In the related art, during the operation of the conveyor belt, the condition of sagging deformation can easily occur along with the time, which causes the problem that the conveyor belt and the roller slip or even fall off, and the production beat cannot be satisfied.
Therefore, in order to solve the problems in the related art, the roller assemblies are arranged on the conveying belt and are propped against the supporting piece below the conveying belt, so that the conveying belt is supported to the part below, the probability of sagging deformation of the conveying belt is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
The conveying device can be used for conveying battery shells, such as square shells, cylindrical shells or other objects needing to be fixed on a conveying belt, such as boxes or electronic products.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the invention, a conveying apparatus 100 includes a conveying belt 10, a roller assembly 30 and a supporting member 40, wherein the conveying belt 10 is in a closed loop and rotatably disposed, the roller assembly 30 is disposed on an outer surface of the conveying belt 10, and the supporting member 40 is disposed on one side of the conveying belt 10 in a first direction to support a peripheral side of the roller assembly 30.
It will be appreciated that the conveyor belt 10 is closed loop and is driven or manually driven by the drive assembly 70 to rotate in its circumferential direction. The conveyor belt 10 here has an oval ring shape, which is spread by the two rollers 73, and the outer surface of the conveyor belt 10 is the surface facing away from the rollers 73. When the conveyor belt 10 is in use, the roller 73 is used as a boundary and is divided into two parts, wherein the upper part in the vertical direction is the upper surface of the conveyor belt 10, and the lower part is the lower surface of the conveyor belt 10. The first direction is the vertical direction, and the supporting member 40 is located on one side of the conveyor belt 10 in the first direction, that is, below the lower surface of the conveyor belt 10 in the vertical direction when in the use state.
The roller assembly 30 is arranged on the outer surface of the conveyer belt 10 and rotates along with the conveyer belt 10, when the conveyer belt 10 drives the roller assembly 30 to move to the lower side, the roller assembly 30 can be abutted against the supporting piece 40, and the supporting piece 40 supports the roller assembly 30, so that the roller assembly 30 abuts against the conveyer belt 10, and sagging deformation of the conveyer belt 10 is effectively prevented. Here, the roller assembly 30 may rotate relative to the conveyor belt 10 while being abutted against the support 40 to reduce friction, thereby improving efficiency. The form of the support member 40 is not limited, and it is only necessary to have a surface for abutting against the roller assembly 30. In one example, the supporting member 40 has a plate shape, and in another example, the supporting member 40 may have a frame or a block shape. The support member 40 may be placed directly on the ground or may be secured to the ground by a securing structure so that it is positioned below the lower surface of the conveyor belt 10.
Therefore, the conveying device 100 of the invention is matched with the supporting piece 40 through the roller assembly 30, so that the roller assembly 30 is propped against the lower surface of the conveying belt 10, sagging deformation of the lower surface of the conveying belt 10 is effectively prevented, the service life of the conveying belt 10 can be prolonged, the slipping and falling-off conditions of the conveying belt 10 are reduced, the production beat is satisfied, and the production efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the invention, the roller assembly 30 includes a fixing frame 31 and a roller 33, one end of the fixing frame 31 is connected to the conveyor belt 10, the roller 33 is rotatably connected to the other end of the fixing frame 31 far from the conveyor belt 10, and the roller 33 is located at the middle of the conveyor belt 10 in the width direction.
