Background
Infrared spectroscopic detection of fabric is one method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of fabric by infrared spectrometer. The infrared spectrometer obtains an infrared spectrogram of the substance by measuring the characteristics of the substance such as absorption, reflection or transmission of infrared light. Different substances have unique absorption peaks on an infrared spectrogram, so that qualitative and quantitative analysis of the substances can be realized.
The existing infrared fabric detection device has the defects that the fabric clamping operation steps of some testers are complex, operators are required to have certain skills and experience, the operation difficulty and time cost are increased, in addition, in the operation process, due to complex steps, misoperation is easy to occur, in the fabric preparation process, the front and back treatment process and the structural characteristics may be different, the two sides of the fabric are required to be detected partially, so that workers are required to detach and reinstall the fabric, and the reverse side of the fabric is detected again, so that the operation is complex.
