The pulling-out assembly comprises a supporting disc 2 and a plurality of pulling-out pieces, wherein the supporting disc 2 is arranged on the ship body 1 through a supporting frame 3, a plurality of through holes 4 are formed in the supporting disc 2 along the circumferential direction, the plurality of pulling-out pieces are respectively arranged in the plurality of through holes 4, the bottom ends of the pulling-out pieces extend into the water and are provided with pulling-out heads, and the pulling-out heads are used for winding and pulling out waterweeds;
the protection component comprises a plurality of protection pipes 5 and a plurality of filtering pieces, wherein the protection pipes 5 are sleeved on the pulling-out pieces, the filtering pieces are arranged at the bottom ends of the protection pipes 5, stirring pieces are arranged on the protection pipes 5, and when the pulling-out pieces move upwards, the filtering pieces are driven to shelter from the bottom ends of the protection pipes 5, and sediment in water is filtered through the filtering pieces.
In one embodiment of the invention, when the ship body 1 is used, the pulling-out piece is moved to a designated position, the pulling-out piece is stretched into the water, the pulling-out head is wound on the aquatic weed, the aquatic weed is pulled out by rotating the pulling-out head and lifting the pulling-out piece upwards, meanwhile, the protective tube 5 is covered on the pulling-out point when the aquatic weed is pulled out, after the aquatic weed is pulled out, the filter piece is driven to be unfolded by the stirring piece in the moving process to shield and filter the lower part of the protective tube 5, the quantity of stirring sediment leaking out to the external water environment is reduced, the stirring to the surrounding water area is further reduced, the turbidity of the water area is avoided, and the subsequent aquatic weed pulling-out efficiency is ensured.
Specifically, the protection pipe 5 can be lifted by hoisting equipment such as an electric hoist and the like which are independently installed on the ship body 1, and the counterweight is arranged to ensure that the protection pipe is submerged in the water.
As an alternative implementation mode, the pulling-out piece comprises a main supporting rod 6 which is slidably connected in the through hole 4, a plurality of sliding grooves 7 are formed in the inner side wall of the through hole 4 at equal intervals along the circumferential direction, a plurality of sliding blocks 8 are fixedly connected on the outer side wall of the main supporting rod 6 along the circumferential direction, the sliding blocks 8 are slidably connected in the sliding grooves 7, a toothed plate 9 is fixedly connected on one sliding block 8, a rotating shaft 11 is rotatably connected on the supporting disc 2 through a frame 10, a gear 12 is fixedly connected at one end of the rotating shaft 11, the gear 12 is meshed with the toothed plate 9, a first motor 13 is fixedly connected on the frame 10, and the output end of the first motor 13 is fixedly connected with the other end of the rotating shaft 11.
In one embodiment of the invention, the main supporting rod 6 slides in the through hole 4, the gear 12 is driven to rotate by the first motor 13, and the gear 12 drives the meshed toothed plate 9 to move, so as to control the lifting of the main supporting rod 6.
As an alternative embodiment, the pulling head comprises a fixed disc 14, the top end of the fixed disc 14 is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the main supporting rod 6 through a connecting shaft 15, a second motor 16 is fixedly connected in the main supporting rod 6, the top end of the connecting shaft 15 extends into the main supporting rod 6 and is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second motor 16, a support is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the fixed disc 14, an expansion net is arranged on the support, and water plants are located in the expansion net and wound on the expansion net.
In one embodiment of the invention, the second motor 16 drives the fixed disk 14 to rotate, so as to drive the expansion net to rotate, thereby realizing the winding of the aquatic plants.
As an alternative embodiment, the expansion net comprises a plurality of clamping claws 17, the clamping claws 17 are rotationally connected to the bracket along the circumferential direction, an electric telescopic rod 18 is fixedly connected in the fixed disc 14, the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod 18 extends out of the fixed disc 14 and is fixedly connected with a fixed block 19, one end of the clamping claw 17 is hinged with the fixed block 19, and a net bag 20 is fixedly connected to the clamping claw 17.
