Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the invention.
At present, in order to cope with various dangerous conditions existing in the oilfield drilling production operation process, a whistle alarm scheme is formulated, and the length and the times of manually sending out the whistle through a driller enable on-site staff to know dangerous information at the first time so as to quickly carry out disposal. However, as the drilling equipment is increased, the driller needs to operate other various equipment in the process of manually giving a whistle alarm, and the situation that the driller is busy and makes mistakes is unavoidable. How to make operators pay more attention to the equipment operation under emergency working conditions, so that the probability of avoiding misoperation is a technical problem to be solved in the industry at present.
In order to solve the above problems, in the present embodiment, an alarm device and method for petroleum drilling is provided, the device including an electric control part composed of an ac power source, a PLC module, a switching power source, an intermediate relay, an electromagnetic valve, an air source, an air whistle, and the like. The operation panel is composed of an emergency alarm switch A, an evacuation alarm switch B, a fire alarm switch C, a well control alarm switch D and an end signal button switch E. The operation panel is connected with the PLC module, and the PLC module is respectively connected with a 24V power supply, an intermediate relay and an electromagnetic valve. The air source is connected with the electromagnetic valve and the whistle through the air pipeline respectively.
The request module in the embodiment of the invention is an operation panel which can be operated by a user, obtains the alarm request based on each switch provided on the operation panel and generates a corresponding alarm instruction according to the alarm request, and is used for obtaining the termination request of the user and generating a termination instruction according to the termination request. For example, the first-aid alarm switch a, the evacuation alarm switch B, the fire alarm switch C and the well control alarm switch D can all obtain the corresponding alarm request of the user and can generate the corresponding alarm instruction, and the end signal button switch E can enable the user to terminate the alarm instruction, namely generate a termination request and a termination instruction. The main control module is a PLC module and is the core of the device. The alarm module is composed of an intermediate relay, an electromagnetic valve and a gas source and a whistle, wherein the electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the gas source, the intermediate relay is controlled by the PLC module to trigger the electromagnetic valve, and the gas source can drive the whistle to generate an alarm signal when the electromagnetic valve is conducted.
When an emergency situation needs to be treated, an operator starts an A emergency alarm instruction switch, after receiving a control instruction, the PLC module controls the suction time and time interval of the intermediate relay according to a written program to realize alarm, and after the suction air passage of the electromagnetic valve coil is controlled by the intermediate relay to be communicated, the whistle is driven to send an emergency alarm signal.
Because the process requirement of the design is not very large, the Siemens are adopted for small PLC modules S7-200, and the Siemens are programmed by special programming software STEP 7MicroWIN, and the programming is carried out according to the whistle length and the number of times of each emergency alarm, for example, the alarm sound of well control is three times and one time, the PLC module is required to output a direct current 24V signal to control the solenoid valve to be ventilated three times through programming, and then ventilation is carried out once for a long time, so that the whistle sends out the alarm signal conforming to the requirement, and the alarm can be automatically repeated after a certain time interval, each alarm can not conflict when being selected, and an interlocking function is designed in the program, namely, after one alarm is selected, other alarm switches are not used. When the exercise is finished, the alarm selection switch is stopped, and then the button E is pressed, so that the whistle sounds a short alarm sound to inform the staff in the well site of the alarm release. If the alarm select switch is in use, this button will not function even if pressed, thus preventing misoperation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the operation intensity of the driller on equipment can be greatly reduced, and the automatic circulation alarm function can be realized, so that the driller can be focused on operating a winch and other equipment after starting the alarm function, the whistle alarm can be more accurate, standard and standard, errors and non-standard caused by artificial whistle alarm can be avoided, and thus, all staff in a well site can accurately receive correct alarm signals under emergency conditions, and can quickly respond and respond to measures.
