Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a reverse osmosis type water purifier so as to solve the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
A reverse osmosis type water purifier comprises a machine cabin, wherein the front side of the machine cabin is provided with a water supply area, the bottom of the back side of the machine cabin is provided with a connecting seat, a water tank is detachably arranged on the connecting seat, the upper end of the water tank is opened, the inner side of the water tank is hinged with a handle, a cover body for covering the upper end of the water tank is hinged to the machine cabin, the reverse osmosis type water purifier further comprises a water outlet, a preparation cavity and a switch valve assembly, the water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the water tank, the preparation cavity is arranged in the connecting seat, the switch valve assembly is arranged on the water tank and used for controlling the water outlet to be opened so that the water tank is communicated with the preparation cavity when the water tank is installed on the connecting seat, and the water outlet is controlled to be closed when the water tank is detached from the connecting seat.
Preferably, the switch valve assembly comprises a valve cover elastically hinged in the water outlet and a push rod arranged in the preparation cavity, the upper end of the preparation cavity is provided with a through hole corresponding to the water outlet, and the upper end of the push rod penetrates through the through hole and is arranged with a clearance reserved on the inner wall of the through hole.
Preferably, the ejector rod can elastically lift and set up, the bottom surface is provided with the cushion in the water tank, be provided with on the cushion and be used for restricting the pivoted delay assembly of valve gap, delay assembly cancels the pivoted restriction to the valve gap when the water tank is installed to laminating completely on the connecting seat.
Preferably, a sleeve is fixedly arranged in the preparation cavity, and the lower end of the ejector rod is movably connected in the sleeve and connected with a first elastic piece arranged in the sleeve.
Preferably, the time delay assembly comprises a movable groove which is arranged in the cushion block and corresponds to the side wall of the water outlet, an inserting rod is movably connected in the movable groove, an inserting ring which is matched with the inserting rod is arranged on the valve cover, a trigger rod is movably arranged at the bottom of the water tank in a lifting and penetrating mode, and the trigger rod is connected with the inserting rod in a linkage mode through a hinged connecting rod.
Preferably, the cushion block is movably connected with a lever, one end of the lever is hinged with the upper end of the trigger rod, and the other end of the lever is fixedly provided with a floating ball.
Preferably, a sliding groove is formed in the middle of the lever, a support is fixedly arranged on the cushion block, and a cylindrical pin movably connected with the sliding groove is arranged at the upper end of the support.
Preferably, the connecting piece which penetrates through the upper end of the cushion block in a sliding mode is fixedly arranged on the inserted link, and the upper end of the connecting piece is hinged to one end of the connecting rod.
Preferably, the upper end of the water outlet is detachably connected with a filter cylinder, a limiting block for limiting the filter cylinder is movably arranged on the cushion block, the limiting block is linked with the connecting piece, and the outer wall of the lower end of the filter cylinder is provided with a concave ring matched with the limiting block.
Preferably, the cushion block is provided with a storage groove matched with the limiting block, a second elastic piece connected with the limiting block is arranged in the storage groove, and the limiting block is provided with a through groove for the connecting piece to pass through.

According to the reverse osmosis type water purifier, the water outlet controlled by the preparation cavity and the switch valve assembly is arranged, the switch valve assembly controls the water outlet to be closed in the water supplementing process of the water tank, water can be smoothly filled in the water tank, then, when the water tank is mounted on the connecting seat, the water outlet corresponds to the preparation cavity, the switch valve assembly is opened so that the water tank is communicated with the preparation cavity by means of the water outlet, water in the water tank can be immediately supplemented into a part of the preparation cavity, and therefore, the water level in the water tank is reduced to be lower than the height after the handle is folded, the follow-up handle can not contact with the water when the handle is folded into the water tank, and pollution phenomenon is avoided.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without the need for inventive faculty, are within the scope of the present disclosure, based on the described embodiments of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the reverse osmosis type water purifier provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a machine cabin 1, wherein the front side of the machine cabin 1 is provided with a water supply area, the bottom of the back side of the machine cabin 1 is provided with a connecting seat 2, a water tank 3 is detachably arranged on the connecting seat 2, the upper end of the water tank 3 is opened, the inner side of the water tank is hinged with a handle 4, a cover body 5 for covering the upper end of the water tank 3 is hinged on the machine cabin 1, the reverse osmosis type water purifier further comprises a water outlet 6 which is arranged at the bottom of the water tank 3, a preparation cavity 7 which is arranged in the connecting seat 2, and a switch valve assembly which is arranged on the water tank 3 and used for controlling the water outlet 6 to be opened and closed when the water tank 3 is arranged on the connecting seat 2, and controlling the water outlet 6 to be opened so that the water tank 3 is communicated with the preparation cavity 7 when the water tank 3 is detached from the connecting seat 2.
