As shown in fig. 1 to 9, a laser cutting and blanking device for steel pipe machining in an embodiment of the disclosure is shown.
The whole device architecture is that the core structure of the laser cutting and blanking device for processing the steel pipe 2 is unfolded around the frame 1, the frame 1 is used as a basic supporting component of the whole device, and a mounting platform and a stable support are provided for other components. On the frame 1, a laser generator 3 for cutting the steel pipe 2 is provided, which realizes precise cutting and punching of the steel pipe 2 by emitting a laser beam of high energy density. Meanwhile, the device further comprises a material frame 4, a suspension arm 5, a swing frame 6, clamping jaws 7 and other key components, and all the components work cooperatively to jointly complete a series of operations such as feeding, cutting, clamping and blanking of the steel pipe 2.
The material frame 4 is designed to be positioned below the laser generator 3, the structural form of the material frame 4 can be customized according to the specification of the steel pipe 2 commonly used in actual production, for example, for the steel pipe 2 with longer length, the material frame 4 can be correspondingly lengthened to ensure stable bearing. The material rack 4 is usually provided with a plurality of supporting points or supporting surfaces, and the layout of the supporting structures is carefully designed to uniformly disperse the weight of the steel pipe 2, so as to avoid deformation of the steel pipe 2 caused by overlarge local stress. In addition, in order to facilitate the feeding and moving of the steel pipe 2 on the material frame 4, the surface of the material frame 4 may be smooth, or rolling devices such as rollers 23, balls, etc. may be installed to further reduce the friction between the steel pipe 2 and the material frame 4.
The principle is explained that the main function of the material rack 4 is to provide a feed channel and a temporary placement area for the steel pipes 2. During the feeding process, the steel tube 2 is moved along the surface of the work or material rest 4 by means of an external force such as manual pushing, mechanical transmission, etc. or by means of a rolling device to below the laser generator 3 until reaching a preset cutting position.
The feeding device has the technical effects that the arrangement of the material rack 4 enables the feeding process of the steel pipe 2 to be smoother and stable, and improves the feeding efficiency. Meanwhile, through reasonable support structure design, the steel pipe 2 is effectively protected from damage in the feeding process, the quality of the steel pipe 2 is guaranteed, and a good foundation is laid for subsequent cutting and processing.
The boom 5 is arranged in a sliding way up and down relative to the material rack 4, and is positioned at the tail end of the material rack 4 along the advancing direction of the steel pipe 2. The boom 5 is typically made of a high strength metal material with sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand various forces that may be generated during operation, such as self-gravity, the weight of the jaw 7 and the steel pipe 2, and inertial forces during movement. The up-down sliding mechanism of the suspension arm 5 can take various forms, such as a common guide rail sliding block structure, and accurate up-down displacement control is realized through transmission components such as a motor, a screw rod and the like. In addition, in order to achieve sliding along the advancing direction of the steel pipe 2, the boom 5 may be mounted on a base movable along this direction, the base being connected to the frame 1 by means of linear slides or other guiding means and equipped with corresponding driving means, such as electric pushers, servomotors, chain drives, etc.
The principle is explained that the up-down sliding function of the suspension arm 5 enables the clamping jaw 7 to flexibly adjust the position of the clamping jaw according to steel pipes 2 with different pipe diameters or different cutting height requirements, and ensures that the clamping jaw 7 can accurately contact with the steel pipes 2 and carry out clamping operation. The sliding along the advancing direction of the steel pipe 2 enables the suspension arm 5 to move within a certain range of the tail end of the material frame 4 according to the length of the steel pipe 2 and the change of the cutting position, thereby realizing the omnibearing operation of the steel pipes 2 with different specifications. This design principle is based on the pursuit of flexibility and adaptability of the device, aiming at meeting diversified production requirements.
The double sliding function of the suspension arm 5 remarkably enhances the adaptability of the device to steel pipes 2 with different specifications, and accurate operation can be realized through flexible adjustment of the suspension arm 5 no matter the pipe diameter is changed or the lengths of the steel pipes 2 are different. The device not only improves the universality of the device, but also further improves the efficiency and quality of the whole processing process.
The swing frame 6 is structurally designed in such a way that the swing frame 6 swings up and down relative to the suspension arm 5, and a swing mechanism of the swing frame is generally connected with the suspension arm 5 in a hinged manner and is provided with a corresponding driving device such as an electric cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or a rotating motor so as to realize accurate swing angle control. The shape and size of the swing frame 6 are designed according to the installation requirement of the clamping jaw 7 and the relative position relation with the steel pipe 2, and are generally metal frame structures with certain strength and rigidity, so that the clamping jaw 7 can be stably carried and required force can be transferred in the swing process.
The principle is explained that the up-and-down swinging function of the swinging frame 6 is mainly used for adjusting the height of the tail end of the steel pipe 2 and the direction of the axial lead of the steel pipe 2 so as to adapt to different position requirements of the steel pipe 2.
The clamping device has the advantages that the clamping stability of the tail end of the steel pipe 2 during height adjustment is effectively improved, and the steel pipe 2 is prevented from slipping.