In one embodiment of the invention, the clamping claws 17 are controlled to stretch and retract through the electric telescopic rods 18, so that the net bags 20 are driven to cover the aquatic weeds, and the aquatic weeds are wound on the net bags 20 by subsequent rotation.
As an alternative embodiment, the filter element comprises a plurality of bases 21, the bases 21 are fixedly connected to the bottom end inside the protective tube 5 along the circumferential direction, one end of a supporting plate 22 is hinged to the bases 21, a filter block 23 is fixedly connected to the supporting plate 22, when the supporting plates 22 rotate, the filter blocks 23 are spliced into a circular filter structure, and the supporting plate 22 is connected with the poking element.
In one embodiment of the invention, when the aquatic weed is pulled out, a large amount of sediment is stirred in the water in the blocked protective tube 5, the filter blocks 23 are spliced into a filter layer by unfolding the support plate 22, and when the protective tube 5 is lifted upwards, a large amount of sediment is blocked by the filter layer, so that the influence on the external water environment is reduced, and the influence on the subsequent aquatic weed pulling out is avoided.
As an alternative implementation mode, the stirring piece comprises a gas pipeline 24 arranged in the pipe wall of the protection pipe 5, gas is stored in the gas pipeline 24, two ends of the gas pipeline 24 are respectively and slidably connected with a sealing sliding block 25, one end of a first connecting rod 26 is fixedly connected to the sealing sliding block 25 at the bottom end, the other end of the first connecting rod 26 extends out of the gas pipeline 24 and is fixedly connected with a first top block 27, a plurality of guide grooves 28 are formed in the inner wall of the base 21, the first top block 27 is slidably connected with the guide grooves 28, and a second connecting rod 29 is hinged between the first top block 27 and the supporting plate 22.
In one embodiment of the present invention, gas is stored in the gas pipe 24 in a sealed manner, the sealing slide block 25 is pushed by the gas, and when moving, the first top block 27 is driven by the first connecting rod 26 to move vertically in the guide groove 28, and when the first top block 27 moves, the supporting plate 22 is driven by the second connecting rod 29 to rotate and spread, so that the filter layer is laid at the bottom end of the protection pipe 5.
As an alternative implementation manner, one end of the third connecting rod 30 is fixedly connected to the sealing sliding block 25 at the top end, the other end of the third connecting rod 30 extends out of the pipe wall of the protection pipe 5 and is fixedly connected with the second top block 31, the main support rod 6 is fixedly connected with the limiting ring 32, the protection pipe 5 is matched with the limiting ring 32, and the second top block 31 is in contact with the top end of the limiting ring 32.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the main supporting rod 6 moves upwards, the top end of the limiting ring 32 contacts with the second top block 31 to drive the second top block 31 to move upwards, and the second top block 31 drives the sealing slide block 25 to move through the third connecting rod 30, so as to push the other sealing slide block 25 to move, and the filter block at the bottom end of the protection tube 5 is unfolded.
As an alternative embodiment, a torsion spring is arranged between the support plate 22 and the inner wall of the protective tube 5, and two ends of the torsion spring are fixedly connected with the support plate 22 and the inner wall of the protective tube 5 respectively.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the support plate 22 is ensured to be retracted onto the wall of the protective tube 5 by a torsion spring (not shown).
As an alternative embodiment, a barbed silicone strip is disposed within the net bag 20.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the net bag 20 is preferably a nylon net bag, which is wear-resistant and tear-resistant, so as to ensure the overall service life, and a barb-shaped silica gel strip (not shown in the figure) is arranged in the net bag to increase friction force and prevent water from slipping.
As an alternative embodiment, the main support pole 6 is provided with a submarine light.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the main supporting pole 6 may be provided with a underwater detection lamp (not shown) for accurately positioning the position of the aquatic weed.