The fixing frame 31 is used for mounting the roller 33 on the conveyor belt 10, and the form of the fixing frame 31 is not limited, and in an example, the fixing frame 31 is a rod body, the roller 33 can be mounted on a surface of the conveyor belt 10 at a certain distance through a cross rod or a vertical rod, or the fixing frame 31 is a plate body structure. The roller 33 is rotatably connected to the other end of the fixing frame 31 away from the conveyor belt 10, and the rotatable connection structure may be a shaft hole matching structure, a bearing matching structure, or the like, which is not limited herein. The fixing frame 31 may be detachably connected to the conveyor belt 10, or may be fixedly connected to the conveyor belt, which is not limited herein. The width direction of the conveyor belt 10 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the conveyor belt 10, that is, the axial direction when the rollers 73 support the conveyor belt 10. The middle part of the conveyor belt 10 in the width direction, that is, the middle point of the conveyor belt 10 in the width direction and a position at a distance from the middle point, the distance value here may be set according to the axial dimension of the roller 33 so that the middle part in the axial direction of the roller 33 corresponds to the middle part of the conveyor belt 10 in the width direction.
Therefore, the roller 33 is located at the middle of the conveyor belt 10 in the width direction, and can act against the middle of the conveyor belt 10 when abutting against the supporting member 40, thereby providing a more balanced and stable support for the conveyor belt 10, and further reducing the deflection and deformation of the conveyor belt 10.

The fixing frame 31 includes a base 311 and a vertical beam 312, and in an example, the base 311 is plate-shaped, the vertical beam 312 is also plate-shaped, and is perpendicular to the base 311, the roller 33 is rotatably connected to one side surface of the vertical beam 312, and is far away from the end of the base 311, and the base 311 with the structure can increase the connection area with the conveyor belt 10, improve the connection stability, and reduce the load of the conveyor belt 10. In another example, the base 311 may be in a block shape or other shapes, and the vertical beam 312 may be in a rod shape or other shapes.
In still another example, when the center of the base 311 coincides with the center of the belt 10 in the width direction, the vertical beam 312 may be provided at a position slightly offset from the center of the base 311, so that the roller 33 is located at the center of the base 311, that is, at the center of the belt 10 in the width direction, providing a balanced support.
The base 311 of the fixing frame 31 is detachably mounted on the conveyor belt 10, for example, in threaded connection, snap connection, etc., so that maintenance and replacement of the roller assembly 30 can be performed as needed, thereby improving convenience and supporting effect.
Referring to fig. 3 again, in an embodiment of the invention, at least one side surface of the vertical beam 312 is provided with a reinforcing rib 313, and one end of the reinforcing rib 313 abuts against the base 311;
and/or the base 311 is provided with a connecting hole 3111, the conveyor belt 10 is provided with a mounting hole 11, and the conveyor belt 10 and the base 311 are threaded through the connecting hole 3111 and the mounting hole 11 by a locking member.
When the vertical beam 312 and the base 311 are both plate bodies, in order to strengthen the connection strength of the vertical beam 312, a reinforcing rib 313 is provided on the side surface of the vertical beam 312, and the reinforcing rib 313 may be plate-shaped or bar-shaped, and has a substantially triangular cross section. In order to strengthen the connection strength between the base 311 and the vertical beam 312, one side of the reinforcing rib 313 extends toward the base 311 and abuts against the base 311, thereby improving the structural stability of the fixing frame 31. In an example, the vertical beam 312, the base 311 and the reinforcing ribs 313 are integrally formed, so that the structural strength is further improved, and the supporting effect on the roller 33 is improved. In another example, the reinforcing ribs 313 may be provided on opposite sides of the vertical beam 312 to further improve structural stability.
The structural stability of the fixing frame 31 can be improved by the arrangement of the reinforcing ribs 313 to further improve the sagging preventing effect of the supporting conveyer belt 10.
Under the condition that the reinforcing ribs 313 are or are not arranged, the base 311 is in threaded connection with the conveyor belt 10, the base 311 is provided with a connecting hole 3111, the conveyor belt 10 is provided with a mounting hole 11, and locking pieces, such as bolts and nuts, are used for penetrating the connecting hole 3111 and the mounting hole 11 to realize threaded connection. The number of the coupling holes 3111 and the mounting holes 11 may be plural and one-to-one, thereby further improving coupling stability.
In one embodiment of the invention, the surface of the roller 33 is provided as a wear layer.

