In addition, in order to ensure that the residue enters the cleaning cylinder 310 from the cleaning hole, the diameter of the cleaning hole is larger than the maximum residue diameter, and in order to ensure that the cartridge filter 2 filters the camellia crude oil, the diameter of the filtering hole is required to be smaller than the diameter of the residue.

Further, in order to ensure that residues in a filtering space can enter a cleaning cylinder 310 through a cleaning hole, the cleaning unit 3 further comprises a blowing pump 303 and a sealing net 302, the sealing hole is coaxially formed in one end of the cleaning cylinder 310, which is close to the side wall of the filtering box 1, the sealing net 302 is slidably arranged on the sealing hole, the blowing pump 303 is arranged at one end of the cleaning cylinder 310, which is far away from the sealing net 302, the blowing pump 303 blows air towards one end of the sealing net 302, when the blowing pump 303 is arranged to work, the camellia crude oil in the cleaning cylinder 310 is sucked and pumped out towards the sealing net 302, so that the camellia crude oil in the cleaning cylinder 310 moves from the blowing pump 303 towards the sealing net 302, and flows out of the cleaning cylinder 310, and the camellia crude oil outside the cleaning cylinder 310 flows into the cleaning cylinder 310 from the cleaning hole due to air pressure difference, and the mesh diameter of the sealing net 302 is equal to the mesh diameter of the filtering hole, and the arrangement can ensure that the residues can not flow out of the cleaning cylinder 310 from the cleaning cylinder 310 to the cleaning cylinder 310 due to the fact that the residues flow out of the cleaning cylinder is arranged at the cleaning cylinder position.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the crude camellia oil in the cleaning barrel 310 can flow out of the cleaning barrel 310 through the sealing net 302, the sealing net 302 and the side wall of the closest filter box 1 are separated by a distance of 3cm-5cm, and the sealing net 302 and the side wall of the closest filter box 1 are reserved with a distance, so that the crude camellia oil in the cleaning barrel 310 can smoothly flow out of the cleaning barrel 310 through the sealing net 302.
It should be further noted that, because the cleaning hole is located between the air blowing pump 303 and the sealing net 302, in order to ensure that the camellia crude oil pumped out from the cleaning hole is not flowed out into the filtering space from the position of the cleaning hole just during the working period of the air blowing pump 303, the scheme further comprises a shielding block 4, the cleaning hole is obliquely arranged, the orifice of the cleaning hole faces the sealing net 302, the shielding block 4 is arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning barrel 310, the shielding block 4 is obliquely arranged, the inclined end of the shielding block 4 faces the sealing net 302, and because the shielding block 4 exists between the air blowing pump 303 and the orifice of the cleaning hole, the camellia crude oil pumped out from the air blowing pump 303 cannot directly flow out of the filtering space from the cleaning hole, and because the inclined end of the shielding block 4 faces the sealing net 302, the pumped camellia crude oil is further moved towards the direction of the sealing net 302 under the guidance of the inertia force and the shielding block 4, so that the pumped camellia crude oil is not flowed out from the position of the cleaning hole into the filtering space. And due to the inclined arrangement of the cleaning holes and the inclined direction facing the sealing net 302, the camellia crude oil flowing into the cleaning barrel 310 later flows toward the sealing net 302 under the inertial force and the force of the air blowing pump 303.
In order to remove residues in the cleaning cylinder 310, the cleaning unit 3 in this embodiment further includes a cleaning box 304 and a cleaning spring 305, the cleaning box 304 is sealed and penetrates through the top of the interior of the filter box 1, the interior of the cleaning box 304 is mutually communicated with the filtering space in the filter box 1, the end surface of the cleaning box 304 in the filter box 1 is in the same vertical plane with the sealing net 302, two ends of the cleaning spring 305 are respectively connected with the sealing net 302 and the cleaning cylinder 310, the sealing net 302 can lock or release the mutual matching relationship with the sealing hole, and it is noted that the highest level of camellia crude oil in the filtering space is lower than the lowest setting height of the cleaning box 304, and the projection position of the feed inlet 102 of the filter box 1 and the projection position of the cleaning box 304 are not overlapped from the vertical direction, so as to avoid camellia crude oil flowing into the feed inlet 102 from dropping onto the cleaning box 304. By providing the cleaning tank 304, when the residue in the cleaning cylinder 310 reaches a certain amount, the cleaning hydraulic rod 301 starts to work, the cleaning cylinder 310 is controlled to move towards the top, during the period that the cleaning cylinder 310 moves towards the top, the cleaning cylinder 310 moves to the liquid level of the camellia crude oil, the air pump 303 sucks the air in the cleaning cylinder 310 and pumps the air to the position of the sealing net 302, and then flows out of the cleaning cylinder 310 through the sealing net 302, the cleaning cylinder 310 continues to move towards the top, the sealing net 302 is abutted against the bottom surface of the cleaning tank 304, the cleaning cylinder 310 continues to move towards the top, the sealing net 302 does not move any more, the cleaning cylinder 310 continues to move towards the top until the sealing hole of the cleaning cylinder 310 is completely communicated with the interior of the cleaning tank 304, at this time, the cleaning cylinder 310 stops moving, and the residue in the cleaning cylinder 310 moves towards the interior of the cleaning tank 304 due to the wind force of the air pump 303, so that the residue in the cleaning cylinder 310 can move towards the interior of the cleaning tank 304 due to the wind force of the wind force. It should be noted that, when the air pump 303 pumps the camellia crude oil to the sealing net 302, and the camellia crude oil cannot flow out of the cleaning barrel 310 through the sealing net 302, there is an instant force, the force of the air pump 303 pushes the sealing net 302 to move along the axial direction of the cleaning barrel 310, then the flow direction of the camellia crude oil located in the cleaning barrel 310 begins to be disturbed, and the sealing net 302 is reset due to the force of the connecting spring 308 after losing the force of the air pump 303.
