Abstract
The disclosure provides an integrated cooking stove and a heat dissipation and exhaust structure thereof, wherein the heat dissipation and exhaust structure of the integrated cooking stove comprises a hot steam pipe, an exhaust box and a heat dissipation channel, a heat dissipation outlet of the heat dissipation channel and a hot steam outlet of the hot steam pipe are arranged in the exhaust box, the heat dissipation outlet surrounds the periphery of the hot steam pipe, and the pipe diameter of the heat dissipation outlet is larger than that of the hot steam outlet. The heat dissipation channel structure is arranged around the hot steam pipe in a surrounding mode, the bottom section area is larger than the top section area, and therefore when heat dissipation airflow is discharged to the exhaust cavity, the airflow direction is changed from original horizontal discharge to vertical upward. The change of the air flow direction ensures that the heat dissipation air flow does not impact the exhaust cavity, avoids the phenomenon that the air flow turns in the cavity, and reduces the eddy in the cavity. Meanwhile, as the two air flows have the same direction, the problem that the radiating air flow acts as an air curtain to prevent the hot steam from being discharged from the hot steam outlet is also eliminated.
Description
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of integrated cooking stoves, in particular to an integrated cooking stove and a heat dissipation and exhaust structure thereof.
Background
An integrated cooking hob is a hob integrating a hob (mainly a gas hob) with a cooking device (e.g. a steam box, an oven or a steaming and baking all-in-one machine, etc.). In the integrated cooking products on the market, an electronic component which can generate heat when working and a heat dissipation system are arranged in the inner cavity of the kitchen range shell. Referring to fig. 1, the heat radiation system includes a heat radiation passage (including a heat radiation passage 101 and a heat radiation passage 102) provided in an inner cavity of the range housing and a fan (the fan includes a fan impeller 103 and a volute 104) provided in the heat radiation passage. The exhaust port of the internal cavity of the cooking device is internally provided with the exhaust port, the exhausted hot steam is communicated with the exhaust box 106 through the hot steam pipe 105, and finally, the air blown out from the heat dissipation outlet 107 of the heat dissipation channel of the kitchen range cavity is converged in the exhaust cavity 108 and is exhausted from the outlet of the exhaust grating 109 on the kitchen range glass panel together. However, the two streams of hot steam discharged from a cooking device such as a steaming oven and the heat dissipation air flow in the oven cavity are discharged together, so that problems are caused that the hot steam discharged from the cooking device (such as the steaming oven) is vertically upwards, the air direction from the heat dissipation channel of the oven cavity is horizontal, and the position of the heat dissipation outlet is generally higher than that of the hot steam outlet, therefore, the air discharged from the oven cavity can similarly form an air curtain to prevent the hot steam from being discharged, and even the phenomenon of air flow backflow is caused. In addition, because the gas of kitchen chamber heat dissipation exhaust is the horizontal direction, gas can strike the exhaust chamber wall in advance, and not vertical upwards discharges, leads to the air current to turn around in the chamber, and the air current separation forms the vortex, influences exhaust heat dissipation efficiency.

In addition, in the description of the present embodiment, unless otherwise specified, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more.
Example 1
The exhaust path of the integrated cooking products currently on the market is shown in fig. 2, the solid arrows represent the trend of the heat dissipation air flow in the integrated cooking oven cavity, and the dotted arrows represent the trend of the hot steam exhausted by the cooking devices such as the steaming oven. The fan in the integrated cooking stove runs, the air flow in the cavity is sucked in by the negative pressure generated by the impeller from the inlet of the volute, and is discharged from the outlet of the volute after rotating. The heat radiation airflow flows through the heat radiation channel and is discharged to the exhaust cavity from the heat radiation outlet. The hot steam in the inner cavity of the cooking device is discharged from the exhaust port, flows through the hot steam pipe and the exhaust box and finally is discharged into the exhaust cavity.
As can be seen from fig. 3, since the heat radiation air flow is horizontally discharged to the exhaust chamber and the outlet position is higher than the hot steam outlet, the vertical upward hot steam discharge is hindered similarly to the air flow curtain. And the heat dissipation air flow is horizontally discharged to impact the inner wall of the exhaust cavity, and whirls in the exhaust cavity, so that vortex is generated.
The embodiment provides a heat dissipation and exhaust structure of an integrated cooking stove, which eliminates the mutual influence of two air flows and eliminates the phenomenon of whirling of the heat dissipation air flows by redesigning the exhaust path of the heat dissipation air flows and changing the exhaust direction of the heat dissipation air flows.
Referring to fig. 4, the heat dissipation and exhaust structure of the integrated cooking range includes a hot steam pipe 1, an exhaust box 2, and a heat dissipation channel 3.
The heat radiation outlet of the heat radiation channel 3 and the hot steam outlet of the hot steam pipe 1 are arranged inside the exhaust box 2. The heat radiation outlet surrounds the hot steam pipe 1. The pipe diameter of the heat radiation outlet is larger than that of the hot steam outlet.