Or in another example, the material of the roller 33 is not limited, and only a wear-resistant layer is provided on the surface of the roller 33, for example, the material of the roller 33 is wood, and a wear-resistant material, such as an alloy or polyurethane, is plated or wrapped on the surface of the roller 33 to form the wear-resistant layer.
The wear-resisting layer can improve the wear resistance of the roller 33, reduce the wear of the roller 33, further improve the supporting effect, prevent the sagging deformation of the conveyor belt 10, and prolong the service life of the conveying device 100.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the invention, a plurality of roller assemblies 30 are provided, and the plurality of roller assemblies 30 are disposed on the surface of the conveyor belt 10 at intervals along the rotation direction of the conveyor belt 10.
The roller assembly 30 is provided in plural, for example, three or more, and a plurality of intervals are provided on the surface of the conveyor belt 10, thereby increasing the supporting area and supporting force for the conveyor belt 10, further improving the supporting effect, and further preventing sagging deformation of the conveyor belt 10. In one embodiment of the invention, the side surface of the support 40 facing the conveyor belt 10 is planar and provided with a smooth layer.
The surface of the support member 40 facing the conveyor belt 10 is planar, which can provide uniform support to the multi-roller assembly 30, and promote uniformity of the supporting effect at various positions of the conveyor belt 10. In one example, the support member 40 is plate-shaped with two parallel surfaces, and both surfaces are planar, such that a bottom surface or other structure provides a smooth support to the side of the support member 40 facing away from the conveyor belt 10 to promote the supporting effect of the support member 40. When the surface of the supporting member 40 facing the conveyor belt 10 is a plane, the plane is further provided with a smooth layer, for example, the supporting member 40 is made of aluminum or ceramic, and the surface thereof is the smooth layer. Or the material of the supporting member 40 is not limited, and a smoother material, such as metal or ceramic, is laid on the surface thereof, so that a smoother layer is formed. The support 40 of this structure can reduce friction force, so that the operation of the conveyor belt 10 is smoother, and the efficiency is improved.

In an example, the fixing base 50 may be provided with a sliding groove, and the edge of the supporting member 40 is provided with a sliding block, and the sliding block and the sliding groove slide cooperatively, and may be fixed at a certain height by a locking member. In another example, the fixing base 50 is provided with a plurality of holes spaced along the vertical direction, the edge of the supporting member 40 is correspondingly provided with holes, a certain hole of the fixing base 50 and a hole of the supporting member 40 are sequentially penetrated through the locking member, so that the supporting member 40 is fixed at a certain height, and the height of the supporting member 40 is adjusted by changing the penetrated holes of the fixing base 50.
The supporting degree of the roller assembly 30 and the conveyor belt 10 can be adjusted by the height-adjustable arrangement of the supporting member 40, and the supporting height can be reduced according to the use time to compensate for the reduction of the supporting height caused by abrasion, so that the service life of the conveying device 100 can be prolonged, and the production takt can be satisfied.

The roller assemblies 30 support against the lower surface of the conveying belt 10, so that sagging deformation of the lower surface of the conveying belt 10 is effectively prevented, the service life of the conveying belt 10 can be prolonged, the slipping and falling conditions of the conveying belt 10 are reduced, the production takt is met, and the production efficiency is improved. Referring to fig. 1 again, in an embodiment of the invention, the conveying device 100 further includes a tray assembly 20 disposed on the outer surface of the conveying belt 10 and spaced apart from the roller assembly 30 for supporting the battery case 800.
