The existing book trimming machine is basically semi-automatic equipment, the intelligent degree is low, excessive manual intervention is needed in the using process, the production efficiency is limited, the requirement of automatic production cannot be met, and therefore the full-automatic three-sided book trimming machine needs to be developed.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the full-automatic three-sided book trimming machine which has high degree of automation, can automatically complete the operations of feeding, trimming, clamping, fixing, cutting and blanking of books, greatly improves the production efficiency, and has practicability and wide use.

A full-automatic three-side book trimming machine comprises a control module, a book output assembly, a book input assembly, a book pushing assembly, a book trimming assembly, a book pressing assembly, an end face book trimming assembly, a side book trimming assembly, a transmission mechanism, a waste collecting area and a frame, wherein books are sequentially trimmed by the book input assembly, the book trimming assembly, the book pushing assembly, the book pressing assembly, the end face book trimming assembly and the side book trimming assembly until the books are moved out of the book output assembly.
The control module is used for adjusting and controlling the working flow of the whole book cutting machine;
the book input assembly is used for controlling automatic and stable book conveying operation;
the book arranging assembly is used for arranging stacked books to keep the books in a certain state;
the book pushing assembly is used for clamping and conveying books and pushing the books to a setting area required by cutting;
the book pressing assembly is used for fixing books so as to cut the books;
the end face book cutting assembly is used for cutting and forming two end faces of a book;
the side book cutting assembly is used for cutting and forming one side of the book;
the book output assembly is used for moving out the book after cutting;
the transmission mechanism is used for outputting a power source to the control end face book cutting assembly and the side book cutting assembly;
the waste collection area is used for collecting waste generated after cutting.
Preferably, the book input assembly comprises a conveying channel, wherein a push rod is arranged in the conveying channel, a jacking conveying mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the push rod, a first cylinder and a sensor are arranged on one side of the conveying channel, the position of a book is detected through the sensor, the position of the book when the book is input is controlled through the first cylinder, and the push rod is driven to execute up-down and front-back actions through the jacking conveying mechanism, so that the push rod smoothly completes automatic book feeding operation.

The side surface trimming assembly comprises a sliding plate, a second cylinder, a rotating shaft and a trimming brush, wherein the sliding plate is provided with a rotating shaft mounting seat, the rotating shaft is arranged on the rotating shaft mounting seat, the trimming brush is arranged on the rotating shaft, the second cylinder is arranged on the sliding plate, a connecting block is connected between the second cylinder and the rotating shaft, the second cylinder drives the rotating shaft to rotate through the connecting block, and the trimming brush is adjusted to be in a state through rotation of the rotating shaft, so that trimming operation of the side surface of a book is completed by the trimming brush.
The adjusting assembly comprises a motor II, a synchronous belt wheel assembly, a screw rod II and a guide rail sliding block assembly, wherein the motor II drives the screw rod II to rotate through the synchronous belt wheel assembly, the sliding plate is connected with the screw rod II, the screw rod II drives the sliding plate to move along the guide rail sliding block assembly, and the motor II drives the sliding plate to move through the action of the motor II, so that the whole side surface tidy assembly moves, the position of the tidying brush can be adjusted for books of different types and sizes, and the tidying operation of the side surface of the book can be accurately completed through the tidying brush.
The book pushing assembly comprises a pushing mechanism and a clamping mechanism, wherein the clamping mechanism is connected with the pushing mechanism, the pushing mechanism comprises a motor III, a driving wheel, a conveying belt, an auxiliary wheel and sliding supports, the driving wheel is arranged on the motor III, the motor III drives the conveying belt and the auxiliary wheel to rotate through the driving wheel, the number of the sliding supports is two, the two sliding supports are respectively arranged on two sides of the conveying belt, sliding rails are arranged on the inner sides of the sliding supports, sliding blocks are arranged on the sliding rails and are connected with the conveying belt, stability in the moving process of the conveying belt is improved through the action of the sliding rails and the sliding blocks, the driving wheel is prevented from being excessively dithered, the book pushing mechanism is cheap, and the moving of the clamping mechanism is more stable, and the state consistency in the moving process of books is ensured.
The clamping mechanism comprises a cylinder III, a mounting plate and a bottom plate, wherein a fixing block is arranged on the cylinder III, a stand column, an inserting rod and a lower clamping plate are arranged on the bottom plate, the lower end of the inserting rod is connected with a conveyor belt, a swinging rod is arranged on the stand column, two ends of the swinging rod are connected with the fixing block and the mounting plate, an upper clamping plate mounting seat is arranged on the mounting plate, an upper clamping plate is arranged on the upper clamping plate mounting seat, contact surfaces of the upper clamping plate mounting seat and the upper clamping plate are of tooth surface structures, the design of the tooth surface structures increases the stability of the upper clamping plate after the upper clamping plate and the upper clamping plate mounting seat are installed, meanwhile, the position of the upper clamping plate is convenient to adjust, and meanwhile, the clamping mechanism moves along the conveyor belt through the action of the inserting rod.
The bottom of the upper clamping plate mounting seat is connected with the lower clamping plate, the third air cylinder drives the swing rod, the mounting plate, the upper clamping plate mounting seat, the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate to move sequentially through the fixing block, the two sides of the upper clamping plate are provided with the baffle plates, and the side surfaces of books are tidy through the effect of the baffle plates.

Referring to fig. 1 to 16, a full-automatic three-sided book trimming machine comprises a control module 2, a book output assembly 3, a book input assembly 5, a book pushing assembly 6, a book trimming assembly 7, a book pressing assembly 8, an end-sided book trimming assembly 9, a side-sided book trimming assembly 10, a transmission mechanism, a waste collecting area 4 and a frame 11.
The books sequentially pass through the book input assembly 5, the book arranging assembly 7, the book pushing assembly 6, the book pressing assembly 8, the end face book cutting assembly 9 and the side book cutting assembly 10 to be cut and then are moved out of the book output assembly 3.
The control module 2 is used for adjusting and controlling the working flow of the whole book cutting machine.
The book input assembly 5 is used for controlling automatic and stable book conveying operation.
The book arranging assembly 7 is used for arranging stacked books so as to keep the books in a certain state.
The book pushing assembly 6 is used for clamping and conveying books and pushing the books to a setting area required by cutting.
The book pressing assembly 8 is used for fixing books so that the books can be cut.
The end face book cutting assembly 9 is used for cutting and forming two end faces of a book.
The side book block 10 is used for cutting and forming one side of a book.

Further, the book input assembly 5 includes a conveying channel 5, a push rod 16 is disposed in the conveying channel 5, a lifting conveying mechanism (not shown) is mounted at the bottom of the push rod 16, and a first cylinder 17 and a sensor 18 are disposed at one side of the conveying channel 5.