Specifically, a PPC filter element and an RO filter element are arranged in the machine bin 1, the PPC filter element and the RO filter element are specifically arranged on the exposed surface of the machine bin 1 after the water tank 3 is disassembled, the PPC filter element is used for primary filtration, so that solid impurities such as rust, sediment and suspended matters in raw water are effectively intercepted, disinfection byproducts such as residual chlorine are adsorbed, foreign colors and peculiar smell in the water are removed, the replacement period is 3-6 months, the RO filter element is used for effectively intercepting heavy metals such as escherichia coli, lead, arsenic, cadmium and chromium in the water, the replacement period is 6-12 months, the upper end in a water supply area is provided with a display panel, the lower side of the display panel is provided with a water outlet, and the position right below the water outlet is provided with a water receiving disc. The water tank 3 is provided with a connecting seat 2, a protruding part is arranged on the connecting seat 2, a concave part is correspondingly arranged at the bottom of the water tank 3, the water tank 3 is conveniently positioned on the connecting seat 2, a handle 4 can be erected to extend out of the upper end of the water tank 3 through rotation, the water tank 3 can be conveniently taken out, the water tank 3 can be completely contained in the water tank 3, the handle 4 is conveniently folded, the water tank 3 is completely covered by a cover body 5, the cover body 5 is preferably elastically hinged with the machine cabinet 1, the cover body 5 is provided with a buckle, the water tank 3 is provided with a protrusion matched with the buckle, one side of the protrusion is outwards arranged on the water tank 3 when the water tank 3 is installed, the cover body 5 is clamped on the lower side of the protrusion through the buckle to keep the water tank 3 shielded, the cover body 5 is automatically opened to a proper position under the elastic force when the buckle is separated from the protrusion, the water tank 3 is conveniently taken out, the water outlet 6 enables water in the water tank 3 to be outwards discharged through the bottom of the water tank 3, the capacity of the preparation cavity 7 meets the capacity of the water tank 3, after a part of the water tank 3 is completely covered by the cover body 5, the water level is completely filled in the preparation cavity 7, the height of the water tank 3 is lowered to a height below the height of the handle after the 4 is folded. In actual use, in the water replenishing process of the water tank 3, the water outlet 6 is controlled to be closed by the switch valve assembly, water can be smoothly filled in the water tank 3, then, when the water tank 3 is mounted on the connecting seat 2, the water outlet 6 corresponds to the preparation cavity 7, the switch valve assembly is opened so that the water tank 3 and the preparation cavity 7 are communicated by the water outlet 6, water in the water tank 3 can be immediately replenished into a part of the preparation cavity 7, and therefore, the water level in the water tank 3 is reduced to be lower than the folded height of the handle 4, and the subsequent handle 4 can not be contacted with the water when being folded into the water tank 3, so that the pollution phenomenon is avoided.
Compared with the prior art, the reverse osmosis type water purifier provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the water outlet 6 controlled by the preparation cavity 7 and the switch valve assembly is arranged, the switch valve assembly controls the water outlet 6 to be closed in the water supplementing process of the water tank 3, water can be smoothly filled in the water tank 3, then when the water tank 3 is installed on the connecting seat 2, the water outlet 6 corresponds to the preparation cavity 7, the switch valve assembly is opened to enable the water tank 3 to be communicated with the preparation cavity 7 by means of the water outlet 6, and water in the water tank 3 can be immediately supplemented into a part of the preparation cavity 7, so that the water level in the water tank 3 is reduced to be lower than the height of the folded handle 4, the subsequent handle 4 can not be contacted with water when being folded into the water tank 3, and pollution phenomenon is avoided.
