In the invention, firstly, the tail gas enters the inner side of the filter tank 2 through the air inlet pipe 3, before entering the inner side of the spray tank 5, the tail gas needs to pass through the filter screen 42, the driving piece 46 is opened, the filter screen 42 can rotate at the inner side of the filter tank 2, in the continuous tail gas conveying process, the filter screen 42 rotates, the rotary rod 482 can rotate on the support frame 481 through the gear ring 43 and the rotary teeth 483, the cleaning brush 486 can clean the surface of the filter screen 42, the particles are prevented from being attached to the filter screen 42, the working effect of the filter screen 42 is influenced, the cleaning brush 493 can also reciprocate along the sliding rail 491 in the rotating process of the rotary rod 482, the cleaning operation of the particles on the surface of the cleaning brush 486 is ensured, the particles can drop into the inner side of the spray tank 5 after passing through the filter screen 42, the tail gas can fully contact with the spray liquid through the spray head 65, the first air conveying frame 60 can fully contact with the spray liquid through the first air nozzle 600, the second air nozzle 94 can fully contact the second air conveying frame 93, the second air conveying frame 93 can fully contact with the liquid, and finally the active carbon sediment can be fully cleaned in the filter tank 112 after the operation is discharged, and the active carbon sediment can be fully cleaned.
