Working principle: before the smoke waste heat recovery device of the rotary kiln for preventing the smoke dust particles from being blocked is used, the whole condition of the device is required to be checked firstly to confirm that normal operation can be carried out, according to the images shown in fig. 1-10, firstly, water to be heated is put into a heating water tank 201 through a water inlet valve 218, smoke is pretreated through a smoke filter pipe 101, a plurality of filter screen plates 105 can be installed through a rotating disc 102, the filter screen plates 105 are utilized to filter the smoke, when one filter screen plate 105 is blocked, the whole rotating disc 102 can be driven to rotate, the plurality of filter screen plates 105 can be utilized to filter, impurities on the filter screen plates 105 can be thrown onto a cleaning plate 114, thus the filter screen plates 105 are primarily cleaned, two groups of the rotating discs 102 and the filter screen plates 105 are arranged in a staggered manner, the method can ensure smooth passing of the flue gas and filter dust and particulate impurities in the flue gas, so as to improve the flue gas filtering effect, secondly, when the dust and particulate impurities on the cleaning plate 114 are accumulated to a certain weight, the cleaning plate 114 is rotated under the action of the bottom hinge 113 to pour the impurities into the conveying pipe 120, the discharging motor 123 is started to drive the discharging rotating rod 124 and the spiral blade 125 to rotate, the dust and the particulate impurities are discharged from the discharging pipe 122, when the circulation effect of the flue gas is poor, the sealing cover 117 is opened and the unlocking sliding frame 111 is pulled to squeeze the fixing spring 108, when the fixing protrusion 110 is separated from the fixing hole 104, the replacement of the filter screen 105 can be realized, so that the treatment effect of the flue gas treatment mechanism 1 is improved, finally, the flue gas is guided into the spiral heating pipe 217 by the air inlet pipe 215 to heat water in the heating water tank 201, thereby realize waste heat recovery's effect, simultaneously drive clean threaded rod 203 through clean motor 202 and rotate, under the spacing effect of spiral spout 204, make clean thread bush 205 drive clean connecting rod 206 and clean solid fixed ring 207 spiral lift remove, because universal rotation ball 209 can freely slide and rotate in annular spout 208's inside, can realize clean rotation ring 210's free rotation, consequently make clean doctor blade 212 and spiral heating pipe 217's surface laminating all the time under clean spring 211's elasticity effect, clear up the incrustation scale on spiral heating pipe 217 surface, improve spiral heating pipe 217's heat conduction effect, clean scraper blade 213 can clear up the incrustation scale on the heating water tank 201 inner wall simultaneously, change through water intaking valve 218 and drain valve 219 can realize water.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described, or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and changes may be made without departing from the spirit and principles of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The rotary kiln flue gas waste heat recovery device capable of preventing the blockage of flue dust particles comprises a flue gas treatment mechanism (1) and a fan (119) arranged at one side in the flue gas treatment mechanism (1);
A waste heat recovery mechanism (2) is arranged on one side of the flue gas treatment mechanism (1), and a cleaning motor (202) is arranged at the top of the waste heat recovery mechanism (2);

The flue gas treatment mechanism (1) comprises a flue gas filter pipe (101), wherein a plurality of rotating discs (102) are arranged in the flue gas filter pipe (101), and a plurality of mounting sliding grooves (103) are formed in the rotating discs (102);
the rotating discs (102) are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the interior of the flue gas filter pipe (101), and the two rotating discs (102) are arranged up and down in a stepped shape;
The end part of the rotating disc (102) close to the installation chute (103) is symmetrically provided with fixing holes (104), and the inside of the installation chute (103) is connected with a filter screen plate (105) in a sliding manner.

The smoke waste heat recovery device of the rotary kiln, which is used for preventing the smoke particles from being blocked, is characterized in that a supporting plate (106) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the filter screen plate (105), fixing blocks (107) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the supporting plate (106), fixing springs (108) are fixedly arranged on the outer sides of the fixing blocks (107), fixing sliding blocks (109) are fixedly connected to the end parts of the fixing springs (108), fixing protrusions (110) are fixedly arranged on the end parts of the fixing sliding blocks (109), and unlocking sliding frames (111) are fixedly arranged on the outer sides of the two fixing sliding blocks (109).

The smoke waste heat recovery device of the rotary kiln for preventing the smoke particles from being blocked according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of limiting plates (112) are fixedly arranged on the inner side of the bottom of the smoke filter pipe (101), a plurality of bottom hinges (113) are symmetrically arranged on the bottom of the smoke filter pipe (101), a cleaning plate (114) is fixedly arranged on one side of the bottom hinges (113), and an inclined air plate (115) is fixedly arranged on one side of the top of the cleaning plate (114).

The smoke waste heat recovery device of the rotary kiln for preventing the smoke particles from being blocked according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of top hinges (116) are symmetrically arranged at the top of the smoke filter pipe (101), one side of each top hinge (116) is fixedly connected with a sealing cover (117), the sealing covers (117) are in clamping connection with the smoke filter pipe (101), an air box (118) is fixedly arranged at one side of the smoke filter pipe (101), and a fan (119) is fixedly arranged in the air box (118).

The smoke waste heat recovery device of the rotary kiln, which is used for preventing the blockage of smoke particles, according to claim 4, is characterized in that a conveying pipe (120) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the smoke filter pipe (101), a through hole (121) is formed in the bottom of the conveying pipe (120) close to the cleaning plate (114), a discharging pipe (122) is fixedly arranged on one side of the bottom of the conveying pipe (120), a discharging motor (123) is fixedly arranged on one side of the middle of the conveying pipe (120), a discharging rotating rod (124) is fixedly connected to the output end of the discharging motor (123), and a spiral blade (125) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the discharging rotating rod (124).

The smoke waste heat recovery device of the rotary kiln, which is used for preventing the smoke particles from being blocked, according to claim 1, is characterized in that the waste heat recovery mechanism (2) comprises a heating water tank (201), the cleaning motor (202) is fixedly arranged at the center of the top of the heating water tank (201), the output end of the cleaning motor (202) is fixedly connected with a cleaning threaded rod (203), a spiral chute (204) is formed in the heating water tank (201), and the middle of the cleaning threaded rod (203) is in threaded connection with a cleaning threaded sleeve (205).