As a preferred technical scheme of the embodiment, the switch valve assembly comprises a valve cover 8 elastically hinged in a water outlet 6 and a push rod 9 arranged in a preparation cavity 7, wherein a through hole 10 corresponding to the water outlet 6 is formed in the upper end of the preparation cavity 7, the upper end of the push rod 9 penetrates through the through hole 10 and is arranged with a clearance with the inner wall of the through hole 10, the inner wall of the water outlet 6 is provided with a groove for hinging the valve cover 8, the valve cover 8 is in a truncated cone shape, the middle part of the water outlet 6 is in a funnel shape, a sealing ring is arranged at the part, which is contacted with the water outlet 6 after the valve cover 8 is closed, of the valve cover 8, the elastic hinging function of the valve cover 8 ensures that the elastic hinging function is kept to be blocked at the middle part of the water outlet 6 under the influence of external force, and is extruded with the inner wall of the water outlet 6 in a wedge shape to ensure sealing, further, after water is irrigated in a water tank 3, the outer diameter of the push rod 9 is smaller than the inner diameter of the through hole 10, the push rod 9 extends out of the through hole 10 to be arranged at a certain height, and when the water tank 3 is arranged on a connecting seat 2, the length of the push rod 9, which extends out of the through hole 10, can meet the requirement of the valve cover 8, thus opening the water outlet 6 is opened.
In the above embodiment, the process of jacking up the valve cover 8 by the ejector rod 9 corresponds to the process of placing the water tank 3 on the connecting seat 2, which may cause that the ejector rod 9 gradually jacks up the valve cover 8 when the water tank 3 is not attached to the connecting seat 2, so that water leakage at the bottom of the water tank 3 is caused, and the following embodiment is proposed to solve this problem.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the ejector rod 9 is configured to be capable of being lifted elastically, the bottom surface of the water tank 3 is provided with the cushion block 11, the cushion block 11 is provided with the delay component for limiting the rotation of the valve cover 8, the delay component cancels the limitation of the rotation of the valve cover 8 when the water tank 3 is mounted on the connection seat 2 to be completely attached, specifically, when the delay component limits the valve cover 8, the valve cover 8 is kept in a closed state, the ejector rod 9 cannot jack the valve cover 8 in the mounting process of the water tank 3, but moves passively and elastically downwards to store elastic potential energy, when the water tank 3 is mounted on the connection seat 2 to be completely attached, the delay component cancels the limitation of the rotation of the valve cover 8, so that the ejector rod 9 ejects upwards under the action of releasing the elastic potential energy, and then the valve cover 8 is ejected upwards smoothly, so that the water outlet 6 is opened, the water tank 3 is communicated with the preparation cavity 7 smoothly, thereby avoiding the problem of water leakage occurring at the bottom in the mounting process of the water tank 3.
As a preferable technical scheme of the embodiment, a sleeve 12 is fixedly arranged in the preparation cavity 7, the lower end of the ejector rod 9 is movably connected in the sleeve 12 and is connected with a first elastic member 13 arranged in the sleeve 12, specifically, the lower end of the sleeve 12 is fixedly connected in the preparation cavity 7, the outer diameter of the sleeve 12 is smaller than the inner diameter of the through hole 10, the first elastic member 13 can be preferably a spring which keeps pushing the ejector rod 9 upwards, namely, the ejector rod 9 keeps extending upwards to the highest position without external force.
