Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine oral composition for treating vitiligo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Vitiligo is a disease caused by idiopathic injury of acquired organism melanocytes, which is caused by the fact that the melanocytes cannot normally exert their physiological effects under the action of one or more reasons, resulting in systemic or local depigmentation of skin. The skin injury part is mainly obvious different from the normal skin color of the organism. The disease has a global incidence of 0.5% -2%, is a widely-existing skin pigment loss disease, and is directly caused by that the skin damage part causes hair follicles or functional melanocytes in skin tissues to not normally exert physiological effects, so that the skin is generalized or has local skin leukoplakia.
Because the pathogenesis of the vitiligo is not completely elucidated, a specific medicine for completely curing the vitiligo is not available at present, the existing treatment methods such as phototherapy, medicine treatment, transplantation treatment and the like have certain effects, but the monotherapy often has difficult to achieve ideal effects, and in addition, the existing treatment medicines such as calcineurin inhibitors, glucocorticoid, vitamin D3 derivatives and the like have no indication of the vitiligo, and the problems of large side effects exist. Although new technologies such as JAK inhibitors, hair follicle melanocyte transplantation, etc. have emerged in recent years, efficacy evaluation and clinical application and popularization of these technologies still face challenges, for example, safety and long-term efficacy of JAK inhibitors still require more clinical observation and research. The vitiligo treatment usually takes a long time to take effect, the curative effect varies from person to person, the compound color effect is poor after partial patients are treated, even recrudescence occurs, and according to statistics, about 40% of patients relapse within one year after treatment, and the compound color rate is lower. Thus, even if the condition is controlled after treatment, it may recur or spread due to various causative factors, requiring continued, long-term attention and management, and even if the condition is controlled during treatment, white spots may reappear once the treatment is stopped. The existing treatment method can not fundamentally eliminate the cause of disease, only can temporarily control the condition of the patient, and in addition, patients with vitiligo often generate anxiety, sped, dysphoria and other emotions due to the influence of the condition, the emotion fluctuation can prolong the treatment period, increase the treatment difficulty, and the treatment cost is higher, especially for patients needing long-term treatment, the economic burden is higher.
The traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine for treating the vitiligo comprise vitiligo pills (capsules), bailing tablets, white erosion pills, tablets at Bai Babu-stage of expelling, compound vernonia anthelmintica tablets and the like, but the traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine are difficult to achieve consistent ideal states in multiple factors such as using effect, treatment period, economic cost and the like, so that the clinical application and popularization are limited. Therefore, a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating the vitiligo is urgently needed, the use effect is obviously improved, the treatment time is shortened, and the recurrence is reduced.

Experimental example
The clinical efficacy of the oral Chinese medicinal composition obtained in example 3 for treating vitiligo is evaluated. 45 patients who are diagnosed with vitiligo according to the diagnosis standard of the diagnosis and treatment consensus (2021 edition) issued by the national institute of Chinese and Western medicine and who are in the clinic of Beijing traditional Chinese medicine hospitals from 1 month of 2023 to 1 month of 2024 are observed, 45 patients are orally taken according to the oral scheme of the traditional Chinese medicine, simultaneously, the oral scheme is matched with the irradiation of narrow-spectrum UVB for 1 time per week, 6 months (24 weeks) are taken as an observation period, the area score index (VASI) of vitiligo is taken as a main observation index, and the nimodipine method is adopted to calculate the change rate of the area score index (VASI) of the main observation index before and after treatment, so that the curative effect evaluation is carried out.
Nimodipine method calculation formula, efficacy index (n) = (pre-treatment VASI score-post-treatment VASI score)/pre-treatment VASI score x 100%.
Recovery, namely, the white spots completely recover the normal skin color;
The effect is obvious that white spots are obviously reduced and pigment is regenerated (n is more than or equal to 50 percent);
Effective that white spots have reduced and regenerated pigment (50% > n is more than or equal to 10%);
No white spots were reduced and pigment was regenerated (n < 10%).
The results are shown in Table 1.