The tray assembly 20 is disposed on the outer surface of the conveyor belt 10 and can rotate along with the conveyor belt 10, and when the tray assembly 20 is moved to the upper surface of the conveyor belt 10, the tray assembly is used for supporting the battery case 800, so that the battery case 800 can perform various tests or transfer between various processes. The tray assembly 20 may be fixedly attached to the conveyor belt 10, such as by adhesive, or may be removably attached to the conveyor belt 10, such as by a threaded or snap-fit connection. The structural form of the tray assembly 20 is not limited, and for example, may be a tray structure, a positioning block structure, a clamping jaw structure, or the like, and may be designed as needed. The tray assembly 20 is spaced apart from the wheel assembly 30 such that the wheel assembly 30 does not interfere with the battery case 800. It will be appreciated that the height of the roller assemblies 30 is greater than the height of the tray assemblies 20 so that the tray assemblies 20 do not contact the support members 40 when the tray assemblies 20 are rotated to the lower surface of the conveyor belt 10, reducing wear on the tray assemblies 20.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the tray assembly 20 includes two supporting portions 21 disposed at intervals, the two supporting portions 21 are used for supporting the battery case 800 together, and a distance between the two supporting portions 21 is adjustable.
The shapes of the two supporting parts 21 may be the same or different, and the connection manner between the two supporting parts 21 and the battery case may be a snap connection, a plug connection, or the like, which is not limited herein. In an example, each supporting portion 21 includes a body and two clamping portions movably disposed on the body, and the two clamping portions are slidably disposed between each other, so that the two clamping portions can be inserted into the housing to perform a fixing function, and the two clamping portions can be adjusted to adapt to housings with different widths. So, square casing can be fixed through four joint portion butt four apex angles of two portion 21 that hold in palm for the fixed convenient and fast of casing promotes production efficiency. In an example, the body is further provided with a supporting part, so that the supporting part is abutted against the lower end face of the shell, and the fixing stability is further improved. The adjustable distance between the two supporting parts 21 means that the distance between the two supporting parts 21 in the length direction of the conveyor belt 10 is adjustable, for example, the supporting parts 21 are connected with the conveyor belt 10 in a sliding manner, and the distance between the two supporting parts 21 is adjusted by sliding the supporting parts 21, or the supporting parts 21 are detachably connected with the conveyor belt 10, and different distances are realized by different assembly positions, which is not limited herein.
Here, the distance between the two holders 21 can be adjusted, and the battery case 800 having different length dimensions can be supported by changing the distance between the two holders, thereby further improving compatibility.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of fixing holes 13 are formed on the surface of the conveyor belt 10, and the plurality of fixing holes 13 are spaced along the extending direction of the conveyor belt 10, and each supporting portion 21 is detachably connected to one of the fixing holes 13 to adjust the distance between the two supporting portions 21.
The shape of the plurality of fixing holes 13 may be circular or square or irregular, etc., and is determined according to the connection mode. In an example, the fixing hole 13 is circular, and each supporting portion 21 is provided with a corresponding threaded hole, and the supporting portions 21 and the conveyor belt 10 are connected through threads, so that when the two supporting portions 21 are connected, the distance between the two supporting portions 21 can be determined. The adjustment of the distance between the two is achieved by removing at least one of the middle brackets 21 and mounting it in the fixing hole 13 at another location. In another example, the fixing hole 13 may be a fastening hole, and the supporting portion 21 is correspondingly provided with a fastener, and is fastened in the fastening hole by the fastener, so as to realize detachable connection of the two. In other examples, the fixing holes 13 may be provided in two rows, that is, the number of the fixing holes 13 is two in the width direction of the conveyor belt 10, so as to improve the connection stability with the supporting portion 21 and improve the fixing stability of the housing.
The distance between the two support parts 21 can be adjusted by detachably connecting the support parts 21 with a plurality of different fixing holes 13 arranged side by side, such as threaded connection, plugging or buckling connection.
The invention also provides a battery detection system (not shown), which comprises a detection device and any conveying device 100, wherein the detection device is arranged above the conveying device 100. Since the conveying device 100 of the battery detection system is any conveying device 100 as described above, all the technical solutions of all the embodiments are adopted, so that the conveying device at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments, and the description thereof is omitted herein.