In this embodiment, the heat dissipation channel structure surrounding the hot steam pipe and having a bottom cross-sectional area larger than a top cross-sectional area enables the direction of the heat dissipation air flow to be changed from the original horizontal discharge to the vertical upward when the heat dissipation air flow is discharged to the exhaust cavity.
In an alternative embodiment, the shape of the heat dissipation channel in the exhaust box has a bottom cross-sectional area larger than a top cross-sectional area of the shape, for example, the shape of the heat dissipation channel in the exhaust box may be a truncated cone with a bottom cross-sectional area larger than a top cross-sectional area.
In this embodiment, by utilizing the characteristics of the heat dissipation channel in the exhaust box, such as large bottom section and small top section, the heat dissipation airflow enters the exhaust box through the heat dissipation channel, and the closer the heat dissipation airflow is to the heat dissipation outlet, the greater the airflow speed, thereby improving the efficiency and effect of heat dissipation of the exhaust.
In an alternative embodiment, the first distance is less than the second distance.
The first distance is the distance between the top of the heat radiation outlet and the bottom of the exhaust box, and the second distance is the distance between the hot steam outlet and the bottom of the exhaust box.
In this embodiment, since the position of the hot steam outlet is higher than the position of the heat dissipation outlet, and the characteristic that the speed of hot steam is faster than that of heat dissipation airflow is utilized, the jet flow drainage effect occurs, and the heat dissipation airflow is guided to be discharged vertically upwards, so that the overall exhaust heat dissipation efficiency of the integrated cooking stove is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the heat dissipating exhaust structure of the integrated cooking range further includes an exhaust grill 4.
The exhaust grille 4 and the exhaust box 2 enclose an exhaust cavity 5.
The heat dissipation channel 3 communicates the exhaust chamber 5 with the exhaust box 2.
In an alternative embodiment, the second distance is less than or equal to the third distance.
The second distance is the distance between the hot steam outlet and the bottom of the exhaust box 2, and the third distance is the distance between the hot steam outlet and the exhaust grid 4.
In this embodiment, the distance between the hot steam outlet and the bottom of the exhaust box is smaller than or equal to the distance between the hot steam outlet and the exhaust grille, so as to improve the jet flow drainage effect of the hot steam, and enable the heat dissipation airflow to dissipate heat better in the exhaust cavity.
In an alternative embodiment, one end of the heat dissipation inlet of the heat dissipation channel is connected with the fan. The other end of the heat radiation inlet is connected with the heat radiation outlet.
The fan is used for sucking air flow in the integrated cooking stove and discharging the air flow from the heat dissipation channel when the integrated cooking stove is in operation.
In an alternative embodiment, the heat dissipation channel includes a first heat dissipation channel and a second heat dissipation channel.
The first heat dissipation channel and the second heat dissipation channel are horizontally arranged.
The heat dissipation inlet of the first heat dissipation channel is connected with the fan. The heat radiation outlet of the first heat radiation channel is connected with the heat radiation inlet of the second heat radiation channel. The heat dissipation outlet of the second heat dissipation channel is the heat dissipation outlet of the heat dissipation channel.
The fan is used for sucking air flow in the integrated cooking stove and discharging the air flow from the first heat dissipation channel and the second heat dissipation channel when the integrated cooking stove is in operation.
In this embodiment, the heat dissipation channel can integrated into one piece, also can divide into two parts, and the fan blows in from the heat dissipation channel level blowing in the heat dissipation channel in the exhaust box, has improved radiating efficiency.
A specific example will be described below to explain the heat radiation and exhaust structure of the integrated cooking range of the present embodiment in detail.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a heat dissipation and exhaust structure of the present example.
The heat dissipation and exhaust structure comprises an exhaust grating 4, an exhaust cavity 5, an exhaust box 2, a hot steam pipe 1 and a heat dissipation channel 3, wherein the heat dissipation channel 3 comprises an exhaust box inner heat dissipation channel 501. It can be seen that the present example sets the shape of the heat dissipation path 501 in the exhaust box in a truncated cone shape, and the heat dissipation outlet of the heat dissipation path 3 is installed around the hot steam pipe 1 in the exhaust box 2. The heat dissipation channel 3 is communicated with the exhaust cavity 5 and the exhaust box 2 and is connected with a heat dissipation outlet. A in fig. 5 is used to characterize the distance between the hot steam outlet and the bottom surface of the exhaust box 2, b is used to characterize the distance between the heat dissipation outlet and the bottom surface of the exhaust box 2, and c is used to characterize the distance between the hot steam outlet and the exhaust grid outlet. The relationship between the three distances a, b, and c is as follows:
Wherein a is greater than b, and the heat dissipation air flow is guided to be vertically upwards discharged from the heat dissipation outlet by virtue of the jet flow drainage effect due to the fact that the discharge speed of the hot steam is greater than the heat dissipation air flow speed. c is greater than or equal to a, and only enough distance is left, the jet flow drainage effect of the hot steam can be better, and the air flow can be better dispersed in the exhaust cavity.
Fig. 6 is a schematic product structure diagram of a heat dissipation and exhaust structure of the integrated cooking range of the present example.
