The first clamping ring 8 is away from the first clamping groove 9, and the second clamping ring 12 is away from the second clamping groove 13, and the reinforcing blocks 17 are fixedly arranged at the ends of the first clamping ring 8 and the second clamping ring 12, so that the strength of the first clamping ring 8 and the second clamping ring 12 is improved.