The clamping jaw 7 is structurally designed in such a way that the clamping jaw 7 is arranged on the swing frame 6 in a sliding manner and is close to one side of the steel pipe 2. The specific structure form of the clamping jaw 7 can be designed according to the material and pipe diameter of the clamped steel pipe 2 and the required clamping force. The common clamping jaw 7 structure comprises two clamping arms which are symmetrically arranged, and the inner side surfaces of the clamping arms can be specially designed according to the shape of the steel pipe 2, so that the clamping stability is improved. The sliding mechanism of the clamping jaw 7 can adopt a mode of matching a linear guide rail with a sliding block, and the opening and closing actions of the clamping jaw 7 are realized through driving components such as a motor, a screw rod or an air cylinder, namely, the clamping jaw 7 is close to and fixed or is not fixed and is far away from the steel pipe 2.
The principle is explained that the working principle of the clamping jaw 7 is based on the mechanical clamping principle, and the opening and closing movement of the clamping jaw 7 is realized through a sliding mechanism. When the steel pipe 2 needs to be clamped, the clamping jaw 7 slides towards the steel pipe 2 under the action of the driving component, the two clamping arms gradually approach and clamp the steel pipe 2, and the steel pipe 2 is firmly fixed in the clamping jaw 7 by utilizing friction force between the clamping arms and the steel pipe 2 and proper clamping force. When the steel pipe 2 needs to be released, the clamping jaw 7 slides reversely, and the clamping arm releases the steel pipe 2. The design principle aims to realize reliable clamping and releasing of the steel pipe 2 and ensure the stability of the steel pipe 2 in the transferring process.
The technical effect is that the accurate sliding and reliable clamping function of the clamping jaw 7 is to prevent the steel pipe 2 from slipping when the tail end height of the steel pipe 2 is adjusted.
In the actual working process, firstly, the steel pipe 2 to be processed is placed on the material frame 4, and the steel pipe 2 is conveyed to the lower part of the laser generator 3 for punching and cutting operation through the feeding function of the material frame 4. After the cutting is completed, the boom 5 performs accurate position adjustment by sliding up and down and sliding along the advancing direction of the steel pipe 2 according to the actual condition of the steel pipe 2, so that the swing frame 6 and the clamping jaw 7 move to a proper position. Then, the swing frame 6 swings up and down to further adjust the height of the steel pipe 2 and the height of the tail end of the steel pipe 2, thereby ensuring that the clamping jaw 7 firmly clamps the steel pipe 2.
Through the cooperative work of the components, the laser cutting and blanking device for processing the steel pipe 2 effectively solves the problem that the tailings of the steel pipe 2 in the prior art are scattered everywhere in the transportation process. The material rack 4 ensures smooth feeding and accurate positioning of the steel pipes 2, the flexible adjustment functions of the suspension arm 5 and the swing frame 6 enable the clamping jaw 7 to adapt to the steel pipes 2 with different specifications and placement states, and the reliable clamping of the clamping jaw 7 ensures the stability of the steel pipes 2 in the transferring process, so that the manual cleaning workload is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, the working site is tidier and orderly, the whole production management level is improved, and the steel pipe conveying device has remarkable technical advantages and practical application value.
The device is suitable for square pipes and round pipes in the steel pipes 2, in this example, as shown in fig. 1, the boom 5 is located above the material rack 4, and the boom 5 may also be disposed below the material rack 4 (not shown in the figure, the boom 5 slides upwards from below the material rack 4, so as to complete the present step of operation.
In some examples, the number, structure and clamping form of the clamping jaws 7 are refined, the boom 5 is arranged in a sliding manner in a vertically lifting manner and in a sliding manner along the advancing direction of the steel pipe 2, the number of the clamping jaws 7 is two, the clamping jaws 7 are symmetrically distributed on the swing frame 6, the clamping jaws 7 are provided with two clamping portions 8 which are arranged in an included angle manner, and the clamping portions 8 are arranged to clamp or cancel clamping of the steel pipe 2 after the clamping jaws 7 slide. A plurality of protruding blocks 9 are arranged on one side of the clamping part 8, which is close to the outer wall of the steel pipe 2, at intervals.
For example, as shown in fig. 1-3, the boom 5 is arranged above the material frame 4, two clamping jaws 7 are symmetrically distributed vertically, when the steel tube 2 on the material frame 4 is moved to the laser generator 3 for cutting, after the cutting is completed, an external force is applied to drive the boom 5 to slide downwards until the center line of the steel tube 2 is positioned at the middle position of the two clamping jaws 7, the boom 5 stops sliding vertically, at the moment, the swing frame 6 is positioned at the tail end of the steel tube 2, then the boom 5 slides towards the direction close to the tail end for a certain distance under the drive of the external force and stops sliding, at the moment, the two clamping jaws 7 are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the tail end of the steel tube 2, then the two clamping jaws 7 slide towards the direction close to each other until the protruding blocks 9 are in extrusion contact with the outer wall of the steel tube 2, and clamping of the steel tube 2 is completed.