As the preferable technical scheme of the embodiment, the time delay assembly comprises a movable groove 14 which is arranged in a cushion block 11 and corresponds to the side wall of a water outlet 6, an inserting rod 15 is movably connected in the movable groove 14, a concave part is arranged at the bottom of the water tank 3, an inserting ring 16 which is matched with the inserting rod 15 is arranged on a valve cover 8, a trigger rod 17 is movably arranged at the bottom of the water tank 3 in a penetrating manner, the trigger rod 17 is connected with the inserting rod 15 in a linkage manner through a hinged connecting rod 18, specifically, the guide direction of the movable groove 14 to the inserting rod 15 is radially arranged along one side of the water outlet 6, under the condition that the valve cover 8 is kept closed, the horizontal height and the direction of the inserting ring 16 are respectively corresponding to the guide height and the direction of the movable groove 14 to the inserting rod 15, at the lower end of the trigger rod 17 can extend out of the bottom of the water tank 3, at the moment, a concave part is arranged at the bottom of the water tank 3, the trigger rod 17 can be prevented from being jacked up by the outside when the water tank 3 is placed on a supporting plane such as a tabletop, the water tank 3, and when the water tank 3 is placed on the connecting rod 2, the convex part on the connecting seat 2 just corresponds to the concave part of the bottom of the water tank 3, and then the trigger rod 17 can be jacked up through the connecting rod 17, when the connecting rod 17 is enabled to be jacked up, and the trigger rod 17 is enabled to move to be far from the bottom through the connecting rod 18 when the connecting rod 18 to move to the lower end to the connecting rod 6, when the trigger rod is far from the direction is far from the bottom 18, when the trigger rod is moved to the connecting rod is moved.
In the preferred technical scheme of the embodiment, a lever 19 is movably connected to the cushion block 11, one end of the lever 19 is hinged to the upper end of a trigger rod 17, a floating ball 20 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the lever 19, specifically, when the water tank 3 is installed on the connecting seat 2, the trigger rod 17 is jacked by a boss on the connecting seat 2 to trigger the lifting, the trigger rod 17 is lowered by the lever 19 and the floating ball 20, after water in the water tank 3 is used up, the floating ball 20 is not floated, when the water tank 3 is detached, the trigger rod 17 is still kept at the position after the lifting, and the valve cover 8 is reset under the elastic rotation function due to the fact that the valve cover 8 is separated from the ejector rod 9 to keep the water outlet 6, so that the valve cover 8 drives the inserting ring 16 to horizontally correspond to the inserting rod 15, then when the water tank 3 is irrigated, the floating ball 20 starts to lift under the buoyancy, and then the trigger rod 17 is pressed down by the lever 19, the trigger rod 17 moves towards the direction in the water outlet 6 through the connecting rod 18 in a linkage mode, thus the valve cover 8 is smoothly inserted into the inserting ring 16, when the water tank 3 is automatically rotated again, and when the water tank 3 is automatically reset and the water tank 3 is automatically installed again, and the water tank 3 is automatically reset and the water tank 3 is automatically is reset and prevented from being installed.
As a further preferable technical scheme of the embodiment, a sliding groove 21 is arranged in the middle of the lever 19, a support 22 is fixedly arranged on the cushion block 11, a cylindrical pin 23 movably connected with the sliding groove 21 is arranged at the upper end of the support 22, and specifically, the sliding groove 21 and the cylindrical pin 23 are arranged, so that the interference between the swinging of the lever 19 and the lifting of the trigger rod 17 is avoided, and the functional requirement that the lifting of one end of the lever 19 connected with the floating ball 20 is opposite to the lifting of one end connected with the trigger rod 17 is met.
As a further preferable technical scheme of the embodiment, a connecting piece 24 penetrating through the upper end of the cushion block 11 in a sliding manner is fixedly arranged on the inserted link 15, the upper end of the connecting piece 24 is hinged with one end of the connecting rod 18, specifically, the connecting piece 24 moves horizontally along with the inserted link 15, two ends of the connecting rod 18 are respectively hinged with the trigger rod 17 and the connecting piece 24, when the trigger rod 17 ascends, one end of the connecting rod 18 is pulled to ascend, the other end of the connecting rod 18 horizontally approaches the trigger rod 17, and then the connecting piece 24 drives the inserted link 15 to move in a direction far away from the water outlet 6, and when the trigger rod 17 descends, one end of the connecting rod 18 is driven to descend, the other end of the connecting rod 18 horizontally moves away from the trigger rod 17, and then the connecting piece 24 drives the inserted link 15 to move in a direction near to the water outlet 6.
