed between the adaptor 40 and the cover plate 31 due to the interval of the connection portion 321, at this time, the first ventilation hole 41 may be located in an area outside the front projection of the connection portion 321 on the adaptor 40 (i.e. the front projection on the adaptor 40) to ensure that the accommodating cavity 11 and the welding hole 311 are communicated through the first ventilation hole 41, and when the connection portion 321 has the second ventilation hole 3211, due to the adhesion of the connection portion 321 and the adaptor 40, at this time, an overlapping area (such as the first ventilation hole 41 and the second ventilation hole 3211 are opposite) may be located in front projection of the first ventilation hole 41 and the second ventilation hole 3211 on the adaptor 40 to ensure that the accommodating cavity 11 and the welding hole 311 are communicated through the first ventilation hole 41 and the second ventilation hole 3211.
Wherein, for the case that the adaptor 40 has a protruding area, and the protruding area of the adaptor 40 is electrically connected to the connecting portion 321, the first ventilation hole 41 provided on the adaptor 40 is combined, when at least part of the edge of the connecting portion 321, which is projected forward on the cover plate 31, is located in the area surrounded by the welding hole 311, a flow channel is formed between the adaptor 40 and the cover plate 31 due to the spacing between the connecting portion 321 and the protruding area, at this time, the first ventilation hole 41 may be located in a non-contact area (such as a planar area of the first ventilation hole 41, except the protruding area, on the adaptor 40) of the adaptor 40 with the connecting portion 321 (such as a planar area of the first ventilation hole 41, which is located on the adaptor 40) so as to ensure that the accommodating cavity 11 and the welding hole 311 are communicated through the first ventilation hole 41, and when the connecting portion 321 has the second ventilation hole 3211, if the second ventilation hole 3211 is projected forward on the adaptor 40, the non-contact area (such as a planar area of the first ventilation hole 41, which is located on the adaptor 40, is located on the non-contact area of the connecting portion 321) may be located on the adaptor 40 (such as a planar area of the first ventilation hole 41, which is located on the adaptor 40) so as to ensure that the second ventilation hole 3211 is completely aligned with the second ventilation hole 3211, and the second ventilation hole 1 is located in the area, which is aligned with the welding hole 1.
The raised areas on the adapter 40 are explained in detail below.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the adapter 40 has a disk shape and has a plurality of protrusions 42 facing the cap plate 31 and spaced apart in a circumferential direction of itself, and one protrusion 42 of the plurality of protrusions 42 is connected with the connection portion 321 at the welding hole 311.
In addition, the connection of any one of the bulges 42 and the connecting part 321 is convenient for improving the alignment efficiency of the connecting part 321 and the adapter 40, and further improving the connection efficiency of the connecting part 321 and the adapter 40.
The protrusion 42 may have a linear structure extending in the radial direction of the adapter 40 or may have an arc structure extending in the circumferential direction of the adapter 40. When the protrusion 42 has an arc structure, the probability of exposing the protrusion 42 at the welding hole 311 is increased, so that the alignment efficiency of the connection portion 321 and the adaptor 40 can be further improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13, the welding hole 311 is a oblong hole, and the length direction of the welding hole 311 is perpendicular to the radial direction of the adapter 40. Thus, the protrusion 42 with the arc structure is combined, so that the exposed area of the protrusion 42 at the welding hole 311 is conveniently increased, and the connection area of the connection portion 321 and the protrusion 42 is conveniently increased, so that the connection stability of the connection portion 321 and the adapter 40 is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the cap plate 31 has at least one convex hull 312 facing the electrode assembly 20, one of the plurality of protrusions 42 is electrically connected to the connection portion 321, and each of the remaining protrusions 42 is respectively abutted against one convex hull 312.
In this way, through the butt of each of the remaining protrusions 42 and one of the convex hulls 312, the position stability between the adaptor 40 and the cover plate 31 is guaranteed, and then the butt effect between the connecting portion 321 and the adaptor 40 is guaranteed, i.e. the reliability of the electrical connection between the connecting portion 321 and the adaptor 40 is guaranteed.
The cover plate 31 may be formed by a first insulating member 317 having at least one convex hull 312 facing the electrode assembly 20.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 13, the adapter 40 also has a plurality of grooves 43 toward the cover plate 31. In this way, the arrangement of the grooves 43 can improve the flatness of the adaptor 40 in electrical connection with the electrode assembly 20, thereby improving the reliability of electrical connection between the adaptor 40 and the motor assembly.
Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 13, the adapter 40 is disc-shaped and has a plurality of radially extending, circumferentially spaced apart grooves 43. In the case where the adaptor 40 has a plurality of protrusions 42 as described above, the protrusions 42 and the grooves 43 may be alternately arranged in the circumferential direction of the adaptor 40 as shown in fig. 13.
The embodiment of the application also provides electric equipment 400, and the electric equipment 400 can be a user energy storage cabinet, an energy storage container and the like. As shown in fig. 16, the electric device 400 includes the energy storage device 100 according to the foregoing embodiment, and the energy storage device 100 supplies power to the electric device 400. Thus, in combination with the above, in the use process of the electric equipment 400, the use safety of the electric equipment 400 can be effectively ensured.