In order to ensure that the water in the water tank 3 is filtered by large-particle impurities before entering the water purifier, the water outlet 6 is connected with a filter cylinder 25 made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, and the filter cylinder 25 needs to be frequently disassembled and cleaned, and in the prior art, the filter cylinder 25 is positioned in the deep part of the water tank 3, so that the filter cylinder is inconvenient to disassemble and install.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, the upper end of the water outlet 6 is detachably connected with the filter cartridge 25, the spacer block 11 is movably provided with a limiting block 26 for limiting the filter cartridge 25, the limiting block 26 is linked with the connecting piece 24, the outer wall of the lower end of the filter cartridge 25 is provided with a concave ring 27 matched with the limiting block 26, specifically, the upper end of the water outlet 6 protrudes out of the spacer block 11 by a certain height, the lower end of the filter cartridge 25 can be sleeved at the upper end of the water outlet 6, the spacer block 11 is provided with a containing groove 28 matched with the limiting block 26, the containing groove 28 is internally provided with a second elastic piece 29 connected with the limiting block 26, the limiting block 26 is provided with a through groove 30 for the connecting piece 24 to pass through, the second elastic piece 29 can be preferentially used for a spring, the limiting block 26 is kept to move in a direction approaching the water outlet 6, the concave ring 27 is completely sleeved on the water outlet 6 downwards, one end of the limiting block 26 is provided with a shovel shape, the upper side is provided with an inclined plane, the limiting block 26 is sleeved at the outer side of the connecting piece 24, the triggering rod 17 triggers the water outlet 3, the water tank 24 is installed in a reset range, and the water tank 24 can be further moved away from the connecting piece 24 in a water outlet 24, and the elastic piece 24 is moved away from the first elastic piece 24 in a process, and the water tank 24 is further moved in a process of triggering the water tank 3, and the water tank 24 is moved away from the connecting piece 24, and the elastic piece is moved in a process is moved away from the elastic piece 24, and the water tank 24 is moved in a range of the water tank 24 is moved relatively the opposite the water tank 24. In practical use, when the filter cartridge 25 is installed, the lower end of the filter cartridge 25 is forced to be sleeved at the upper end of the water outlet 6, the limit block 26 is pressed by the lower end of the filter cartridge 25 to move into the storage groove 28, meanwhile, the limit block 26 is pressed by the second elastic piece 29, the second elastic piece 29 deforms and stores elastic potential energy, after the limit block 26 corresponds to the concave ring 27, the elastic potential energy of the second elastic piece 29 is released, the limit block 26 is close to the water outlet 6 again, namely, the end part of the limit block 26 is embedded into the concave ring 27 to achieve the limit of the filter cartridge 25, when the filter cartridge 25 is detached, the water tank 3 is drained and detached from the connecting seat 2, only the floating ball 20 is required to be further pressed, the trigger rod 17 is driven by the lever 19 to further move upwards, the trigger rod 17 drives the connecting piece 24 to be further away from the water outlet 6 through the connecting rod 18, the connecting piece 24 moving in the process can push the inner wall of the through groove 30, so that the limit block 26 moves away from the water outlet 6 against the elastic force of the second elastic piece 29, namely, the limit block 26 leaves the concave ring 27 to cancel the limit of the limit block 25 to limit block 25, and the filter cartridge 25 can be detached from the water outlet 6 easily.
Furthermore, in order to prevent the above structure from being exposed in water and affecting the water quality or not being able to normally operate due to scale, a compartment 31 surrounding the cushion block 11 is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the water tank 3, the trigger rod 17 is arranged in the compartment 31, the space meets the lifting motion of the trigger rod 17, a mounting hole for inserting the filter cylinder 25 is arranged at the upper end of the compartment 31, the filter cylinder 25 is just sealed and inserted into the mounting hole, a mesh is arranged at the part of the filter cylinder 25 which is higher than the compartment 31 after being mounted, in addition, the lever 19 penetrates through one side of the compartment 31, and a sealing soft sleeve 32 is arranged at the penetrating position, the sealing soft sleeve 32 ensures the sealing of the position of the lever 19 penetrating through the compartment 31, the movement of the lever 19 is not affected, the arrangement of the compartment 31 ensures the isolation of the above linkage structure from water, and further raw water is avoided.
